Terrible customer service both on the phone and in person. Forced to attend the store for a replacement model of product ordered online and the customer service was so horrendous - I always make an effort to be pleasant, smile, I have paperwork with me etc.

Great service and competitive prices.

We purchased a TV on click and collect. We checked that it was in stock. We paid for it expecting to collect later that day but never heard anything so we called them. Found out it actually isn’t in stock. Now we have parted with out cash but no TV. We have to wait to hear from them when we can collect it which will be days. Very frustrating.

Called the store to ask a question, the lady on the phone knew nothing about the store and repeatedly put me on hold. Terrible service and useless help from her and the store.

A great cheap microwave

Bing Lee’s salesperson, Alex really went the extra mile for us when we recently purchased our Sony TV. He understood our budget and requirements and sourced just what we needed from another Bing Lee store. He also visited our home and installed our TV for us. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Such good customer service in store! Didn’t feel any pressure. Such helpful and friendly staff. Even helped carry everything to my car for me.

It took my call to them to ask about my device, for them to inform me that after waiting nearly 6 weeks, that my device was not going to be repaired and instead they would issue me with a replacement. Stated nill in stock currently but on order, and shouldn't take more than a week. I was surprised to receive notification it was available the next day. A bit dismayed at their systems breakdown internally, that meant I didn't get informed prior to my enquiry, but very glad it was resolved so promptly.

I recently bought a washing machine from Bing Lee Balgowlah. The installation was a bit rushed (however I do appreciate there are lots of deliveries in a day) which has caused water leaking. I was a bit stressed because washing machine was in a shared space and has caused trouble for neighbors. I'd still give it 5 stars due to Aaron's customer service. He was friendly and helpful from the beginning. He and his manager (I didn't get his manager's name sorry but shoutout to him as well) came over after I explained the situation and fixed it for me by themselves.

Their pricing too is balanced and fair. Staff there too are helpful

Delivered as promised.

Excellent online and delivery service. Ordered new washer on Sunday night and had it delivered and set up wed arvo. They took the old washer as part of the delivery service. At 7am Wed the drivers were able to give a 3 hr window of when they would arrive. They also had live updates of eta.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Parking is not great. Only a few spaces with limited road access.

Great customer service from Aaron and he had some excellent Black Friday deals to offer as well - knew his product information, happily answered all my questions and was able to offer suggestions and recommendations as well. I’d happily deal with him again for my next purchases

Went in to get a new vacuum cleaner and I was greeted quickly, the salesman checked the stock and gave a good price. I was in and out in under 20 mins. Very seamless transaction. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I was shopping for a small 24inch TV for my wife to use in the kitchen.I had certain criteria it must meet and went everywhere in search of what I thought was not available. I visited Bing Lee and met the most helpful lady called Nat who couldn’t do enough for me. She introduced me to a gentleman called Marty as he had more knowledge of what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for either Nat or Marty. What impressed me the most was how patient they both were with me. After all I wasn’t spending thousands of dollars, just a few hundred. The customer service and attention to detail they displayed was incredibly impressive. I found the TV I required and more importantly I know now where I will go next time instead of wasting time with their competition. Warren

Unfortunately the Sales Consultant I saw at Balgowlah yesterday quoted me for a different unit to the one I was looking at in-store, and when I went back today to purchase there was a $600 price difference. I'd asked for a print out of the specifications and price, and the one on the print out wasn't even on display in the store. Not a good experience but luckily the Smeg rep was in store and she did a great job in managing the situation. Still not a great experience and I think BL were found wanting in trying to determine a solution to solve the situation they created.

Cat was amazing. Vacuum stopped working and thought it was dead but we brought it in and she gave it a once over. New 27 dollar filter kit and some vacuum tlc tips (that we really.should have known) later and we are back to cleaning. Fantastic customer service. Recommend this store highly

The service and advise I received when buying a new laptop was outstanding. The complete opposite to Harvey Norman down the road. Martin listened very carefully to what I used a laptop for and then recommended a couple of options. I am delighted with my purchase and got it at an excellent price. Thank you guys.

Really had the best experience recently, Cat helped me find everything I needed for my cafe. The blender she recommended has been incredible so far and super fast for smoothies/Acai bowls/frappes like she told me, the toaster hasn’t skipped a beat and the food processor option with the blender comes in very handy. She went above and beyond for me when I came in having no idea what brands were the best quality. She has such a good vibe and really knowledgeable about all of the products. Thank you cat!!!

Horrible customer care. Bought a vacuum there and it came faulty, the manager in store tried to convince me to take home a used demonstration vacuum instead of giving me a a new one. When I demanded a refund they issued me the wrong value. Still haven’t got the refund after days of calling and emailing them.

I purchased a Google nest system. Unfortunately I had a issue with the the router in the set. I contacted my internet provider that guided me through a complete test. The fault was the faulty router. I return the item to the purchasing store. The team were extremely helpful and replace the the faulty set with a new one. The team at the balgowlah store were extremely helpful and customer service is at a very high standard. Please congratulate them. MG

Great when you buy, terrible when something is faulty and you need to return. Had 4 different people tell me 4 different things. After waiting a week they then insisted the item would need to be repaired, another 1-2 weeks. Finally got a refund after speaking to the manager.

We recently had a new kitchen installed & obviously needed new appliances to go with our new kitchen. We shopped the usual stores ( W*##*>gs) in search of appliances & somehow ended up at Bing Lee Balgowlah. Well from the moment we stepped foot inside the store we were greeted pleasantly by the staff. The process then began & it was no small feat working out what appliances best suited. In steps Romy. This young gentleman was an absolute delight to deal with. Nothing & I mean nothing was to hard for him & we did throw a million questions at him along with a million phone calls. Not only did he guide us in the right direction but his pricing was, well let’s just say it was definitely more than competitive. We can’t thank Romy enough for all of his guidance & help.You definitely made the process lot easier. You were helpful, polite & respectful through the whole process. Product great, online experience great and a good price. However I chose the contactless Covid-19 pickup option. On arriving in the store car park, there were no staff and no signs about pickup. I masked up reluctantly and entered the store where I was told I would have to go to the other floor. I then queued up with a load of other people in close proximity to pickup my order. Far from contactless. I would not have bought this item if I had know the pickup would be so abysmal. I do not believe we should be shopping for unnecessary items at this time but was reassured by the website that there would be no contact. Very poor.

Bought a TV online overnight and was ready for pickup within an hour of opening next day. Easy contactless pick-up with delivery into boot of my car whilst I was parked outside.
