Rooms are comfortable and good size .poki and pub are good , the stuff however are not friendly and they can be rude sometimes. Otherwise everything else is just perfect.

Worst experience at this venue. Unprofessional staff, (The staff member in question is the slightly dark skin chubby woman, I believe she is from New Zéland Māori) Be aware of her. Highly unprofessional and makes unsolicited remarks and comments. She was too busy badmouthing and slandering both my friend and I behind each other. When I ask her why she would do such a thing, she wouldn’t even issue an apology and was being confrontational. Mind you, I visit that venue often and her unprofessional behaviour came as a total shock to me. I contacted the venue management and made an official complaint by I never heard back from them. Patrons deserve respect and privacy, maybe spend some time training your staff.

LGBTQ friendly staff are always friendly

Always a bit of a environmental compromise considering this venue is one of the very few that remain open until 5am every night. The chairs have started tearing and the coffee machine was being cleaned at 3am which was a little bit earlier than I’d have expected for a late shut venue. Staff friendly enough. Security polite and opened door for us. General sketchy pokie heads in attendance as usual at this type venue.

Pleasant pokies bar with friendly helpful staff and a mix of older and newer machines went there 3 times during our 9 day stay in Adelaide. It was nicer than the one visit to sky city Adelaide.

Staff were very friendly. But the fish & chips were horrible. The fish was off. But the staff was amazing they offered my money back

Jo Jo is an absolute star, the venue is very lucky to have such an enthusiastic warm welcoming employee. Literally puts a smile on my face every time…. Oh and she can whip up a mean burger!

Pulteney Pokies is a venue that suits a certain market, and for that market, I think it does a decent job. Kind of like a smelly TAB, but with food and alcohol. The staff were very pleasant and the service was good. Recommended for some 3am hot chips if the need arises.

A little demographically challenging last night and the members spirit special wasnt available. Having said that I had fun the staff were promt and friendly as usual also I caught up with some of my mob I havent seen for a while. Lastly MAN I LOVE THEM CHIMICHANGAS. The best $5 one can spend on a quick feed in Adelaide. CHEERIN.
