So frequently out of stock and limited range. Dymo tape refills priced at $13 each or $27.50 for a pack of 2. Huh !
Friendly staff and I like the way it's open late
Ordered two gift cards for click and collect and when I went to pick them up no one knew if they had been activated or not and they hadn't written the expiry date on the card and even the manager had no idea how to check. I was told to go home and look up the card website but you need the pin for that, and I can't see the pin without scratching the back. So I am likely to be giving away useless gift cards.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Jackson! Sunday morning, December 8, 2024, at 9:40 AM, was far from an easy start to the day. I had a tight Monday deadline and needed to print some important materials. The store was packed and appeared short-staffed, which could have made the experience stressful. Thankfully, Jackson was there to save the day. He was incredibly helpful, quick, and efficient, even when the odds were stacked against him. He truly embodies the spirit of problem-solving, especially when my design print didn’t align perfectly. Jackson quickly suggested a couple of tools to fix the issue, showing not just expertise but also genuine care in ensuring I achieved the desired outcome. I also learned he’s a talented photographer, which only adds to his creative approach to problem-solving. It’s clear Jackson is a tremendous asset to Officeworks Mosman. I sincerely hope his efforts are recognized with a promotion and a well-deserved pay raise for the outstanding service he provides. Thank you, Jackson, for turning what could have been a stressful morning into a smooth and productive experience.
Terrible service. I purchased an iPhone online, and I was supposed to pick it up at the store 4 days ago, but they keep saying the phone hasn’t been received by them and that they can’t help me. They told me to contact customer support instead. I do not recommend this store.
Horrific experience. Sold me the incorrect airpods and refused to swap them over once they had been opened 5 minutes later. Manager was extremely rude as once I told him I was a local business owner and if he could be understanding he proceeded to belittle my profession. Absolute grub. Stay Away!
Small store but it has a surprising amount, also has massively increased the amount of tech in store since I went here last year, was nice to see I didnt have to order things on line as they are in stock now. Always a positive experience

Just picked up my new iPhone I purchased online from Mosman office works Ethan looked after me, & I was extremely happy with his service. He is very friendly, professional, and efficient.

Very bad experience, I wasted almost an hour waiting for photos. I paid for for 11 x 14 photos at $10 each. Instead, I was presented with two of my four photos at 35” x 35”. It was on the wrong paper and Bishal was unable to print the other two. Bishal also damaged the printer and paper was jammed so when Dechlan came to fix it and print it, he was unable to. We were also looking for frames for the pictures and Lucy seem to be quite apathetic and didn’t really want to help. Everyone just seem to be in a bit of a malaise. In the end, I just got a refund and walked out with nothing. I really wanted but wasted over an hour of time. I suppose this place is useful if you know exactly what you want and they have in stock but if anything is not on the shelf, then good luck!
Kei was super helpful I had a few issues sending and printing the documents. She tried various ways and went above and beyond and eventually provided a workaround to solve my printing issues. But then come back another day, the treatment I got from other staffs were far from helpful. Kei is the star and deserves a pay rise imo.
This place is amazing and really handy although I wish there was a way to print on sticky paper non contactless as whenever I have to print to make stickers I get funny looks from the workers. 🥲
Mosman Officeworks. I’ve have never experienced worse retail service in my life. The young, bearded retail assistant I politely asked for assistance from was so rude and apathetic when I enquired about the location of laptop docking station I was compelled to return the computer monitor and keyboard I intended to purchase to the shelf and leave the premises. I will never shop at office works again.
Most unhelpful team at the printing desk. First they didn't want to scan large sheet because they said it takes too long. Then they said they don't know how to operate the printer. No solution offered - just excuses so they don't have to do it. They stand and wait at the machine to slowly print the sheets... Yes this takes time. How about sending the sheets to print and servicing another customer at the same time?
Ripping off old ladies!! Mum bought a printer from the store and was given free ink cartridges. Turns out the cartridges were not compatible with the printer we bought and when we asked for the right ones the manager pretty much accused us of lying saying they weren’t in the box. This was right after he agreed that he had tampered with the box before giving it to us. Very disappointing officeworks!
Very limited stock and not enough serving staff at the counters. Most of the staff are very unhelpful and rude to the point that I am dreading to go there.
Just punishing, staff have no customer service skills and very poor attitude. Given wrong product information 3 out of 3 visits
Great spot for printing photos. Self service machine is great.
Went to return item after receiving approval from manufacturer under warranty. Staff appeared unable to navigate computer system keeping me waiting unnecessarily. Finally store manager (3rd staff member) was able to complete refund. To add insult to injury I wanted to buy a Google Nest Hub. I obtained a box from the shelf only to be told there were none in stock. Overall very poor experience.
Took 35 minutes to print 2 standard photos, at 8:00am on a Saturday (ie very quiet time). Extremely slow service.
I went to the store officewoek mosman today around 5pm on December 09, 2023. I took my Kindle, which, in less than a year, showed a defect. I used it in the morning, and in the afternoon, when I went to use it for a meeting, it had the screen issue as shown in the photo. The attendant, Jordan, did the service, and even though the product was under warranty, they could not do anything because they implied that the defect was generated by misuse. I explained that it was not the case, but they insisted that they could not help because this particular defect was not covered by the office's warranty and advised me to contact Amazon. I left feeling indignant because I bought it through the officework website, not through the Amazon website. Therefore, the store where I bought it should be the one helping me. However, it seemed to me that they were more concerned about closing the store and getting rid of me than helping me. Disappointed, I arrived home and contacted Amazon through their chat service. They were very attentive and helpful. So, my problem was solved, but not by the store where I made the purchase. Instead, I had to contact their supplier to resolve an issue that should have been covered by the warranty. I am happy with Amazon's assistance.
Terrible service. Travelled to the store to get an iPhone as it had stock. A young staff member made a mistake at checkout and the manager had no time to help her or to acknowledge the inconvenience of needing to return to the store after the purchase.

