I recently opened an eBay selling account and decided to visit Tech Junction in Sydney to source some products. The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I purchased two PCs from Tech Junction, and unfortunately, both have had significant issues. The first PC, sold as a Windows 11 Pro system, came with an Intel Core i7-2600 processor, which is not compatible with Windows 11. This processor is outdated and not supported by Microsoft, yet the system was marketed as Windows 11-ready. This raises serious concerns about the company’s attention to hardware compatibility. The second PC I purchased from Tech Junction experienced severe overheating issues, likely due to insufficient cooling from the fan. This caused performance problems and poses a risk to the longevity of the system. Despite reaching out for help, Tech Junction did not offer a partial refund or any satisfactory resolution. Their lack of customer support and failure to stand behind their product was extremely disappointing. Overall, I regret purchasing from Tech Junction. Not only did I receive a system with incompatible parts, but I also encountered a lack of support when I experienced serious issues with another PC. If you're looking for reliable products and customer service, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Great team that went above and beyond a few day out from Christmas. Ordered a gaming rig Thursday afternoon. It was built Thursday evening, shipped Friday morning, and arrived on my doorstep Monday morning. Wrapped and under the tree for Christmas. Faulty computer after 4 months. Little support provided. Unwilling to be reasonable to help me/ the customer in the serious loss to my business after their product failed. The part required would cost under $100 to resolve however the refuse to anything unless I PAY to post the pc back to them... That would be weeks with out operating the machine it controls when a simple cheap art would rectify the problem... Arrogant and unwilling to help. Unwilling to listen or change to help the customer....

I bought my pc from a shop just little over 2 years ago and should have realised then that the price was a little too generous. After brining it to tech junction they where able to provide me with a cheap and affordable service which in doing so fixed my entire computer and has made it run 10X better then it originally once was.

Great online service.

Came with a broken graphics card. They sent a replacement. It has been over a month and the PC has not arrived. Support is fine, but the courier service they use is terrible.

Very professional service. Not only did they replace the ssd but they did it for much less then Apple quoted, and they also fully serviced the Mac, upgrade it and restored the previous data. Unbelievable service, these guys go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

Found this place nearby and went there to get my dodgy old computer fixed. Not only did they fix it at very little cost but they also managed to get me a great deal on a new gaming laptop which is absolutely fantastic! I’ve used it so much I even just recently took it back to them to get an extra storage and ram upgrade which they were also more than happy to do. This shop and the people who run it are absolute gems. They have anything you will need and their honesty and integrity will keep me coming back and recommending them to everyone I know! My daughter bought a new laptop and several accessories from here and she just raved about how wonderful they staff are who work in this shop. These guys are the third pc repair service I've tried in the last few weeks to fix my pc and they were the only ones that managed to truly fix my problem.
