Just popped in for a drink. Ended having a few and sharing the bowl of the best crispiest fried chips I’ve ever had 🤤 Entertainment was fabulous and it was such a vibe. I’d definitely come back here even though I was only visiting for the day

Such fun. Seriously, it was great. We were on a Mummy and Daddy date night, and it was perfect. Laughs, cocktails and love. Highly recommend

Amazing service from Marco and the rest of the staff, fantastic antipasto platter and such a beautiful space to host our event upstairs on their sweethearts rooftop! So glad that the space was accessible via an elevator if necessary!

Potts Point Hotel hosted us for an event upstairs at their Sweethearts Rooftop. It was sunny and spacious and the awning was able to be extended if we needed! The platter we ordered was so yummy and good value and they catered for different dietary requirements. The staff were very friendly and helpful too :)

Absolutely shocked, I sit outside and ordered my steak with QR code. Paid 10% tip, waitress bring my food, I asked salt and she’s telling me to come inside and get it. Are you guys serious ? I want refund of my tip next time I come. Thanks no tipping ever again.

Best chips I've ever had. The chicken schnitzel was a little bit dry still ok. The feta tart was not well balanced, a little over powering. Also had the mushroom burger which was a little plain. Well made but could have been spiced up just a little.

Awesome rooftop

Loved staying at this hotel. Rooms were nice and the cafe downstairs is fantastic. Potts point is such a great area and train station is just around the corner. Super close to City and all attractions but also the cafes and restaurants around Potts Point are lovely. Staff were great. Would book again for sure.

My crispy skinned duck wasn't crispy, not to mention upsetting my stomach. My mates burger and fries were good.

Really poor service by dinner bar staff..I went to order at bar, 1 guest infrint of me and was served, i waited as i was ready to order a bottle of wine, no acknowledgement by bar staff, i asked to i order here and he was shocked by refkection of his body, asked me to order elsehere as he was busy. NOBODY came to help, bar staff just look at you and look away.So i told my friend, lets go elsewhere..I asked floor staff (young bloke) you was more friendly if any managers were on duty, found 1 at bar, told her about the really bad service from staff .They need to be nicely trained about attention to details and the reason they work in such an environment.I work as a Supervisor in a hotel in a restaurant and i know that this is not a mistake, its really poor training.Do better.Its hospitality and you choose to be in this environment. OUR job is to attend and look of patrons.

Delicious slow cooked beef ragu and tasty schnitzels. The chicken burgers also very well crumbed. Great beer and fresh pineapple juice to go with it.

Extremely disappointing. Staff refused to apply the free kids meal week end promotion which we came for, as “I had ordered on their table app”. Wouldn’t have taken much to simply credit back the $, especially as no mention of this rule on the restaurants ads.

Great Monday night Jazz

A good place to spend a Monday night listening to music and a variety of guest singers.

We went there for dinner and a drink on a Thursday night. My partner who is typically not a bar food person thinks that the food is excellent, so kudos for winning him over!! We had a couple of burgers, drinks, and it was great. Definitely coming back given that we live just around the block.

We have had over the past two nights the most amazing meals and the customer service has been incredibly brilliant. On our second night for dinner there was a small mistake but the staff were awesome in fixing it up. All I can say is thank you to the bar staff, you made us feel welcome and comfortable in our time at the Potts Point Hotel. We will be back in our next visit to Sydney. Your hotel gives us the vibe of a country pub, but in the city. What more can I say but Excellent. Thank you for making us feel at home.

I work here whenever I get the opportunity! The best management, the best staff and the best security. Management: Approachable welcoming and nice! Staff: I never see anyone without a smile on their faces! Staff here love their work! Security: I saw a guard (Anu) from Dolton Security helping a gentleman with a disability put on his watch. Then he gave the man a hug! Never saw a bouncer in the cross do this before!

The food was average, but the location was convenient.

Out with work mates. Chicken Parmy is a great size (big) tasty. Crispy Barra small meal but more refined and very tasty, well executed. Remember to get the Pints if they are on special. Easy to miss. Great, quick service clearing tables and food came quick. (It was a quiet Mon night).

Value for money food.

Mushroom burger was fab !!! schnitzel could be a bit bigger & pepper corn sauce was a little runny for my liking. Taste was great though so no stars to lose here. 🙂

The craft beer turned me off. Used to be a good pub. Not to my liking now.

The atmosphere was great, we couldn’t hear each other inside because the music was too loud, but they have heating outside. You order from a QR code which didn’t really work for us.

Great pub feed - steak was perfect! Good love music. Bar staff were not great at acknowledging or serving but everything else was great.

Hostel is nice, rooms are ok, bad thing, there is always someone bothering during the night with noices. Bathrooms ok, a bit tight. Price and location is very good.
