Machine took 5 dollars and did nothing, email and calls for a refund have been futile, don't waste your money

Beautiful machine chocolate chocoholic claw machine only problem is the claw won’t close but I got it second hand and nearly 15 years old! So it’s just a simple power supply fix that’s all I hate all the 1 star reviews 5 stars!
If you see any of these machines stay WELL AWAY from them. They're scams. We just picked up a small soccer ball three times in a row but as the claw heads back up the ball drops once the claw stops. We're going to be doing a youtube video on the machines, especially the one in Hillarys.
i put 5 dollars in and got a teddy but i dropped it half way and i put 5 in again and it took the money and didn’t give it back
Dont expect much..these guys are thieves. Fooling people and their employee..stay away from these guys if you are doing business with them be alert
Great Customer Service One Of The Plush I Won Had A Rip In It I Messaged Them On Instagram And They Sent Me A New One!
Not even worth 1 star. Took my money and the machine didn't even worked (Sunnybank Plaza). Tried to contact them and sent an email to them and I also emailed the plaza to let them know about the faulty machines, and it's been 2 weeks now and no response from any of them.
Tapped my card and took my money I reported the incident and no refund or call back was given
Scammed us $5.40 took our money and crane machine didn’t even work!!!

Very disappointing service. The claw machine was found to be faulty at Box hill station. I was charged with no credit given. I called the customer service straight away but they couldn’t resolve it over the phone. Then they promised to give me a call next week. It has been three weeks. I still have not heard anything from them. Very deceptive and irresponsible company.
One of their machines where faulty and took my money and not do what it ment to do. For the last month been calling them for a refund witch they have agreed to do but still have not refund myself this company is very unreliable and unprofessional to deal with.
