The first 2 kegs were fine, after ordering the third I had to chase it for an extra week, well the fourth turned up eventually, so I gave up and ordered through, KEGS ON LEGS, never had an issue with delivery on time or pick up from warehouse, I would recommend KEGS ON LEGS TO ONE AND ALL.

Avoid. Still haven't received all the goods I paid for months ago (including a dining table top for the pool table). They promise to make amends and then don't deliver. Communication stopped as soon as it got too difficult.

Got the 7ft classic slate from these guys. Arrived 3 weeks after ordering (I'm in perth) put it together myself following the detailed instruction video I was sent via email. All concerns were met via email within an hour. If you are going to put it together yourself, you will need a bit of patience when levelling the slate 😉 but one of the best toys I have purchased. Plays true and the family love it. Would get stuff from these guys anytime. Next stop kegerator 🤣

These guys are excellent. Very professional as they'll stand behind every product they sell. Not only presale but also post sale. Any question they'll bend over backwards to help. I bought a 19' lcd 2 player cocktail machine. Turned up quicker than I expected. Absolutely brilliant machine. All of my favourite games from when I was young, however a much better experience without the old monitor tube display. You can also turn it into having to put money in when your friends come over $ 😆😆😉 I'll be coming for my pinball machine next 👍

I would give this co. 0 stars if I could. Bought a pool table. Delivery was meant to be late December. After two follow ups by me i finally received 3 out of 4 packages, then a few days later the final box. After putting the frame together twice (because we thought we had done something wrong) we called them about the frame not being right. They said 'oh yes, this us a known fault! We'll send you some brackets to fix and we are currently filming a video on how to fit the brackets'......how about you do the right thing and let us know in the first place the hold up was because of a fault and they are awaiting a new shipment so they can send us goods that are actually fit for purpose and what they describe on their Web page. The whole process of fixing their fault, two trips to bunnings, and then even the rails/bumpers are not quite right to the pre drilled holes has been a nightmare. This table wouldn't even be good enough if it was free! This company is a con and a scam - i wish I never ever bought from these people and will be reported to the office of fair trade by us. I am highly suspicious that many of the 5 star reviews are fake reviews after looking into this co. in more depth.

Such poor customer service and communication. I placed an order on the 26/11/24 for a kegerator and schooner glasses. The kegerator arrived thankfully as I can see in recent reviews from other customers that they are missing quite large substantial items. However there was no communication when anything was going to arrive and the items came in about 5 separate deliveries and it took over a month to receive the last item for the kegerator. I still have not received my glasses and after multiple emails and very poor replies i received an email saying they were waiting for me at the post office. When I went to the post office they informed me that the glasses arrived there mid December and were returned to sender on the 31st of December. I didn’t receive any notification of this and a man and his cave only sent me an email on the 27th of January to say they were at the post office waiting for me. It is only 2 glasses which is not that big of a deal but this business is ran so poorly to not even be able to deliver 2 glasses in the span of 2 months.

The insult to receive an automated email to review the fridge I never received. Would love to be able to review this fridge. After researching and ringing A Man and His Cave in early December to check stock level and availability before Christmas I was looking forward to it's arrival. But once the money was paid, all I got until the 19th of December was constant promises of an update of a delivery date, that was never followed through. The constant fob off that we need to request it and we will get back to you. Then from the 20th there was no communication, phone lines and emails unanswered. The year went and then finally a response to an email on the 15th January to inform me they will process a refund. I replied to ask to be contacted regarding order. No response and still cannot contact via phone. I guess looking at the reviews I was at least lucky to get a refund from A Man and His Cave. Lesson learnt, when you get a rushed call from a salesman promising the world but keen to just process the credit card details. Made the mistake thinking ordering from a company that informes you that stock is in Sydney instead of ordering off the distributor in Melbourne to ensure Christmas delivery. Now to order off Bar Fridges Australia. Also keep and eye on your credit card details, whether just more bad luck, but my details were used between Christmas and New Year unauthorised and I had to cancel it.

What a great company to deal with, fantastic selection of machines and pool tables to suit any man cave. We purchased the Sega Arcade machine for our son's 40th birthday, we were super stoked with the build quality along with the sound and graphs. It came loaded with 1000's of games. Out son absolutely loved it. Delivery was fast and machine was well packaged to ensure damaged free arrival. I would highly recommend A man & his cave when setting up a man cave.

No customer support! Pool table apparently dispatched but no communication on when it is coming. No phone being answered. No email responses. Feeling scammed at the moment. But see that you respond here so maybe this complaint will get action. Simply update with a email that we have not been forgotten about.

