Our Vision for Reconciliation
Woolworths Group acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the Lands and pays respect to Elders past and present. As one of Australia’s largest retailers, we have the honor of serving thousands of communities and millions of people across rural, remote, and metro areas. Our latest Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) tells the story of our reconciliation journey, supported by strategic focuses across Indigenous education, employment, sourcing, and health.

First Nations Employment Roadmap
As one of Australia’s largest private employers and one of the largest employers of Indigenous peoples, we aim to attract diverse talent and provide meaningful career opportunities. Our strategy sets specific employment targets to increase and retain First Nations representation across the Group to at least 3.2 percent by 2025.

First Nations Advisory Board
Formed in August 2021, the Woolworths Group First Nations Advisory Board provides guidance on our actions towards reconciliation and advises on matters related to Indigenous Affairs within Woolworths Group and with Indigenous communities.
Supporting First Nations Communities
Woolworths Group’s wholesale business, AGW, partners with Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) to provide essential goods and services to remote communities in the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area (NPA) of Australia.

Small parking and no the best prices

So grateful for staff. Hot day..battery flat...2 dogs...so...first i was given water for the dogs and me..then a chair...i am 83...then a safe bed for the dogs. Lots of care given...many many thanks 😊
The lovely island lady who served us was satisfying
Smallish Woolies, went to the service deli at 13:29 on a weekday, not much of a range in the window compared to other Woolies, and it was mostly discoloured or extremely dried and shriveled.
Mostly friendly staff and lots of parking. Prices are on par with other stores in the area

A very big thumbs up for the cashier Naomi , she is always so friendly and caring and delightful personality when we get served by her. My 92 year old mother adores her service and heads for her checkout whenever we shop. Thank you Naomi never change we appreciate all that you do for your customers .

If you come from a relatively civilised place like the Shoalhaven, and end up in Hades,(Lake Cargelligo) you will really appreciate the 'once a fortnight' visit to Griffith and Woolies is pretty much the same everywhere you go. Never have I appreciated them so much.

This supermarket has lots of products available and friendly staff. There are often special offers here so watch out for them. The car park is easy to access and has lots of spaces. The carpark exit is a bit out of the way, but easy to navigate.

Good place for shopping and convenient because not as busy as other one and plenty of space for parking.

Sadly one of the worst woolies experiences I have ever had. Was greeted aggressively by someone I don't even know what they were asking. The checkout lady was rude and was putting 3 or 4 small items per bag to try and make us pay for more bags. She broke one of our avocados and almost broke the eggs as she was being so aggressive with all the food.
Same as every other supermarket, generally has what you want.
Great place to shop
The best Woolworths in town. I often go here instead of the Woolies more centrally located in Griffith, as this store is hardly ever busy and they surprisingly stock a decent range considering its much smaller size to the other Woolies. Great customer service always, very clean as well.
