Had a great experience. We tried something for my TV reception unfortunately it didn’t work. No dramas went back in there and returned the goods. Ended up being a bigger problem involving the strata not a fault of jaycar advice. but was encouraging the interest, and possible solutions the staff presented was A grade

Needed a replacement fan for my Biltong dryer. I mistakenly had unscrewed some screws from The heating element. Josh went above & beyond his duty to refit the screws on the heating element & show me how to unscrew the unit in the right place to replace the fan.

Life savers. Looked everywhere for a replacement after battery acid leaked. They mocked one up for me and I'm ever so grateful.

Fantastic customer service. Personalised, painstaking. Very easy to shop there. Parking is easy, selection big. What's not to like?

I am heading out hiking in a few weeks and went to Jaycar Electronics Bondi Junction to get help to get a solar panel connected to my new Bluetti power pack. The service, advice and engagement I received from Josh and Steve was exceptional. They solved my connection issues and got me 'cooking with gas'. How good is that!

I recently went into Jaycar looking for a a dust-buster charger. Two Jaycar service guys tried to find the charger in the store and being unable to do so, apologised and suggested I try to find it online. Out of curiosity, one of the guys quickly jumped online to see if he could locate the type of charger I needed. He generously gave his time and advice, and shared the online item code with me after finding what looked to be the right charger. I just plugged it in and SUCCESS! Very grateful for the great service along with kindness AND a smile 😃

Steve at Bondi Junction was friendly and incredibly helpful. Even when what I was looking for was out of stock he checked the other stores and then offered a good, cheap alternative. Can definitely recommend!

Jaycar has a good range of electronics that you often don't find in other shops. However they are priced to match $$$$. While the staff are friendly they don't really know their products and definitely DONT LISTEN to your needs and are only keen to sell you somethung and getting you out. NOTE: 7 day returns policy which is pretty rubbish

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Jaycar, not just in Bondi but to all of them, over the last few weeks they have gone far beyond their duties to help me try and find what I'm looking for even if they don't stock it. They always get back to me within the same day and gave a genuine sense that they want to help me with my projects. Amazing service that is very rare to find these days, hats off to you all, your team deserves every star!

The best of its kind by far

The smallest Jaycar I have been, thus having bc a limited range. I unsuccessfully tried to find the plug I was after. (A Plug that Jaycar usually has.)

Great advice. Friendly. So much random electric stuff and accessories, you are bound to find what you need. Good return policy too if something doesn’t fit / work (but obviously have to keep in saleable condition!). Thanks

The store has been completely transformed by the new manager, with an ‘easy to find’ layout. The team are super knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for technology and electronics, parts or projects, this is one of the best available.

Bought a remote car from them for my child and the remote exploded. It was so dangerous luchy nothing happened to anyone. Went back to the shop to get a refund and they asked me for the remote. I had no choice but to throw it away because it was burning and the smell was so toxic. I've got the transaction on my phone but not the receipt. Worst toy ever. It must be illegal to sell these kind of toys

Jaycar Electronics in Bronte has friendly and knowledgeable staff members who helped us find what we needed at an affordable price. The shelves are fully stocked with just about anything you can think of for electronics products. Their rewards/perks program is also excellent. They have free parking and an entrance in the back of the property. #letsguide #perks

Always a great experience. Helpful staff even in the Christmas rush. Happy to assist promptly with returns/exchanges. Their free membership is great too, keeps a track of your receipts so you don't have to hold onto pieces of paper or stress when it comes to warranties. A+

My local Electronics store. A great place to go when you just have to have something right now but the compromise is of course retail prices and the selection range for some types of products is a bit spotty compared to what you can get online. Staff here are friendly and approachable if you need assistance. Unfortunately store closes at 5:30pm most nights, would be nice if it stayed open a bit later for those of us who'd like to pop in after work, like some other stores do. The parking lot here is tiny and difficult to get in and out of but at least they have one, otherwise you can always find parking a bit further away on the surrounding residential streets. Conveniently, there's a bus stop right outside the store too.

The staff here is exceptional. Came in with a broken Super Nintendo power point. Adrian took his time and expertise and made sure I left out as a happy customer! Being an American, I can conclude this store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills! You guys rock!

never BUT never open on time, useless!!! Chronically late to open shop, I can't understand how they can let this happen it is not an one off it has been happening for years. I just got fed up. It is disrespectful to your customers.

The staff gave great service and advice, very helpful and told me what i needed. Once we worked out we we needed it was out of stock. please get your stock levels correct. Sitting in a box downstairs cost me 2 jobs.
