Most convenient and cheapest parking spot in the area. + super helpful staff. Highly recommended!

A great stay in the perfect location. Big,clean, modern room.

Really appreciating the beautiful gadigal land being here was an absolute pleasure. The freshness of the food was really lovely i really appreciated my time here.

Nice place. Some wobbly bits inside the toilet but otherwise a good room. I wish the accommodation had wheelchair access to the front of the building when coming from the street, but there’s only stairs to come up. Because of this you have to walk on the road until you get on the ramp close to the front doors. The sauna was also closed for the few days that I was here so that was disappointing cause I was looking forward to it. I liked the location though as it was very close to some buses and train line too. Was also close to a lot of different Asian restaurants

The room is very nice and staffs are very kind and welcoming. I would recommend this to anyone whose travel purpose are combine with leisure and business.

Courteous front desk staff during check in. Beautiful rooms and common areas. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I appreciated the cookies, tea and coffee pods in my room-very welcomed when trying to acclimate to the new time zone. House keeping service was very pleasant and helpful with some extra cookies! Breakfast is not included and was approximately $19 USD. Airport shuttle service is $12, which you have to schedule ahead of time. So I took an Uber instead for $12 with a tip. Very close to the airport- was less than 5 minutes in the Uber, dropped off right at the terminal entrance.

Very close to Sydney airport in mascot.Stayed as the flight got cancelled. Prompt booking and airport shuttle upon request was provided. Good reception staff. Only pasta in the overnight menu was available which was said to take further one and half hours to deliver. Amenities was all neat and clean at first sight, but there was litter underneath the couch. Paid breakfast buffet was excellent.

The check in was real slow as only 1 staff was checking in guests although the queue was long. Variety of items for breakfast, especially for vegetarians like me were limited to just rice and beans. Not happy about above 2 points.

Super large room, comfortable bed, pillow choice was great, tea and coffee facilities and wonderful shower. Shower amenities were perfect. Only 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing, especially with regard to the bathroom in the hotel room. The bathroom was not up to standard; it was dirty, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were filthy with urine and the towels had an unpleasant odor that was difficult to ignore. Overall, the hotel room bathroom significantly impacted the quality of my stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on this experience alone. It would be beneficial for the management to address these issues promptly

Desk staff were wonderful. Room was excellent Biggles Bar not as good as many previous visits. Less menu choices and prices are much higher.

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. Great location as it’s close to the international airport

Very comfortable room. Quiet. Excellent service from front desk and airport shuttle driver. Many choices for dining. Would recommend and would stay again. I was very happy with stay.

The beds were comfy and check in was friendly. However our sink was covered in hair (looked like some one had shaved in it) We did mention to reception and they apologized but that was it.

We booked it as Holiday Inn but got transformed to Crowne Plaza before our stay. Great location 5min walk to Mascot station & close to domestic airport. Rooms were newly done and very nice, loved the soft pillows. We were allowed to check in early, it was a great bonus after our overnight flight. Lots of restaurants & cafes around. There is a paid airport transfer service but we didn't use it.

The staff were very helpful and always had a smile. For a twin double room there was not a lot of space, however the beds were very comfortable. The in-house restaurant had great food, however the kids menu was a little lacking in options.

Did not have a good experience. Asked the reception for service many time. Took ages just to deliver glasses to the room. Bathroom was smelly and the room carpet was really dirty and smelly.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with two queen beds. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, within easy walking distance to train stations and grocery stores. We stayed here on New Year’s Eve, and the hotel added a thoughtful touch with complimentary wine, a personalized card, and a welcome message displayed on the TV. Although our stay was brief—less than 12 hours—as we checked in late, watched the fireworks at the Harbor, and caught an early morning flight, it was a wonderful experience. The ease of access to the train station and proximity to the airport made our stay at Crowne Plaza even better.

Good job to the staff who assisted us and well do to the custodians who cleaned our room

Rooms are renovated and have improved from the previous hotel (Holiday Inn), no porter/help for luggages. As a premium hotel, I chose this hotel to ensure a smooth check in with my 2 kids. I ended up pushing the luggage trolley with my kids as I was advised that there was no porter in the hotel. Location is a bit far from the airport, you will need to book an airport shuttle or uber.

