Came here for my 60th birthday dinner with friends. I specifically said not to set us up in the raised dining area because I have mobility issues and don't do well with steps. Where did they set up our table? In the raised dining area! It might have only been two steps, but when someone has a mobility issue, believe what they say! Service was really slow, even with our cocktails. Food was amazing though. Just not impressed with their service and the way they dismiss people with disabilities.

I order steak medium rare but came out well done. Steak was very dry. This was the worst steak I have tried. My kid order burger from kids menu and meat was raw inside. Quality of food doesn’t justify the price.

Get venue

Disgusting and over priced microwave food with portions a three year old would still be hungry. Never again. You’ve gone down hill so much we will never return.

food's nice and all. but you have to wait for starters for nearly an hour. and an hour for main. they dont leave menus on the table. u have to ask for it. they serve you staters but no plates for it. as a food blogger, this service is embarrasing. please improve.

Had the best time here during our wind down, the spa tub was just what I needed. Spending time with the bar staff and our fav security (Shawn) didn’t ask the spelling, my bad. Having my first trip to Australia from Canada and ending it on such a wonderful time spent here was awesome! Thank you for taking such great care of us! 🤩

We ordered 5 meals and 3 were inedible. We felt awkward taking the food back but it wasn’t cheap and again, inedible and needed to order new food. We have given 4 stars just purely for the amazing customer service provided by junior staff member Ayrilla. She was so apologetic and we will return just based on her being so accommodating and kind. Thank you ☺️

Had a lovely meal, food was just perfect! Only thing I could say is , we wished all the meal came out together! We had a table of 12. Some people had nearly finished and other hadnt got theirs!! Thanks for a good night, and great band!!

I had my 34th birthday party here and I had an amazing time at this hotel great facilitys all around, great location the staff were polite and friendly and did a great job. Everything was wonderful and went well. So it was a relly nice day at this hotel. I would recomend this hotel to go here for a meal or even just a drink as they do have a good selection of meals on the menu and also a good selection of drinks aswell.

Most expensive parmigiana ever. $36. The on line menu shows 2 parmis however we got 1 and maybe a dozen chips if we were lucky. Had to wait 45 minutes for our meals with only half a dozen others in the dining room. Won’t be back anytime soon. Seen other pubs with parmi and a pint for $23 (with no false advertising showing 2 schnitzels instead of getting 1)

It is an absolutely gorgeous place. The staff are very kind and friendly. The food and alcohol are wonderful.

I came here for dinner and got a kids burger and it was very good size and it was very filling and it came with chips on the side and they had a good quantity and the service is so good and the serving is fast and. The people are so good and they have bands playing some nights

I was in Adelaide on business in November for 15 days. Initially I had booked another hotel but was very disappointed and therefore had to quickly find other accommodation.|Although Mick O'Shea's was located in a nice area and the room was very clean it didn't really offer much for the price. |It also has the hotel/ bistro very close to the rooms and at least 2 to 3 nights of my stay there was lots going on, it was very noisy and music blaring. Very hard to fall asleep. I also had the misfortune of having the air-conditioning leak water from the inside due to blockage. |The staff and management were very good though and made sure this problem was fixed quickly. I was also offered to take the opposite room if I wanted. |I would recommend it if you're in Adelaide on holidays but not on business.

I ordered a Chicken Ceasar Salad. The size was big and tasted delicious. The down side was that a found a plastic piece in the salad. The staff were amazing when I told them and showed them the plastic item. They offered me a reimbursement and to choose another dish on the menu for free.

I don't think they have ever cleaned the floor around the bar. Disgustingly sticky. I leant on the bar and ended up with a sticky mess on my jumper too.

Waited 1.5 hrs for a schnitzel and chips, that was just warm and average at best.

Had a birthday booking 2 months in advance, called and checked the reservation 3 times including a few days before said booking. When we arrived they had no details of the booking and were understaffed for our large booking. We had to wait 2.5 hours for our food to come out. Absolutely terrible and will not be coming back.

Fathers day ( what a great day spent at mick o'shea's hotel. Petting zoo a nice touch for the kids, lovely outdoor seating area. Lawn area was great for the kids . But the best was you could sit down and relax at your table while the kids went into the petting zoo and still able to keep a close eye on the kidlets ..meal was very nice..

