Much better location as opposed to Gore Hill, wish stores had more interactivity though like tablets for finding items, etc like you see at most part stores

They moved to this new location from near Pacific Highway.

Shawn was excellent and fixed my FM Transmitter problem. I've never been so happy in my life to pay more than what i was expecting.

i went to the Chatswood Jaycar today. I had a fantastic experience. The young man who helped me named Ary was so helpful. He’s been working there only two weeks. He was knowledgeable as well as polite and friendly and a real delight to deal with. And when I got home and tested the things everything I bought from him was exactly what I needed. Well done.

Big new shop. All the usual stuff. Layout not very good for components, half at one end and half at the other. Had what I wanted though.

Prices here are so over inflated, and price guarantee is a joke since everything is home brand. Price of a can of air more then double office works, same goes for most things.

The staff member was very knowledgeable and happily price matched RTM. Store has plenty of stock and is conveniently located. Happy with my new 15L Brass Monkey fridge.

Super helpful staff! I was in there yesterday looking for a Peltier module. The person helping me went as far as getting out a multi meter and power supply to check how much current it would draw. Excellent service and advice.

Jaycar Electronics is a great place to find all your need for anything electrical and for hobbyists. There are not really any other stores that cater for what they supply. The service is very good and most staff members have good range of knowledge.

Clearly someone wanted to go home early. Shop was closed before 6pm, it even said on the front of the store that they don't close until 6pm. I made the trip just for this shop. Pathetic

The best Jaycar store I have visited. Packed full for what looks like a small space they have everything. The staff are friendly and really know there stuff. Ian went above and beyond to help me and I left with everything I went there for as well as some great advice.

I highly recommend Jeremy from JC Greenwich store who went above and beyond today. I needed a new fuse for the car and he not only took the time to find the fuse board, he installed it for me with out a problem. He used his phone to research its location and voila I was back in business and able to charge my phone up in the car again. Exceptional service... thank you again Jeremy!!

I love Jaycar. I dont really know what everything in there is used for but I love the specials & girlie nik naks, many gifts bought from here. They have PARKING out the back.

I was LED to believe my light wouldn't work because it wasn't current. Well there was a potential difference in opinion and in the end we found out it really hertz...... I'm sorry

Have only ever had excellent and enthusiastic service from these guys. I think a few snowflakes have aired their grievances here as it's incomprehensible that you'd receive anything but polite attentiveness. Shout out to Jess and Axel who are extremely persistent in handling my requests for parts, circuit advice etc. I recommend this store.

Picked-up an inexpensive solar panel during a pavement sale.

Drove straight into the car park. Walked in with the charger and laptop. Checked the lead and charger. Cost $10 to replace lead and it’s all working. No fuss. Immediate service. And I know the lead via the net was $20. Highly recommend this company.

This is a good store with very friendly staff. They are always helpful, however not always the most knowledgeable when asking for advice. Sometimes you can get lucky and ask the right person, but a couple of times they couldn't really help me figure out what I needed to buy.

Whilst it's great to have specialist shops like this around, this one isn't good. Staff are rude and impatient, and will do whatever they can to get out of giving refunds. Just push back, their refund policy is clear - return within 7 days with packaging and receipt for full refund. Don't let them bully you.
