As a Woolworths team member and a loyal BIGW customer for five years, I’ve never had issues until today. I was at the Warringah Mall store around 2:30 pm using self-checkout and asked for help. The staff member was rude and refused to assist, even when I asked her to call a line manager or supervisor. Eventually, another staff member helped me, but I was left frustrated when the first staff member swore at me as I was leaving. This was a disappointing experience after many positive visits

Best in town for long time. They have a competition in the mall but people like us will keep visiting and being loyal due to Best variety and Best pricing. The layout, staff and stock keeps pulling us back.

Customer service is fine but the inventory team/online service needs a serious overhaul to say the least. Paid in full for a click and collect order, was told said order would be ready shortly, waited 40 minutes and was finally told that the product was actually out of stock. Why would you sell me something that’s out of stock and waste 40 minutes of my time? Will not be shopping online with Big W ever again and will always recommend against it. Learn from my mistakes: only pay for something that you’ve actually seen firsthand.

That a big Big W.. A lot of varieties

It’s big W, there are a few long-term staff members of bump into solo on the front door is always in a great mood. Super friendly and happy to chat, plenty of selection of everything however I’ve taken away the photo shack in the back corner.

Very spacious and therefore, easy and good to walk around and not be cramped. Helpful staff and excellent for shopping. Highly recommend.

There’s an Indian lady staff being very rude to the customer. Asked her something about the gift card, she told me to check online and not with her. But I thought assisting with customer’s help is her job? This happened on 19/11 9:30am. Please aware of this lady.

After trying to look so long for a book for my grandson & no success . I was directed to Julie & she knew exactly where to find it , A big thank you to Julie in the book department for your tremendous help in finding our grandsons book that he needed for his 1st year of school next year. Very happy customer . 😊 Also a big thank you to Matthew upon entry to the store for helping in contacting Julie to assist me.

Click and collect should be Wait and Wither. One lovely lady (praise to her) serving, line is 10 deep! Seriously sort this out at the same time supporting your staff. 15 minute wait is just not acceptable 😒

Don't fall for the opening and closing times.. says the store opens at 8:30 opened at 8:32 and closed 6 minutes early ???

Plenty of easy parking, gorgeous open air vibe, great variety of quality stores. Chatswood is actually closer to me, but at Warringah the traffic is easier & you never get stuck in nasty car park exit queues.

Not great for online orders.

Was in the area and popped in to buy a muffin tray and dog treats. Unfortunately, the lady at the checkout was not happy I could not produce a receipt for the two KitKat I bought around Woolworths just 10min earlier. Am I supposed to know what BigW is stocking? Or worry about having to prove my innocence when I don’t need to steal? As I could neither produce a receipt nor was I able to confirm I had shown security at the entrance my two Kitkat (oh how does that even sound….), I offered to either pay for what I wanted to purchase or leave it there and walk away. As she wasn’t happy with either, all I could do is walk away. No dignity. Treating customers poorly and then being surprised when they don’t respond well and the shops are empty. Bye bye BigW, do not worry to see me ever again. Take care.

I picked up an item my daughter bought online, and I ended up shopping for more children winter clothing. They are so good , value for money. I'm happy with the quality and selection from the children department.

The check out chick did not know wat to do. It was a big mess up from start to finish. I wont be going back there again

Fairly well stocked store with merchandise to cover anything that's needed but sadly very few floor staff to help, however, the one I found proved very helpful...they just need more of them

Don't you dare buy with cash or lose a receipt. Impossible to exchange a product or get a store credit. Even with products which have a Big W sticker showing it is from them. Useless. Way better to buy in Kmart, cheaper and don't need a receipt to get store credit.

Price are very reasonable for all the items, do drop by anytime when you are around, you won't regret

NO STOCK NO STOCK NO STOCK ! Big W has an abundance of NO STOCK in store or online,men’s clothing is appalling,Target was more expensive but you could actually purchase clothing there. Novel

I ordered some goods online three weeks ago. BigW sent me an email telling me to get excited. The goods have not arrived. I have spent hours trying to get action. BigW service is appalling - it seems it is up to me to be regularly chasing them and their marketplace seller. They have my money. I don’t have my goods. Not good enough.

Rypical of any large Big W store. Reasonably set out , however staff were few and hard to find. Range of products were less than I expected, yet there was no shortage of Easter Egss chocolates and sweets near the checkouts. Checkout counter gets a 5 /5 for location as you leave the store.

Love the BIG W stores because they have a huge range of clothing, homewards, toys, hardware, pet supplies.