I purchased a fridge 1 December for $2500 via the website. I was assured via follow up call I would receive the fridge by Christmas. I’m still waiting for the fridge and cannot get in contact with anyone. It has been six weeks now. They won’t answer calls, respond to emails, respond via online chat or get back to me. Don’t buy anything from a man and his cave! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Ordered a kegorator bundle early December for $1500. We recieved most of the order all except for the actual keg itself and the tap decal. Ive sent 3 emails and tried calling. From what I am reading their customer service is unsatisfactory. I also have noticed they have been replying to good feedback and nothing on the ones that are chasing their orders. They also do not open or answer messages on their facebook page either.

WARNING. No customer service. Ordered pool table in November, was told it would be delivered before Christmas. Early December they advised they had oversold and it would not be delivered until early January. Unable to get any response via email or phone.

Ordered a keg early December. Paid in full with promise of delivery 7-14 days. No keg. Followed up December 16, Jan1, January 8 and 9th. No one answers the phone and no answers to our emails. Very disappointing and out of pocket close to $500. Now to try to work with the bank to get our money back.

I ordered a Stern bar light for my husband for a Christmas gift in enough time (by their advertising) that it would be arriving in time for Christmas. I have had very poor responses through, emails, messages & all phone calls unanswered. This business has already received my money & I’m still waiting on my husband’s Christmas gift 😔 Very disappointed & very bad customer service, will not recommend these guys to anyone.

Very happy with our kegerator! Does everything they said it would 🤩🥳 We have ours outside (undercover) and a on a hot day it’s still -2deg C ❄️🧊 plus being able to brew your own beer or cider ect is awesome (and cheaper 🤣) more than happy and highly recommend! 🥰🥳🤩

Efficient service and quick delivery great service

Ever since I was a young boy, I've always wanted a pinball machine. The cost of a mechanical one seemed prohibitive as you naturally only get the one playing field, so when the virtual ones started to appear, I became interested. After some investigation, I decided to go with A Man & His Cave and ordered one through their Black Friday sale. The courier safely delivered it well packed in its crate with the backbox folded down onto the playing field. I screwed the legs on, and after a slight issue with booting which Jaya and his team sorted out, I soon had it up and running and playing my favourite table. A Man & His Cave have been great to deal with and I would recommend them if you are looking to purchase a virtual pinball machine for your Cave.

I placed an order with this company at the start of December so I had plenty of time to receive my kegs before Christmas. They told me the kegs would be delivered the following week but nothing was delivered. I called the company and they said it would be delivered the following week. Once again not delivered. I called a third time and they told me that the kegs I ordered were now out of stock and they can’t guarantee a delivery before Christmas. A couple days later they turned their phones off and now say temporarily closed. I haven’t received my kegs and they have over $1000 of mine!!! I haven’t asked for anything stupid or outrageous. I simply ordered 2 kegs and they haven’t delivered what I’ve ordered and now shut shop. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend buying from these people. They won’t answer my calls or emails. They still have my money and it’s the 23/12/24! I will be taking this to fair trading.

The team at a man &his cave have been great. The virtual pinball machine is fantastic and is something I've always wanted. I'm really impressed with the graphics of the new tables and how the classic tables are exactly how I remember them.

These guys have been a pleasure to deal with from day one. My Pool Table arrived with some minor damage, they were immediately onto it finding a solution. The table itself was relatively easy to assemble (I did it all myself) and is pretty solid and robust. The instructions could be better though. Please add more detail. At one point the paper instructions tell you to watch the video, but there’s nothing in the video about that topic. Overall I’m very happy with my Pool Table and the level of service I received.

Getting pretty frustrated, order placed over 4 weeks ago, assured it would be received in the first week of December. Followed up twice since then and each time the tracking details promised have not been received. Less than a week to go before we wake up really disappointed.

Ordered not too long before Christmas they assured me it would turn up on time and it has , It was missing a little rubber Gromit from the stainless steel rack ,They’ve organised to send me a rubber bar mat To make up for it so very happy with the whole process and would recommend

Paid in full for pool table. Waited 2 months. Received side parts for pool table. Another month of painful phone calls and emails to try and resolve situation and get missing parts delivered and I am no further forward. Constantly lied to that they would call back. Now they do not answer phones but also have not replied to emails so I think maybe they have gone bust and I’m very worried I have lost my money.

