Don't always have what I'm after but I still end up walking out with a trolley full - with ideas to get my house organised and looking pretty!

This store is actually disgusting, I went to try on a dress in the fitting rooms and not only was the fitting rooms disgusting there is blood all through the dress. And don't even get me started on how rude most of the employees are!! And the managers are horrific, one of the managers refused to help me and walked away while rolling their eyes. And they wouldn't let me report one of the teenage staff they have there for telling my 6 yr old off for bouncing a hand ball. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN, SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING

Tilley was an absolute legend of a worker at the Dubbo store today. She took time out of her shift to help me track down the right lid for the bin i wanted to buy. Thanks and she is an asset to the team

Staff are always trying there best to keep tidy and get stock out! Has much more stock then most Kmarts around here!!

The stock control in this store is beyond very poor. Empty shelves everywhere. Store was very untidy. Very disappointed with this store.

Good service and staff

shelves are mostly bare and its kind of disappointing. click and collect is amazing, really quick and staff at the counter are very helpful. check outs are in a dumb spot and it makes for checking out a stressful experience as its always very crowded and if you are buy multiple items its very hard. theres never any bags available and you always have to go ask for some. its also very stressful when there is only 1 person in the check outs as not everyone wants to self serve but most of the time there is no one on the check outs so you have to. the layout of the store is just uncomfortable and the clothing section is just a mess, its always hard to find stuff in there but the staff are friendly.

So disappointed with this store I bought a phone charger lead with the help of a staff member as I am vision impaired, on getting it home the lead was 3m long so I took it back to the store 2 days later with the receipt and was told they whould not take it back beacause I open it , but be happy to buy a shorter one, this is no way to be treating people with disabilities

Unhappy customer, I bought the wrong size bedding fitted sheet and covers yesterday. I Bought single instead of single King. I opened the packet thinking it was the right size. Kmart refused to refund or exchange even though it was only a hour later. Really upset I didnt use it.

Went to shop for swimmers the other week. Store was an absolute mess, like in total shambles, making it really hard to even find any swimmers in my size. Went to Big W straight afterwards and everything was tidy and well maintained, so there's really no excuse. The store is clearly not staffed enough. Today I did an online click & collect order and absolutely everything was sold out - pool toys, scissors, cosmetic tools, even the basic white pedestal fan completely sold out - like come on, anyone should know to keep this stuff in stock leading up to Christmas. This screams poor management and understaffing to me. I'm grateful Dubbo finally has a Kmart but it needs to be run so much better than this. They could be making so much more money if it was properly managed.

No staffs on the floor to ask for help Stuffs lying around with no tickets Stock count is messed up. Shows stock online for click and collect but never fulfilled. I get that some stock may not be always available but please fix the SOH count so customers do not need to hassle with placing the order.

17:57 on 24th march 2023 at the kids bike section. Male staff behave rude to my 3 year old boy when tried to ring the bell on one of the bikes. We were actually came to buy a bike for my kid. Anyway this shop runs by some rude staffs.

Very disappointed that they were not able to open cash register. Usually have a better experience. Should be able to choose . Put goods back.

Worst kmart ever , never any stock and staff never replenish shelves always empty

Every time we use click and collect it says the item is in stock, then refunds is weeks later saying the item is out of stock ruining a Christmas AND a birthday. Lazy, rude staff and an unclean, badly stocked and messily shelved business. Take your money elsewhere.

not good tried calling Kmart about 15 times for something but they don’t know how to answer their phones, the store has phones for reasons so no I don’t recommend this place at all

Slowly getting better,but still not as good as target. Click & collect is a joke,if it isn't available at the store you can't get it. Buy it online & have it delivered to your home address,it comes straight from one of the stores in Sydney. Dubbo store is getting worse.

The baby section here is a joke, There are Servos with bigger Baby Sections. Big W one is 5 times the size and fully stocked. No empty shelves.

This place is the most unorganised and untidy Kmart I think I’ve ever been to in my life - specifically the ladies and beauty. It’s clear to me that they require more staff to help tidy and recover the store. Also there is almost always zero stock of anything. I do however fully understand the issues of shipping and availability of stock due to covid. Working in retail management myself, It’s clear that the store needs more support from upper management in regards to a better labour budget in order to improve in these areas.
