Purchased dj2go, guy in store was great. However got home and box stayed it was ios compatible but there seemed to be no app. Called the store for further advice as I spent almost $300 including separate cables. The guy that answered said it wasn't their job to assist and call the help line on the box and hung up on me. Problem was the help line is in the states. I feel like as their job selling items they should also have some sound knowledge on their products and provide some polite customer service.

Cutting half your 4K movie Stand in half by placing them in boxes under the stand is second rate!!! It not only looks poor and cheap, it is very inconvenient for customers like myself that today had to get down on my knees scrummaging through boxes to find a movie on your website. Very unprofessional JBHIFI broadmeadows you can do better.

Came there last night 06/12/24 7.30 to buy a food processor found the one I wanted a black ninja $149 had to wait 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge me as I couldn't see one in a box finally a guy came and scanned the bar code and said they haven't got any and that I could go to Epping or Harvey Norman and walked away

Unfortunatley you live and die by your suppliers. Dropped a phone off to be warranty repaired by Roadhound, a supplier to JB Hi Fi, I couldn't wipe it as my screen was dead, I had to provide the lockscreen code. Within a couple of days of the phone arriving at Roadhound I had several unauthorised login attempts on key financial accounts of mine, this has never happened before. Buyer beware, if your phone isn't completely wiped, NEVER drop your phone off with this store.

Wanted to organise a surprise tv present for a family member was pretty stressed out about it, spoke to an employee named Ibra and he made the whole thing seamless and stress free, very easy going and was able to create an awesome surprise for the family thanks to his knowledge and help he provides

The manager tim Has the best customer service,he has empathy for customers if products are faulty or need to be ex changed, as this is not a great time for people usually if you do need to bring items in. Especially when you pay so much money for your items. Thank you Tim.

Terrible experience. Requested help- waited for sometime. Someone else came and requested help after me- they were immediately assisted. I asked again for help- was told that they were short on staff. Interesting it was only for the help I requested and not the person who came in after I waited for sometime. Is this how the staff are trained to assist? Understandable that you may have staff shortage but the shortage should not extend to some customers- ridiculous! I heard Melbourne was good on hospitality- expected customer service to be similar. Whole experience and impression of the store was terrible. Left a terrible experience.

Today I bought a product and the women there were very disrespectful she left us and made us wait for over 10 minutes and at the end the other cash register she was talking to us in a very provocative way just to make us angry you should understand CUSTOMER is ALWAYS Right!!! Okay! You never talk to a customer like that and I’m coming to pay so you should follow me in store not me following the stuff and they don’t even care I don’t get it!!?
