The service here is actually horrible. Every time i’ve come in, without fail, the elderly ladies are always extremely rude. From scoffing, to side eyeing, to their tone - it’s actually disgusting. You’d think working in customer service that they’d be at least nice. Extra star because all the younger staff are actually very nice and polite, however the ladies in charge of the self checkout and customer service at the front are just disgustingly rude.

Very spacious and incredibly helpful staff members if you are able to track one down.

I found exactly what I was looking for i.e. a well made carry-on suitcase at a very reasonable price.

I visit here every 6 mths and always the staff are fantastic

I go there sometime because they have my size in stock. The place looked clean and the staffs are nice.

Giving one star due to customer service. Staff weren’t friendly, they didn’t appear to enjoy their job very much (layby/click and collect section) Staff / manager were rude, didn’t speak or respond much, and had a what do you want attitude. Have to be some of the rudest staff I’ve been served by. Spent $1800 here only a few weeks ago for the kids Christmas presents, and we get treated like poop. I don’t often leave reviews, but this experience deserved one!!

Look i totally understand why the change of layout for the make-up section, I'd assume it's down to theft. But I'm not sure what they're stealing because there's no stock, no testers, nothing, and there never is. Not in anything except the mco beauty stuff. Please sort it out ffs. I'm not going to spend 40 bucks on foundation just guessing if it's the right shade. If you can't offer testers, maybe don't sell it.

They didn't have what I was looking for, but I noticed a subtle increase in prices which makes the uncompetitive in the items I used to go there for. Disappointed they still advertise using lower prices. They are not!

No cashier serving, so I go through self service, get home and there’s security tags on the items! You shouldn’t allow items with security tags to be scanned through self check out. The alarm DIDNT go off (but did in another store and now I know why). WHY have the security tags if your security beepers don’t actually work? What’s the point (apart from me having to now find receipt and drive back). Pretty poor effort Big W.

Having a stressful time looking for matching family PJs. Mark in clothing was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to find us what we needed and we managed to leave with a set for everyone.

Always like looking around I this shop . Friendly and smiling staff. Only issue which relates to the actual while complex is parking is always hard to get outside. You can spend a lot of time just driving around looking for someone to be leaving. Yes there is plenty of underground parking, but for many 4x4 and utes the height is about 150mm too low to get into that area.

Discussed by your online service and then instore wasn't much better I wasn't surprised there weren't many customers in store. Unlike jb hifi that I ended up going to and getting what I needed from some top quality customer service staff. My family and I have been long time shoppers at big w but thinking I definitely need to rethink my options! Very disappointed and disillusioned.😪

It's a regular, weekly, stop in for my family and I. It is always tidy and boasts decent products and stock levels.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service particularly the older ladies is absolutely atrocious. Worst big w I’ve ever been to.

I asked for a receipt with my purchase today. Was told no and that it was “actually quite wrong” of me to ask for one. She was an older white lady and I said you’re really not speaking to me very nicely and you’re telling me I’m doing the wrong thing. Her response was I’m being very nice actually. I was absolutely shocked with her tone, which was rude & quite demeaning, & telling me no that’s actually really wrong of me to ask for a receipt when I get them in the app eventhough I didn’t have access to it today. It’s one thing if she said sorry I don’t actually have the ability to do so because you get them in the app, but to tell me my question to her asking if there was a way I could have a receipt because I had more shops to go to was “actually quite wrong of me”. Bloody ridiculous that I get told I’m doing the wrong thing by just asking for a receipt. Not sure what the heck she thinks I’m gonna do so wrong with a receipt of items I purchased. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve had similar things happen. The older ladies at this bigw are so rude and so demeaning.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. We needed help at the self serve and the young lady came over to scan her card, we said thank you and she just turned around and walked off. Not to mention the young fella working too that looked homeless. Absolute filthy attitudes, what happened to dress code is retail. Perhaps it’s a good idea to go back to uniforms your team might look better!!! We then went down to Kmart and was greeted by the most amazing energetic retail assistant I’ve ever seen !!

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. Had a worker (old woman) try and get mad at my grandson... yes he was in the wrong but I had gotten mad at him and she heard me do so. (He threw 2 balls Into the cage where they are kept but it was making loud noises hitting the back part) When I told her I already spoke to him she got 2 other workers to walk near me, my daughter and grandchildren and watch us. I will stress that we were doing no wrong. My daughter was strapping a child into the pram. This type of intimidation is appauling. I would like to add that an adult man had kicked a ball infront of her but was never spoken to. I will never shop there again and I suggest choosing another big w to shop at. Workers need to be trained how to interact with customers!

Had been there so many times and the experience is ways very good. I like to buy clothes, shoes and so many things. Their service is very good. I would love to go again.

Hey big W is big on saving

Lot of bargains if you go there at the right time.

would've given more stars, but customer service was abysmal. Had to ask for service and was given grudgingly, it seemed from the demeanour of the staff person. The bag he gave me was so over full that I had trouble carrying it by the handles. A shame because they had what I needed in kids' clothes, and I usually enjoy Big W. Not today!