Niestety w hotelu jest brudno- pokoje, korytarze, windy, restauracja w stanie okropnym. Nie odkurzane wykladziny, niedoprane ręczniki, zacieki po rozlanych kiedyś napojach na fotelach i ścianach, włosy poprzednich gości hotelowych w łazience. Czystość do poprawy.

Overall Hotel Experience: While I noticed some inconsistencies in housekeeping and general service during this transition period. Outstanding Restaurant Staff: I must give special recognition to your restaurant team.(There may be spelling errors.) Jennifer, Anima, Orawan, Roshan, Sahash, and Ragish provided service that went far beyond expectations. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel like family rather than just a guest. Each day, they created a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhanced my dining experiences. These individuals consistently: - Anticipated my needs before I could express them - Took extra time to ensure my comfort and satisfaction - Demonstrated genuine care that transcended professional courtesy - Created a 'home away from home' feeling during my meals Their exceptional performance more than compensated for any shortcomings in other areas of the hotel. The restaurant became a highlight of my stay, thanks to their dedication and personalized service. Recommendation: I strongly urge you to acknowledge and reward Jennifer, Anima, Orawan, Roshan, Sahash, and Ragish for their outstanding efforts. They are true assets to your hotel and set a standard of hospitality that will greatly benefit of Crowne Plaza. Thank you for employing such remarkable individuals in your restaurant. The hotel is nice is very near to the airport. But the buffet there doesn’t contain so much food which is quite disappointed.

As expected for an accommodation close to the airport.

Having paid £140 for 1 night including breakfast, the level of service and quite frankly the obvious sub standard of this hotel is whole heartedly not worth the money, we only chose this hotel because it was advertised as part of the Crowne Plaza chain - which is clear this is only in name only. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza, Sydney Harbour for 4 nights the week before this stay and I can honestly say the stark difference in service is disappointing huge! I will list a few issues we had during our 1 night stay; - the USB plugs on the left hand side of the bed don’t work, I found this out the next morning when my phone hadn’t charged, annoying this was the day I was flying home, so as you can imagine this was a huge annoyance. - the Nespresso coffee machine didn’t work. Again I found this out the morning of departure so no time to rectify this issue. However I did bring it up on check out, at which point the receptionist didn’t take a note and didn’t seem to care much about either the coffee machine or USB sockets, so no doubt the next person to use that room will also encounter these failings. - the water temperature in the shower was either far too hot or far too cold, there seemed to be no middle temperature. I showered at different times of the day/night during my stay so i don’t think we can put that down as an anomaly. - I paid extra (£20) to include breakfast as I was flying the next morning. After taking unusually long to be seated, it was clear from looking around that breakfast was a bit chaotic and the staff had no clear roles, unlike our stay at the Crowne Plaza, Sydney Harbour. I ordered 2 poached eggs from the chef at the hot plate, which he acknowledged and wrote down my order on his list. After choosing and consuming other breakfast items whilst I wait for my eggs, I took note of the time, it had been approx 30 mins since I’d ordered my eggs, I went back to the counter to enquire about my order, to which the same chef looked embarrassed and explained he’d forgotten them and will put new ones on. These took around another 10 mins to arrive. Although, apologetic and very pleasant you will agree this is poor. - after this delay, I was now in somewhat of a hurry to get upstairs to seal my suitcase and check out prior to 1100 o’clock, I got to my room at 1040 only to realise my room key wasn’t working. I go back downstairs to raise it with reception, whilst in the queue another couple was complaining about the same issue - this also seems unlikely to be an anomaly. Overall this experience has been extremely poor! I wouldn’t expect to encounter this many issues, nor the lack of care displayed by some staff members, at a hotel I’d paid half the price for.

Had a day use stay booked and was really surprised &extremely thankful and happy to be able to check in and have access to the room a lot earlier. I guess i was lucky that the room was vacant so thank you very much as we were sleep deprived and had our daughter with us. Staff at the reception and restaurant ( breakfast) were very friendly. Shuttle bus is super convenient. Overall it was a great stay , thank you.

We stayed here for one night for post cruise day. When I made the reservation, it was Holiday Inn. Taxi driver was bit confused by Crowne Plaza sign and he swore it's Holiday Inn. I walked in and asked the receptionist and she said today was the first day after name change. They did it because there's Holiday Inn Express few blocks away and both guests and cab drivers got mixed up many times. I requested early check-in which was honored. Any event, room was clean with comfortable bed and bathroom had all the essentials. I felt the age of the building but not too bad. After checking in we decided to venture out to Sydney downtown. Conveniently, Metro station was just 2 blocks north from the hotel. Breakfast room was very clean and peaceful with nice music. Food was also very good.

