Was followed around the store. I didn't need help, you can easily look up product info online. Only continued to walk around to mess with them.

Was there for half an hour in a dingy store. No one served me.

Unfortunately I purchased a Refrigerator, Washing Machine and Television on the 30th Jan 25. I was very happy when Mandy L told me that if I paid a premium, the guys would unpack and set up the appliances. I was dismayed when the guys left, they left all the packaging in the refrigerator taped up and the Tv is still in its box on the floor. I spoke to the manager Kim this morning, she wouldn’t listen to my complaints, just talked over me all the time. I swore at her to shut her up. She hung up. She rang back, same behaviour, she finally listened, I spoke and told her about the Tv in the box then she started ranting again. She said I was a liar, her workers don’t lie, I said I could come to the store and see her, she said I’m barred. totally out of control. She said she watched the CTV and heard Mandy tell me I had to pay for an installer? I didn’t lie, I was told the tv would be unpacked like the others but she said I have to an installer? To just unpack a tv and sit it on the floor? Paid $126.00 for this service. Mandy L did not say that the tv would not be unboxed. Great customer service. Never again! Don’t believe anything they say!

Hi I’m Agan. I have ordered 75 inch tv on 24th of December and today is 17th of January but I still didn’t receive the order. I tried so many times to get update my order and they said we don’t have stock for now. This is my first and last order. So I’m not recommending to buy from this store

Took the misses in today to purchase a fridge. We were greeted by a top young man named Nathen. He went above and beyond to assist my extremely fussy wife chose the fridge she required and after over an hour of her stressing we left without said fridge. Nathan's sales skills were exceptional, he was helpful, polite and eager to please! Top job Nathan we will be back to see you as soon as the wife finds something else that needs updating!!! Highly recommend

Not a good service, not at all happy. We Ordered S24 ultra, received the product with different colour and different manufacturing country. We did specifically mentioned about the colour and manufacturing country when we ordered. Also, item arrived at store 1 week earlier, but we haven’t received any notification, so we had to call them to know about it.

You guys have to change name BAD GUYS . Brought a front load LG washing machine last month. Start using 2 weeks before, from the first wash it is leaking from the bottom areas while working. The bad thing is no body arranging a visit to check the complaint from the Store & LG . Attending the call and keep saying within 2 days someone will contact. Now 2 weeks Completed still saying 2 days....really bad service

Honestly the worst service ever. I paid them for goods, they send a message order succesful drive all the way from Forbes for them to tell me oh sorry our system rejected your payment and we dont know why. They will refund me but that might take a few days and if want the goods I need to make another payment in store. Asked for manager was, told its no use calling him/her nothing they can do, thats just how it is. Well stuff you Good Guys, you should change your name to bad guys. I will never buy from you again....

Went there first thing in the morning with a fridge at home that had just failed. Nathan and his stellar service had us at home within the hour with a new fridge. No food was spoiled or lost. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and super helpful in every aspect!

Bought brand new Tv from them and had trouble setting it up. Tried to call the store to ask a question and end up with an automated voice message that says they are to busy and hangs up without the option to even leave a message or get a call back. Good guys have lost my business forever if they can’t be bothered to answer a phone.

Paid through payment link. Presented receipt at counter but can't pick up washing machine until payment comes through on the Good Guys system so standing here waiting for more than 20 minutes. Many years since I shopped at Good Guys. You'd think they'd be more on the ball and make the buying experience so much more enjoyable. Asked to speak with manager who informed me she could call the police and have me charged for fraud for using my Wife's credit card to pay. I stated I have permission she just turned and walked away. What a terrible experience will never shop here again.

Really disappointing experience. Very poor customer service. After purchasing a faulty Lg surround sound system from the good guys dubbo I returned the item expecting a replacement or refund. I received neither and informed it had to be sent away to be assessed by LG. Inconvenient but ok I handed the item in mid April, it took Dubbo goodguys over a week just to hand it in for repair. It’s now entering June and I’m still without a sound system. I spoke to staff member Kurt this morning who made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. He first stated he would have a definite answer today, then after I pointed out he said the exact same thing 2 weeks ago and nothing happened, he then changed his story to there’s nothing he can do. I tried to point out how ridiculously long it is taking and the goodguys dubbo should make more effort to resolve these type of issues for their clients, however he didn’t care at all and just stated there’s no guarantees on when and nothing he can do. I will now have go out and purchase a brand new surround sound system due to the incompetence on goodguys dubbo. I will definitely not be purchasing it from the goodguys dubbo store however. Extremely frustrating & disappointing experience. I would recommend people avoid this store

These guys are bad news when it comes to returning faulty goods. I explained that the heater has a burning smell coming from it, and he tried to tell me that it's in the instruction booklet and that his heater 'which is exactly the same', does it as well and that it's perfectly normal, but of course he couldn't show me these words in the booklet. After a rude forty five minute lecture and then hit with a 20% return fee, he said he's going to rebox it for future sale. Best advice I can offer is don't risk purchasing goods from this store.

Management and staff are always friendly and know their job n will fo put of their way to make sure you have a very pleasant shopping experience with them .. extremely prompt and reliable when it comes to warranty claims or repairs etc n very knowledgeable with the products they sell .. very highly recommend speak with Michelle or Sharon or any other member tbh should you have any enquiries and they'll be more than happy to sort you out with any information you may require .

Bought a TV cabinet and the packaging was damaged. Replaced it with a new one ,free delivery with no hassle.

We haven’t had mush luck with customer service in dubo, but a young man named cooper went out of his way to help us find exactly what we need, he wasn’t pushy at all and his excitement over the products was the thing that sold us on them, we ended up getting both a washing machine and refrigerator with him and I’m actually excited to receive them. Product knowledge, passion and professionalism everything you would expect from an older more experienced sales staff but cooper seemed pretty young. If your going to good guys ask for cooper!

Very poor service bought vacuum from them around 6 months ago it stopped working because of some technical issue and now the good guys are not covering it under warranty such a poor service they give a suggestion to use tape. I came yesterday and they told they will replace it as it is under warranty but today they are very rude in communicating need 4 weeks to repair. When I bought the product form them they were very polite but not when its not working they are being rude while replacing. Kamart has far better service then these guys, worth spending 40 dollars in kmart than spending 300here.

Didnt have the best sales lady but the lady at the 1300number I had spoken to on the phone had already sent me an invoice so she matched that. Picked up our fridge the same afternoon. Good selection on fridges.

Been there to get a telestra post paid sim plan , been there at 12:30 pm came out 3:30 pm without any sim plan because staff was not trained enough to activate that plan for me , they did my credit check twice and were telling me the system is crashing , they should have told me about crashing of software at the start not after 3 hours and then they said sign the paperwork n tn we will call you whenever we are done , well i denied n refused to take the plain because dont want to struck in 12 months lockin contract by the untrained staff , so unprofessional , they do appolozied but i think they should get there staff trained including the manager.

What a horrible experience. You clowns need to learn to back off and let people shop at their own pace. Can't take 2 steps without being harassed. Like circled by sharks. We will never set foot in your shop again.