This has got to be the slowest unstocked officeworks I have ever seen and I work all over Sydney. Took ages for the slow staff to even assist while going through large catalogues with clients that ended up not even buying anything and walked out.
The most appalling customer service. Had no interest in helping locate stock and manager would not come to speak when asked. Won't go back to this store.

Service - what service. Should you need tech help when choosing new products avoid Officeworks Mosman and try the IT shop next door. Alice provides service and she is more than competitive with her pricing. If you are unfortunate enough to end up in Officeworks because Alice has closed for the day do so at your own peril. Avoid Kurt at all cost. Rude, arrogant and treats customers as incompetent. Customer service or customer focus is not in his vocabulary. All this over a replacement iPhone charger.
Jackson, who called himself manager of the Mosman store, refused to replace the printer / cartridge (bought only 1 month ago) that was not working. He wasn’t helpful and had a bad attitude. I had to drive to other store to get the replacement done. Not acceptable. I have been shopping at Officework for many years, never came across with a staff member so rude and unhelpful.
worker who served me today was incompetent as they come. refused to scan a bloody barcode and focused on finding a hold form the whole time. dont come here if you want to make a quick simple purchase definitely check out if you want your time wasted for no reason

I ordered a standing desk and picked it up via click & collect. The two men were very helpful, they carried it to the car & loaded it in for me. Excellent customer service.

Printer has a scuff on the roller. When printing in black you either have the option of streaks or scuffed paper. It’s been 4 months and no indication of getting it fixed. This was not an issue at North Sydney before it was shut down.

Every time I was in there to have some photocopying done, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Often there are complications in the paper size and colour intensity, but the staff would patiently redo the copying to give the most satisfactory result.
Service not speedy but Aman made the wait worthwhile, with great attention to detail and super-helpfulness.
Worst service I have ever experienced. Asked for help to use print service, get greeted with a sigh from a server on the phone and told I have to do it myself. Then when taking up a frame, she's still on phone, but willing to take money. I queried why she has not asked about the lack of print to go in the frame, she said shes really busy. I left the frame. Too busy for her customers.
I visited Mosman Officeworks tonight to organise poster printing. Aman served me and was excellent. He was very professional offering advice and a genuine care. I had visited another Officeworks store earlier and unfortunately had the opposite experience re printing so was extra impressed with Aman and pleased with the outcome. Mosman is our local store and will prioritise shopping at this store.
Staff is not prepared to answer questions and they dont take passport pictures for babies. After asking about passport pictures the staff let me waiting for 9 minutes to come back saying that they dont take pictures from babies as they dont have that capacity.
Totally incompetent staff. No one seems to be managing the place. Frustrated clients ( me included) which I know doesn’t help matters. I’ll be driving the extra 15 minutes to Brookvale next time. Not coming back . Rant over !

