We went to the Drag Bingo. We go to coogee Legion and Juniors to Music Bingo which is fairly similar. The host was late it said 730pm and she started at 8pm. I got a few negative reviews therefore we wont come back. Hard to hear, antisocial as done your phone, very noisy, which I dont mind. The food and bar staff are perfectly fine.

Man on the door seemed too upset with his own life to let us in. Miserable gremlin said we were after too much despite having only a few schooners.

Lovely local pub for a beer with your canine child plus friendly locals and staff. They love dogs. Great local.

Great staff, however management needs to our hase more umbrellas. One have big hole in them and not enough umbrellas they only cost 100$ each when each person in our group spend $50 every night here some for years

The bouncer, his name was Khaled, was so lovely and kind and made our experience so lovely. While we enjoyed our drinks we also enjoyed his company, would definitly recommend this pub!!

If the security guard with the long hair and tattoos wasn’t on such a power trip, this would be a nice pub. But he totally ruins the place. I recommend the Doncaster as the security guards are way more down to earth

What a great night out with some friends before start of another busy week ahead. Jake the manager treated us so well and the food from his kitchen was just awesome. Try the pork ribs and cauliflower bites they're a bomb.

Good pub in Kensington. I had the Sunday roast which was really good for the price. The drinks are reasonable and have a good variety.

Place needs a renovation.

The burger was succulent and juicy on fresh tomatoes and a soft milk bun. Chips were perfectly cooked so crispy and soft inside and lightly salted. One of the best pub burgers. (Note the beef side dish was a separate special of the day). Friendly staff and very quick turnaround of food ordered and drinks and reasonably priced for the large servings. Went back 2 weeks later and had the steak and desert and was even more impressed by how great the food was for a pub, very delicious and perfectly cooked medium steak. The desert was very elegant and exceptional for a pub as well.

It is an amazing space with really hood service. Really good security guard (Khaled) and a really good bar service (the best one is brwok ).

The Regent is a great spot to watch the footy, the management make effort to make sure patrons are comfortable. Jake is a real credit to the establishment.

Having been here many times, usually very happy but today, 18th Aug, the bar staff were not good at all. I don’t expect a full conversation but a hello and a thank you wouldn’t go amiss!

Great cheap Friday night drinks for the small assortment on special. Food isn't cheap but that's typical for pubfood, it's filling and that's what matters :)

As someone who has previously worked as a stock manager for a Merivale venue, I can tell you that the Rege's current price for a post-mix coke (~$6.50) is pure greed.

Old School Pub, great drinks, great food and a great enviroment. Also Dog friendly so always nice to have a beer with mans best friend.

Great local, been going for years and it goes from strength to strength for me. Perfect example on Monday night (public holiday) prompted my posting this review. We got the food special- a snack pack; which came out looking not a lot but a fair bit different from the QR menu advertised dish with potato gems and katsuobushi supplementing the usual chips and cheese. Only in case we had mistakenly been offered someone else’s food, we questioned if they had the right table but it turns out the chefs had recently put a Japanese twist on an Aussie classic HSP. After realising their QR menu picture had not been updated the manager for the evening offered us the classic HSP from the previous menu free of charge, which was awesome. I ate both and drank two beers at happy hour prices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ it’s that easy. Keep it up @the Reeg <3 see you again soon!

Dropped in to get a meal before the AFL. Had the chicken schnitzel and really enjoyed it. I was served by the lovely Brooke who went out of her way to make sure that I had a great dinner. Highly recommended.

I think it is one of the best places for a beer / event in Kingsford region. The website shows the daily updates and it goes from trivia night to karaoke. Really nice food and environment with honest prices.

Just the worst, smelly place. Security guard with terrible pony tail and old pirate earrings, takes his job way to serious. Just don’t bother. Go anywhere else you can find. Sitting in the gutter with a long neck is a better option. Just don’t go.

The establishment have a local pub feeling. Watch out for the rude and overzealous pub manager and security guards!!!! Apparently they are well known to have power trips and throw people out once You run out of money to play the poker machines.

Great pub pity the staff is so rude and miserable especially the old girl that works front bar with the blonde/grey hair isn’t she a barrel of laughs NOT she is the rudest person I have ever met her drink pouring game must be exceptional because her attitude isn’t , the food os very good and the beer is great too !

This hotel has a friendly vibe, the staff are nice and it's not too crowded. Board games are available to help you stick around and have fun with friends and family.

The Indian or Pakistani bouncer/security was so rude and unprofessional he asked for my id twice and im over 50 years old he was just pushing his attority upon us consumers he will pick on the wrong person soon then he will change his ways.

We organised our son's 18th birthday at the Regent. Jess made organising everything really easy. The staff were helpful and efficient during the event and everyone had a great time.

Went to this pub for an arvo dinner and was surprised at how good the food and service was. The chicken parmy was excellent, and there are a fine selection of on tap beers as well. Service was also friendly and warm with a fantastic vibe (the pool table is another cool addition). Good place to watch live sport as well. Will defs be back soon.
