Had a rather pleasing experience here, stress free and staff were very helpful and patient

Lots of different things to look at and maybe purchase. Plenty of books, toys and clothes as well as other things you would find in a department store. There is parking available underneath or out on the streets around Marketplace.

Like all big W's , great selection.

Walking into the store is always a delight as you are faced with a smile and a friendly wave from a kind man watching the entrance. I have never met someone so lovely in my life, even if we only talk through super small interactions. He overall makes shopping at Big W incredible, couldn't imagine the store being the same without him! Thank you for doing an amazing job <3

Great place to shop and the staff are very helpful

I went into the shop looking for something came out with something different 🤔 most of the staff are well trained others just fill in their day.

Stephen at the entry is a real asset to the store. Gives me a friendly greeting each time, and he is very helpful in guiding me to where I will find what I need.

Good shop in Wagga Mall.

It's Big W. Same as most other Big W stores. The staff were friendly and the store was tidy. Not sure what else to add. Very similar experience to most Big W's

Totally unique for all the wrong reasons.

Good service

Absolutely appalling treatment by 3 staff members in self serve. One put her hand on my 3yo and accused us of stealing the lolly in her hand; without actually asking for proof of purchase (which I had). The 3 of them then lined up together and watched me, rolled eyes and intimidated and embarrassed me. Questioned again when asked one to cancel my transaction so I could leave. Foul. Manager was kind and apologetic when I returned with my receipt to complain about their disgusting behaviour. So angry!

Very good and helpful staff. The prices are very cheap and good quality products.

Lined up for the Layby/service counter on the 16th November 5:15pm as I needed to get a refund for an online order. The older lady on shift at the time is so rude and abrupt to both customers and staff members. Absolutely refused to refund 2 pairs of women’s shoes for a man whose wife had sent him in with the receipt to get a refund on as he didn’t have her card. (I have heard this is a policy of some kind, albeit ridiculous). The kicker is, the elderly woman whom was next in line was treated very impatiently and abruptly when confused about the process, was not required to do the same thing with her refund. The line was growing and the woman called for a staff member to come and assist, Ben arrived at the counter and was met with a spray of loud abuse about why he took so long, when he explained that he was asked to cover someone for a break whilst going to have his he was told “that’s not good enough” and “I finish at 5:30pm so you won’t be having a break at all” and continued ranting and raving with superiority. This behaviour from a mature aged woman is disgusting and no one, not staff or customers should be treated the way she treats people.

Generally a great place to shop. Prices pretty good. Very polite and very patient and respectful. Thankyou to Cin at Layby yesterday Saturday (21/10/23) You were very helpful,patient and I really appreciate the extra assistance you gave.