Have stayed at this Hotel many times in the past and always found the Hotel to be suitable for any business visits due to proximity to Domestic Terminal and in house facilities. Staff also been fantastic. IHG membership was always acknowledged and appreciated and I have never had issues being either being offered free room upgrades and/or having points added to my account, until that is this last time when Crowne Plaza sign was on the front door.. I shall likely stay at the Holiday Inn Express in future

Absolute joke doing renovations to the hotel whilst still selling rooms, as you come through the main entrance the air was full of concrete dust and the noise was unbelievable as construction workers were using hammer drills literally hurting my ears, I work in construction and this is definitely not healthy and safety compliant. Cherry pickers driving round the foyer with customers squeezing by. This should be shut down and closed for renovations this is unacceptable. Do not book here until this is finished.

Stayed here last week. T.V in room was not working to start with made staff aware was told someone will come in 30mins to check but no one came for 2 days. we were exploring sydney with kids so didn't bother much. Due to bad weather and flight cancellation have to extend our stay for another day. They charged double the price of the room and called that price member special !! We couldn't go out due to bad weather and so again requested staff to fix the T.V. staff said they can't fix it so offered us to move in another room where T.V was working but air conditioning was not!! Room was very hot!! Staff stopped answering the phone at reception. When went in person promised by staff to get it fixed but nothing happened. Night time made staff aware and asked if they have another room or fan available. Staff came with the toy fan and pretended to fir air-conditioning. Honestly watch for safety if you are staying at this place as house keeping staff lacks in basic privacy and mannerisms. We had a male house keeping staff coming in at 07:30 who knocked on the door once and did not even wait for response, he just let himself in when I asked him he couldn't even explain what he was there for instead Said there was a bag he came to pick-up?? Then made another story he was there to clean!! Again front house just made excuse that he is new staff and requires training!!! Never staying with them ever again!!

Great hotel and service. We ordered ice from room service, no charge. That was a nice surprise and many hotels nickel and dime you. My wife loved the make-up mirror in the bathroom.

Disappointing Experience I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Firstly, there was no drinking water here, which was unexpected. I had to drive 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket to buy water and tea, which the hotel should have easily provided. To make matters worse, the hand washing area did not have cold water. The hot and cold water taps only supplied hot water, which made it uncomfortable to use. This level of service is unacceptable and does not meet the standards of a decent hotel stay. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the hotel again.

Seamless check in with very attentive staff. Fantastic value including our accommodation and parking whilst overseas. Extremely comfortable bed and a lovely clean room. We couldn’t have asked for more. Even had dinner delivered to our room.

I asked for my invoice to be emailed when I checked out. I checked they had my email address. Several days later there's no invoice. I tracked down their email address and requested it. Still no invoice.

The staff was super helpful in holding our bags before check in time. The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the trains and grocery stores. The only thing we would have preferred was a smart tv to play our own movies and shows since the tv had limited channels. Overall, great stay!

Great hotel close to train Highly recommended

Very irksome was lack of free shuttle from airport; which was not mentioned in hotel information, and added extra $50 to a one-night stay. (and for a trip of only a few minutes). Also when we phoned the hotel from the airport to book the shuttle, we got only recorded messages and could not get through to the front desk! We were rescued by a friendly agent from another shuttle service! It seems free airport shuttles do not exist in Australia!

The Staff members are so friendly and welcoming. They are very quick at helping in any situation. I found out how helpful when I left my sunglasses in the room after check out. I was unable to return until a month later but when I contacted Ashleyn she said she would hold them until my return. She is an awesome person. Jennifer works in the wonderful buffet and she is so friendly and helpful, a pure delight. Our room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. This hotel location is well situated for restaurants and shopping. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks to all of the hotel staff they are top notch.

