Amazing in store service this afternoon. Explained so many games and lots of tips...I stocked up on games for Xmas gifts. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Passionate and knowledgeable. Tall young man is a mega asset.

By far the most enthustiastic and helpful staff. Worth the trip out if it fits your needs and have to choose a hobby shop.

A pleasant surprise amidst all the usual fare available at Bondi Westfields. I noted a fantastic range of board games and a good selection of 5th edition D&D products, including a Wand of Orcus and a Red Dragon Head mounted on the wall. Great, friendly service too! Good show, Good Games!

The team here have been so helpful both in-person and by phone. The customer service each visit (and call) has been above expectation and an uplift to the day. While it's not your lovely LGS, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are roughly what you'd expect from a chain games store. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but the range is great and it's rare that I browse without leaving with a purchase.

Amended. Good Games is now a shop in Westfield and not a drop in and play games venue. Service was friendly and great. Informed advice with a smile.. Old review below... Well, I found the place by accident... It is tucked up a staircase on Oxford Street mall. It is light and bright. I was with my kids and they got a bit excited to say the very least. There are no computers or computer games here.

I was so happy to find Good Games inside Westfield at Bondi Junction. The store is big and has a lot of space between aisles, making it easy and accessible to get around and see all of the products. The staff are friendly and helpful and the range of products is awesome. You can find so many different games for every age range.

Great environment for gaming. The customer service is fine nothing special but not bad. The selection of products is good, however quite expensive though in saying that some of their products like the MTG planes walker decks are a great price.

I DIDDNT notice any eye-catching advertising to real in a LAPSED gamer...are you too similar advertising retards like at Aldi...Suresh...had I seen or shifted a scene I might have accessed a game of 17...what's wrong with sellers...sell the produce for gawds sake

Sorry about the 3-star because the place should probably be 3.5+ star. The guy to whom I talked seemed knowledgeable and happy to help, but the place seems a little too small to service all the games it should. If you are in the sweet-spot of games the place services, then it's going to be a good experience, however if you are after variety then you might not find your product. Give it a try!

Always a great experience. Milo and the staff are super helpful and know exactly what I'm looking for. It's a great place for the kids to enjoy finding a game or playing pokemon! All together Outstanding!

Fantastic selection of games. Extremely welcoming to all that walk in the doors. Everyone behind the counter is very knowledgeable and has a real passion for all things tabletop/board games/card games/etc. So many great events too! Be careful not to walk by the store as the entrance is just a door that leads to the store on the 1st floor.
