UPDATE: DONT BRING THINGS BACK FOR A SECOND TIME . Had a warranty problem with a purchase that I made here. It took an eternity to sort out, but Jill, who I was dealing with, stayed true and got the result that I needed. She was helpful, polite, and efficient. Would definitely recommend asking for her when needing help there.
Exceptional service from Miranda and Tori in. Nothing was to much trouble. They went above and beyond to help us out in a time of need. You girls are awesome.

Poor service. Told my item would be here in 5-10 business days as the only reason i brought it. 2 months i am now told. No help at all. Offered a lesser model instead. Would never recommend buying through the good guys Wagga. Absolutely terrible service

Terrible. Coffee machine sent for repairs 6 weeks ago. They had it for 2 weeks. It's broken again. Was told that they don't replace, they have the right to repair 3 times. Suggested I deal with it until after Christmas and contact nespresso myself. Don't shop here. Go to Harvey Norman who actually help you !!!!

Great service everytime
I’ve have nothing but praise for The Good Guys of Wagga. From Management to the fantastic hardworking Staff on the Floor, from Jessie in White Goods who sold me a Cook Top,Oven & Dish Washer to the lovely Jill in TVs. Coming from the Metro Area the staff aren’t the same and here in Wagga they make you feel special.
Disappointed at the lack of service. I paid for a delivery of a fridge that is damaged. I’ve made two separate inquiries to get this fixed and have received no follow up. It’s been over a month now. We really need the fridge, and having to wait and having no follow up is really disappointing.
I had my 5 yr old oven door explode when first time using the pyro clean feature. Good guys secured a refund for me i purchased a newand oven and they had it installed for free. Brilliant service from Sarah and Monique
Took $1300 vacuum back to have someone look at it lady (marg) at the counter extremely rude. Why work in customer service if your skill set is obviously in other areas? Will not purchase from there again.
I just rang the Wagga store with a question about a washer/dryer package to be told rudely everyone is too busy at the moment. That’s ok I’ll make my 3k purchase 200m down the road at Harvey Norman
Can’t recommend Jill and Sarah enough for their support and customer service.

Worst customer service, the guy who serves at the front who doesn’t like to help. We bought Samsung the frame from the store and read terms and conditions to claim free bezel from the store and he keeps insisting that we bought it online. I’d rather give a one star review but here it is. Thanks for the bad experience. Updated: the manager at the Good guys Wagga deserved a raise. She’s friendly and get straight to the point

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Monique over my order. She was patient, responsible, smart and super helpful. What a superstar to have in your team. It didn't bother me that everything was done via phone calls too 😉

Ordered for in store pick up. Nice and easy process. The store staff were very helpful and carried the item to my car for me!
Retail chaos. Left my order sitting for months without emailing me because they had an old phone number on file. Then I chased them, organised the delivery and changed numbers on file. Took time off work and they failed to deliver because they put it on the wrong truck and tried to call me on the old number. Had to take another day off. They wouldn’t organise install even though the website said it was a service available in Albury because my online order was put through in Wagga. A shambles.
I was offered service within two minutes of entering the store to purchase a new oven and cooktop. I stated I did not want an oven made in China/Korea/Vietnam and was told the Fisher and Paykel oven I wanted was made in New Zealand - after getting it delivered I found it was made in Thailand. Whilst looking at different appliances in the cooking section (which is not large) I noticed two items incorrectly ticketed, one on price, one a totally different model. I was also less than impressed with the actual delivery. An approximate time could not be given, not even stating morning or afternoon. In addition, the delivery person had rolled his trolley through mud at some stage in the morning, and left heavy dirt tracks on my carpet.
Went to the store this week to get some more information and possible purchase a new washing machine. Unfortunately the staff were to busy talking to each other and doing all they could to avoid eye contact with us to help. After waiting for 10 minutes I went up and asked for assistance, the salesman I got knew nothing about dishwashers and gave vague statements about the product and got defensive when I called him out on what he was saying was not correct. As you can probably gather I did not buy anything that day and the customer service better improve before I bother coming back to this store.
Went in yesterday for some appliances and was impressed by the customer service. Staff were polite, helpful, and attentive. Will be shopping here again.

Floor staff are friendly. Products and prices are good. I found it fairly positive.
Great customer service by the looks of it BUT when it comes to knowing the products that they are selling it is unfortunately a hell of the different story… I won’t buy from you any longer
Had an issue with a rather long backorder on a washing machine I had ordered, but the staff helped me swap for one in stock with next day delivery and even did a $100 discount, thank you so much to Alex and Michael absolute legends :)

Couldn't fault the staff here, they were all very apologetic about the stock levels but it's nation wide due to the covid induced logistics shortages, nothing they could do about it.

Do not trust their cash back offers!! I have had the most horrible experience ever with them and it’s a long story. I bought a Samsung Sound bar which had a cashback offer. I bought it on the 15th of August and the cashback was supposed to be sent on the 26th of August only. So, I bought the Soundbar and waited for the cashback credit. I forgot to check it on the 26th but when I remembered on the 11th of September, I couldn’t find it in my email. So I thought maybe I missed it or something else happened. I called the good guys online to enquire about my credit. They told me that they sent it on the 26th. When I told them, I never received it, they asked me to check my junk mail and it was not there. When I requested them to send it again, they said I had only 5 days to spend the credit, so I lost my opportunity to use it. When I said “that’s a very short time to spend anyway”, and if they could do anything about it, the lady curtly told me to email the customer care and hung up the phone before I could say anything. I emailed the customer care team on the same day, and it’s been 16 days now. I still have not received any reply. I could never imagine such a poor customer service or service representative at any major retailers such as Good Guys but I learned it the hard way. I will never buy anything from them in the future!

lady at the front desk with brown hair is the rudest person i have ever dealt with. she consistently ignores and doesn't help you with anything lucky if you get some friendly eye contact. as for the other staff they are extremely helpful and very kind.