I have stayed in multiple Holiday Inn properties over the last few years and I will say I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many things which I found to be not up to the mark like rooms are dull with not much lighting, no bathroom amenities, old LCD TV, no clock, No water. Also there was maintenance work going on in property which was mentioned in the room through a letter where it was mentioned that work will be done post 9 am but to my surprise I heard loud hammering noise even hour before on my last day,

Although described as an airport hotel, this is a fair trek away from the terminals - there is a shuttle but it can take 30mins or more to arrive, and for more than 1 person costs more than an Uber XL which will pick up/drop off with all your luggage at your terminal door. |Check in was painfully slow. We’d booked in advance, just wanted to collect the key and get to our room, but staff were answering phone calls and struggling with the computer while 8-10 guests were lined up in the lobby.|There was construction work at the hotel, advertised as 9-5 - this actually woke us before 7.25am, loud drilling and machinery, which was still deafening when we left.|The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable, and staff were very apologetic but clearly unable to do anything about the noise. |If you’re looking for somewhere to crash before/after a flight, this is not a good choice. Consider an extra 10 min ride to the peace and quiet of the city.

After long flight, checking in the room and found no water bottles. No good experience. IHG should not think of saving a few cents for a couple of complementary water bottles by keeping the guests thirsty. I still keep staying in your hotel because of location. Probably from my next trip I will stay Pullman across the road. They always have complementary water bottles.

We made the booking online after our flight was diverted to Sydney. When we arrived at the hotel there was a queue of about 50 people waiting to check in. It took the staff 2 and a half hours to get us checked into a room. TV didn’t work and the attendant could not rectify. Very poor service

Nice room, however main restaurant under repairs and not open.

Every time I get in the room after long flight, tired then realise that they don’t have any water bottles in the room. Then need to go out to a shop and decide not to use this hotel anymore. But still using them only because of location. A couple of complimentary water bottles would take only a few cents, don’t understand why it’s missing there.

Everything good. Just spend too less time in the room.

With industrial action on the train network we decided not to risk the flight and stay the night before and charge the EV here before we went. Being Tesla it charged us $0.25c per kWh to our app account which is a good rate (what it should be) we didn't see any others use the 3 carpark chargers or the one upstairs and we moved the car once it was done.

The staff were possibly new as they struggled to check people in. The more senior man at the desk just stood at the end on the phone looking at a computer and offered no help while one woman checked in a long line of guests from a disrupted flight. A second woman arrived some time later to start helping but also struggled with the process giving incorrect information and arguing until she was corrected. The carpet in the room and corridors was filthy, the lifts were slow and the lobby was a mess with construction occurring simultaneously.

Front desk staff are absolutely useless. Carpet in the rooms is really dirty but the bed and bathroom were fine.

Stayed at the hotel with my parents and requested a sofa bed, which came with an extra charge. Despite calling the reception several times, it was never serviced. I eventually had to go to the reception to ask for it directly, where a man who appeared to be a manager stared at me rudely without any sincere apology. Overall, really disappointed.

I am quite disappointed, I don't quite understand when we booked the room on Holiday Inn website in North America, we do not have the choice to prepay, when we pay at the hotel, the hotel need to charge us 1.9% service fee on credit card payment, and this is not mention on the booking, or else I can prepare some cash, I just don't think this is a fair action.

Perfect location to airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend to any traveller to Sydney.

We only stayed the one night as we were in-transit. The early check-in was a game changer for our one day in Sydney and the buffet breakfast the next morning was one of the best value buffet breakfasts we’ve had. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms , Good brake fast ,very co-operative staff

Life saver for those who have checked out of their hotels in Sydney early but still have a long time before your flight. My wife was unwell so needed a place to rest, but our hotel had us checked out by 0900. For a reduced rate, Holiday Inn allows you to book the room during the day (0900-1600 was our time slot). There’s free wifi and a gym but you have to pay $25 for car parking. Service was friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my stay. Great to get a shower in before a long flight!

Move to to top floor .Jug did not work TV remote could not turn off .bed light did not work . Told at main desk .Got move to floor 2 ...They should just keep first booking There was food trays left in hallway for 2 days ..Told front desk ..should have got diskcount on staying in 3 rooms over 3 nights

If you arrive late in the evening the Holiday Inn, Mascot is a great place to spend the first night in Sydney. Very convenient for the Airport and has an excellent breakfast.

I can not recommend these guys enough the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly and very easy to talk to and ask for help and don’t even get me started on the restaurant staff they were amazing it was their first day of the new menu and they were doing great the garlic prawns were wonderful and the penne pasta was amazing Lilly and Orwana (I hope I’m spelling it right) behind the bar were so friendly it is my first time at this hotel and I’m blown away at the hospitality at this place keep doing what your doing :)

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Carpet smelled like a gym locker room. Bar food menu needs improvement.