Came for lunch to a pre booked function in a private area (booked weeks in advance). On arrival the tables weren’t set up for us and nothing was ready. When ordering our meals we were told it would be a 1.5 hour wait for food because of another large group that had arrived for lunch. Kids meals came out after 30 minutes, then there was nothing for an hour then some meals arrived, then other meals arrived another 30+ mins later. The food took so long some people at our table asked to have their meals, when ready, put in takeaway containers as they couldn’t wait around any longer. Most people in our group complained about their food being either cold, over cooked, undercooked or not particularly appealing or tasteful. Around 30 people in our group and it was unanimous that given our experiences no one would be back or recommending this place.

I love the place for the garden, beers and music. On the other hand, the food is terrible, pretty expensive for heated up factory food, needs a good chef at the helm.

From someone who frequented weekly and when the menu changed to no longer having Gluten free options to 'low Gluten' and the increase in meal prices. Gave it a go not once but twice and left disappointed both times. I felt you needed to know. I now need a new local :(

Lovely food we had the Salt-N-Pepa squid. The garlic bread was a little bit expensive at $13 for what you got. Also, there was limited seating around the Celtic connection people playing music

It looks really cool and they have good and regular live music. It's super expensive for drinks and food. The food is pretty average for what you pay.

I don't think I've been to a place where the staff were so rude. It wasn't even busy. $33 dollars was the most expensive chicken parmigiana I've ever had. No it wasn't worth it. This should be a warm friendly pub instead it was a place where I had one Guinness and left. And I do love Guinness.

Micks is the only place down south that shows the NRL Grand Final. A Great atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks and great food! The drinks selection is top notch and the menu has a great selection to choose from also. Staff are attentive and friendly. Clean facilities and easy parking.

We recently had our wedding at Mick O Shea’s and the team were incredibly supportive and helpful with planning and service on the day. Karri-Anne was absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend others to book functions here. Thanks again!

Was driving to past and decided to stop for lunch, ufc fight on, awesome atmosphere. Wait to be seated, promptly get a booth/table infront of tv, sit there for 15 minutes with no service. Table sticky with beer rings, plenty of staff walking past ignoring me. Guy gets seated in booth next to me, his table gets a wipe down. I’m still being ignored and left at a dirty table. Left without anyone asking me any questions and I went to the oldie down the road. Might get servered there at least. Very disappointed.

Great spot Unusual Tudor building - Irish theme pub ! Good food ! BEAUTFUL refurbished rooms ! Comfortable beds ! Roomy kitchen bathroom area! Breakfast provided . Amazing helpful staff ! Thoroughly recommend this place !

I’m a regular with my brother to Micks and we love it. Staff are amazing and are always friendly. But recently when waiting to place our dinner order, the manager Viz was pretty rude. I asked him if I could place the order, he told me to place at the bar..he was busy getting bags ready for Uber drivers. On my way back there was someone who was waiting to place their order, he ignored her, so advised her to place at the bar. Apart from this “manager” the staff are amazing and food is always good..this hasn’t put us off and we will be back

Best service in south Australia. Make every one feel welcome and valued which is rare these days. Shout out to bec and Rachel for making our experience memorable. We will be back every second Friday because we love Mick's

Came for trivia tonight and it was so much fun. Becky is great behind the bar and Sam in gaming was a pleasure to speak with. Great team at micks. Will be back again definitely

All I can say is WOW! From the food, to the amazing staff, to the beautiful rooms, my partner and I enjoyed a beautiful weekend staying at the King size spa bath hotel. The rooms are fully stocked with everything you would need including towels, toiletries, even a little breakfast kitchen and kitchenware such as a toaster and kettle! The food was divine and there are plenty of options to choose from. The wait staff are so kind and helpful and the food is brought out to us very quickly. Also on behalf of my partner and I we would love to give a massive thank you to Sam and Bec who greeted us with amazing customer service and hospitality. They made us delicious coffees such as a cookies and cream latte and a gingerbread latte!! They made us feel so welcomed and greeted us with nothing but kindness. Please give them a raise haha! Thank you to everyone who made this trip memorable for us 🥰❤️🥂✨