Range of products is definitely lacking considering the location, and staff come across as apathetic and unhelpful.
Always late with click & collect dates. Had to cancel a couple of orders because the date was moved significantly (+2 weeks) at the last moment. Not one star because cancellation seems to work fine.
Rarely leave reviews but today was awful. Waited 45 minutes to get an order printed and laminated. Seen the shop way busier in the past and had no problems. Pick up your game guys, this is atrocious.
Purchase a office desk that should be available to pick up at the store on Friday and just receive a message in the morning saying that the item will be one week delayed. Very disappointing
Live saver especially in lock-down where you need to print more than usual. Click&Collect worked like a charm. Glad to have them around.
Officeworks staff are always helpful. But.. OMG.. the **only** recycled paper they stock is MADE IN GERMANY!!! Great that they have saved a tree. But then they've burnt a forest and cost Aussie jobs in shipping paper from the other side of the planet!! Officeworks head office are either bonkers - or cynical beyond words. The one star is for the great store staff.
Management is rude, unhelpful and condescending. When in store, staff seem to shy away from helping customers wanting to pay. On top of that, I have tried to call 14 times and nobody picks up! Looking at reviews this seems like a trend. Not much point in a phone if nobody uses it!
They have always been helpful and accommodating with copies and scans to resolve issues when the self serve machine has problems. If I have waited its because they are busy serving other customers, which is to be expected. Customer service is perfectly fine.
Visited this Officeworks few time to print documents and on both occasions service was fast. Personal was polite and professional, nothing to complain about.
Don’t think Office Works could be any worse at customer service. Waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to try to see if they have something in stock before giving up. Ensured that I definitely called within store hours! Congrats on being #1 in worst customer service.
Always enjoy visiting this store as it has a good range of products and helpful staff. Recently used the printing services, which are fully self service, but it wasn't obvious how to self serve straight away. Which meant waiting for staff to be available to get simple instructions. Some clearer visual instructions / guidance on the printing process would help first timers have a better experience.
Very upsetting when I been forced to purchase a N 95 facemask in the store, and see other customers talking on the phone, no mask.
Staff have always been helpful. Even if they dont stock an item they find closest Store with it. Treat staff with respect and you get respect back.

Nick , Lachlan and Ethan are the new dream team . They are really helpful, patient and go out of their way . Great customer service from them . First experience of going to Officeworks since the renovations ( many years ago now) where the staff are friendly and helpful. 8-10 years ago Mosman Officeworks staff were the best . Hopefully Nick , Lachlan and Ethan are here to stay .
I always receive excellent prompt efficient service. The only difficulty I have encountered is with customers using self serve machines to print volumes. All team members at Mosman are always efficient and most obliging. Well done.

Good grief - printing 20 photos couldn’t have been slower or more painful. Staff totally unhelpful. Machines that barely function. Upload from USB stick took 20 mins! If this wasn’t literally the only place to print, I’d never come in again. Upgrade this facility - it’s not the 90s!
If this wasn't the only place nearby to print, I would never come here again. I always feel like I'm treated with disdain by the staff and leave feeling upset. To the management, please train the staff in basic customer communication. It would make a big difference to the customer experience.
The service is poor. Everyone seems so unhappy to be working there. Never greeted, routinely ignored while waiting to buy or print something.

Went to officeworks mosman yesterday for the first time. A young lady sabu helped me to print my documents and bind it at the spot. That was very quick. She was very helpful and soft. Thanks for the quick service.
I love coming here to get stuff for school. I appreciate all the staff as i can tell they are always trying their best, especially Axel who often helps me when I need assistance. Lovely area
