The place needs a good clean. Beer had a bad taste. Zero atmosphere..

Normally excellent, but last night bar man with a tache seriously not polite. We thought it was us, then friends joined us later and said really off hand. Normally staff lovely so was weird, you come to the joint because it's friendly. Also absolutely stank. No non-alco beers, but food good.

Terrible service…. Manager very rude and unreasonable! Kicked a friend out because she had brought in a can of drink… okay, wrong, but could’ve just gave a warning or take the drink and move on, but instead just carried on with her decision and even when asked about reconsidering it… she was rude, not taking anything into consideration…. We wee there for a friend’s album release and she missed it for a little mistake and manager unreasonable decision ! So not a place to come back!!!

Such a solid pub

. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visits to your restaurant. For a long time, I have been a regular customer, visiting weekly and always enjoying the high standard of food and service you’ve provided. However, my last few experiences have unfortunately been disappointing. It seems the level of service has dropped noticeably. On my recent visits, the staff appeared uninterested, and the overall atmosphere was not as welcoming as it once was. Additionally, I noticed that the menus and surfaces were sticky, which detracted from the dining experience. During my most recent visit, I ordered schnitzels with a side of greens. The greens arrived only after I had almost finished my main course, which was quite frustrating. I also ordered a dessert, one that I’ve enjoyed many times in the past, but on this occasion, it was served rock hard and burnt. It was inedible and definitely should not have been served. I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve always enjoyed dining at your restaurant, and I hope you can address these issues to bring back the standard of service and quality that made your restaurant such a favorite of mine.

Great city pub with a fantastic courtyard and top-notch food. If your area looking for somewhere to go, give this a go.

Great chicken schnitzel. You can tell its house made and not just a generic one that everyone else sells. Same goes for the chips and sauces. Only gripe would be the lack of salad with this but its minor. Daily deals are great, I had the schnitzel and a schooey for $20 which was well worth it. The interior has been renovated since the last time I was there and its much better. The outdoor area is also nice on a summers day.

Great atmosphere and beer garden. The menu is limited especially for vegetarians and many of the weekly specials do not cater to vegetarian options. Would not visit regularly for the food but great option for a casual drink in the sun.

Great spot! Very casual. Food came out quickly even though it was busy. Food was good. Bar staff were very friendly and professional. A good variety of food choices was on hand to select from. Would definitely come again for a drink with the lads. Overall a lovely place to visit.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! (Public Hospitality Group) that own the lady Hampshire along with other venues such as the Empire down the road. They have not paid staff their superannuation in almost a year now, and refuse to answer questions about it. They also keep deleting our reviews so other people won’t see them for who they really are. The Annandale is a great alternative down the road, lovely staff that care about their employees!

Fantastic pub Has a great outside area with plenty of tables. We had the chicken schnitzel and the sunday roast. Food was delicious and service from the staff was friendly. Afterwards was followed by a game of pool. Highly recommend

Small pokies room but decent machines.

Not a great experience. Half of my order was forgotten about, most of their beers were out, and they were out of burgers. I had double checked earlier to make sure they had gotten my partners order, it was still forgotten about. My partner didn’t get her food till 20 minutes after the rest of us were done eating, no one seemed to know what was going on. The bar tender was bragging about how hungover he was.

Rubbish pub that is way too loud. Last time I went - none of the toilets were available, - they ran out of cutlery, - they served extremely watery coke because the machine wasn't working and - the speakers are ridiculously loud so everyone has to block their ears or lose their hearing. How is someone meant to eat steak and mash potato with no cutlery?! The coke was only replaced when requested, but before that they just gave coke that looked like water? It's a shame because Breko's trivia is awesome but it's far far too loud. Edit: accidentally reviewed the wrong venue at first.

Food not very good. Most staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. There were 1 or 2 staff that were helpful and efficient. 4 people ordered food (same order) 1 person didn’t get their food until the other 3 people were already done eating (about 35 mins time difference) and part of the order was wrong!. It was a busy Friday night, but still not great service. Pretty disappointing

Don't judge a book (chip) by its cover (skin). I always thought I was a shoestring fry girlie, turns out I like some girth. These chips are 10/10 and worth traveling for. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly crunchy yet still fluffy on the inside. I'll be letting my friends and family know about this!!!

Greatly improved since the last owner. The outdoor space is lovely on a hot summer arvo, especially with the dog. Make sure to visit during happy hour for $6 drinks!

Wow. That midori pineapple. Just fab.

This place is fab. I came in with my best friend Lily Treharne. We had the best midori pineapple ever. Fab. Then we had another and another. But later… we switched to mimosas. we had to stop (we got bloated). So we switched back to midori and pineapple. Fab. The service was amazing. They were friendly, they were kind, they cared for me. what more could you want in a pub. But most of all - that midori pineapple - delicious. Will be back

The upgrade looks amazing. Nice big space inside and out. Has that old pub feel. You just know people have had epic nights here.

Fantastic pub with gigs for local bands

What a surprise, our new local pub is a bit of a gem! Strolled up for a random burger and it was served up by friendly bar staff a boho atmosphere and live music x noice!

The fit-out is class. Seats at the bar and a pool table! The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive, no sticky tables, because the staff actually care about a good experience. Great drinks, music and good times guaranteed!

This pub is quite literally gods gift. The staff are immaculately mannered, welcoming, skilled and incredible. The beers and wines are choice and served fresh and to perfection, the cocktails as well. If I could have every event including wedding and birth of my children in a venue, The Lady Hampshire Camperdown would be that venue. I left with tears of joy.

Went here last night to see a couple of amazing bands. This was the first time any of us have been here. It’s a fabulous space, with a beautiful beer garden. The bar staff are great! The let down was the food. We all agreed it was probably one of the worst meals we’ve ever had - greasy, tasteless, complete lack of effort. I wanted to write the review to let the owner know that your pub is marvellous, but honestly, the food needs some serious intervention. Yes, I would definitely come back for the great vibe.

Fish Burger only...what do you want from a $22 barramundi burger? With $5 to spend (its a technical thing), the chef has around $3.50 to spend on the fish. For that, you can get a 120g piece of Aussie barramundi (frozen, but still decent). You can tell it's Aussie coz we let them grow, unlike the Asian farmed imports. So the Aussie will be a nice thick piece, perfect for a burger. This...wasn't. The sauces were great, home made (probably,.or quality bought). The chips were average, undercooked but adequate. Hence 3*. Love the pub though. May it support live music forever.