Update: I received the order after posting the review. Kogan had already cancelled the order due to failure on delivery. The table is delivered on a state that requires professional installation which costs $450 so if you are ordering factor in the installation cost in your budget. They have also started harassing us for this review, calling every day asking us to bring the review down. They stalked us online to find information about our personal and professional lives and used this information in their calls in a threatening manner. We will pursue the miss use of online information and threats with relevant authorities. P.S. your payment was authorized to be processed by Kogan after the table was delivered. A complaint was also lodged with them about them handing out information to you and your unprofessional handling of this case. A Nightmare Shopping Experience I recently purchased a Pool Table from Man and His Cave and it was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. * Delayed Delivery: The product was significantly delayed, with the company making false promises about delivery times. * Poor Customer Service: They harassed me with multiple calls about a negative Google review, even after assuring them a refund was being processed by Kogan. * Unassembled Product: The product arrived unassembled, damaged and in multiple pieces, with no prior warning about the need for additional installation. The need for installation was never mentioned in many phone calls I had with them. * Lack of Support: They refused to assist with professional installation after delivery and asked me to reachout to my local handyman and arrange something! This forced me to organise assembly myself at an additional cost of $450. They have poor customer care, lack of transparency, and disregard for customer satisfaction. If we hadn't left a Google review we wouldn't have received the table to-date ! They have their own agenda and in my case was the Google review they had to sort! I'm not returning here and I don't recommend them!

Had a really good experience with man and his cave really great pool table shipping was quick and easy if I had any trouble I could call them staff are friendly and easy to talk to and also got them to install my table with in the next day of my table being delivered definitely recommended them

Table looks great and the installer worked quickly and gave plenty of helpful tips to get the best use out of it over many years. Looking forward to plenty of good times with the kids and friends around this table. Only complaint is that the chalk didn’t arrive and there was no communication before I followed up.

Five stars based on the installer John. Five star service from him. Great communication before the job. He even bought a set of balls and cues that should have been supplied but we’re not. I also bought a virtual pinball machine so 7K order. I thought I paid for installation but had not apparently. The delivery was three days late and was just door to door. Fortunately my Neighbor called and I was close otherwise it would have been sitting outside or in a warehouse somewhere. Forklifted it in but still have to put it together. Not the end of the world but a poor service experience. So three stars for that.

On the 26th of October I placed an order for a pool table (some assembly required). Note: this should read “just like IKEA”! I received notification my order was being made ready and that I would be notified when it was sent. On the 27th I was advised that my order had been placed with the warehouse and is being prepared for dispatch. Processing time is generally 2 - 5 business days. I would also be provided tracking details. My order would be delivered by “their” couriers, in another 2-5 business days. If no tracking provided, contact them. On the 11th November I received a notice that pool table containers were selling out and to hurry and get my order in. Then a notification of a sale for the same item at $220 less than what I paid. Then I received a call to advise that my order had been delayed due to an inability to unload the shipping container. I then received a notice on the 24th of November telling me (again) that my order had been placed, repeating exactly what I had been told previously. Adding up to a further ten business days! Note, constant calls and emails from me did not results in any satisfactory explanations as to why I had not received my purchase! On the 25th of November 2024 I received a delivery notice from their courier “Direct Freight Express” advising my order was on the way. I noted that the notice stated two packs were to be delivered. I ensured I would be home to receive the delivery. I received half the order, it came a day later than anticipated and this is despite me contacting AMAHC to advise my concerns that the follow up tracking notice listed only 1 item being loaded! I was further advised that I would receive the second part of the order either on Thursday or Friday 28/29 November, two weeks after the original anticipated delivery date. THIS DID NOT OCCUR! 2nd December, checked emails missed calls - nothing. Once again I called AMAHC to try and track down my missing delivery. I was told to expect a call. Within a half hour, nothing. I am still trying to get answers! I advise every one to be wary of any purchases made through this company.

Won't find better value products for setting up some must-haved in a man cave. Ordered a 7' slate pool table, was originally some issues due to a former supplier (they've now moved to a better supplier), but the AMAHC team were quick to rectify and offer solutions. Easy to get in touch with and great after sales support. Full slate table for cheaper than your find MDF elsewhere, and good after sale support.

Late Delivery by months and then delivered incomplete. Was ordered in late August 2024 on back order for Delivery in Early Sept. Eventually it arrived early November (after multiple follow ups and excuses). However, it did not have the hard drive installed (so is useless) which I am still waiting on. Will not buy from here again.

I will never order from this company again. In May, I placed an order for a dartboard, expecting delivery in June for my dad's birthday. After following up on June 18th, I was informed that it wouldn't arrive until December. I chose to keep the order as a Christmas gift instead. However, when I followed up last week (mid-October) to confirm its status, I was told it’s still out of stock with no updates and they have no ETA on when delivery would be. The lack of communication from the company is terrible, I had to reach out for every update. Do not recommend!

Got my table finally was 2 months late sadly cues never arrived 😢 one of the bits of slate had a pretty big curve near the join took hours of bogging and sanding to get it playable othe parts of the slate had blemishes which caused ridges would have been better off buying a beaten down 2nd hand table
