Cleaning staff very helpful while I was looking for a particular store

Just had the rudest check out assistant, I was waiting with my autistic client having a conversation with him when she and the man she was serving started being nasty towards us. When I confronted her I explained my client is Autistic and she said she didn't care. OMG rude. They both spoke in their own language and laughed at us.

Well ho ho ho. Went through BW self check out today The staff person female was not in the Xmas mood. I asked her a question to which she gave me a smart arse reply. I said to her well go figure. Her response was well it's Xmas and I'm busy. Typical Dubbo retail service.

Get near all you need in one place

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Big W in Dubbo. My client's wallet fell out of his pocket, leaving him very anxious and worried as he searched for it. I approached a young lady at the entrance to explain the situation. She kindly introduced me to a security lady wearing a bright coloured vest who had found and secured my client's wallet. Both were extremely kind and helpful. My client was so relieved and I deeply appreciate your efforts, which truly made his day much luckier. :)

Great range

They had what I needed and was a pleasant place to shop. What more can I say.

Huge store, great variety, clean and tidy, great staff and service.

The service desk is seriously short staffed. An item scanned at the wrong price and because of Big W's error I am waiting in line around 30mins. There are many people with enquiries and a family are laybuying their entire Christmas shopping - a full trolley of toys. Hire more people for the service desk.

Couldn't tell the staff from customers noone wearing a uniform Couldn't find products when I finally worked out who was a staff member they had no knowledge of there department and couldn't find what I was looking for told me someone moved it so obviously no communication between staff

Can always grab a bargain here as its a pretty big store.

I am never disappointed at bigw always low prices for good quality clothing staff are lovely n don't follow you around coz your black ....

Good Items, great Signs

This arvo, the women staff (which I should get the name) told me that be careful to touch the clothes that she is sorting that I am looking at. I, was shock and waiting for her next word what she meant and she stated because she already sorted by size. I just didn’t anything, walk away and still respect her. I’ll let the god give you what you deserve. Your lucky women, if you keep doing that you’ll find a customer what you deserve.

Not enough checkouts open... Messy store

Waiting in line at the checkout with at least 4 other people behind us, 2 operators on the checkout, and then one operator left the checkout to go and do sweet fa and left at least 6 people waiting to be served at the 'assisted checkout'.. and forced us to use the self checkouts which were full... bloody ridiculous...

Big and busy,hard to get a smile.

My favourite place to buy Pokemon cards in dubbo, nearly 20% cheaper than eb games.

Standard Big W.. Friendly staff, big range. Poor checkout experience with them forcing you to use self checkout. I am using Big W less breeches of this.

Big W Dubbo can be challenging to navigate with scattered cages and trolleys. The store lacks organization, with returns piled up. However, Brit, the store greeter, shines with her welcoming and humorous personality, making the visit enjoyable despite the chaos. .

Clearly labelled aisles and a lovely welcome at the entry of the store.

I went to buy chemicals for the ports loo, the lady at the door, when I asked which direction do I go, she said they don't sell any, I said yes you do. 😂

A good store located in East Dubbo. Has everything big w usually carries.

Thank you to Jess Quill at Big W Dubbo for taking the time to help my young son through the self serve checkouts yesterday. He didn't want me seeing what he bought for Xmas and really wanted to do it himself.

How about you answer the phone ( over 79 times calling ) i understand that you're busy this time of year , but when i get home & i'm missing an item from collect from boot , i would like it sorted out too. Terrible customer service, there is none !
