Kmart Wagga Wagga

I bought 5 shorts, all size 40 but one didn’t fit me. As all were the same size and 4 fitted me I didn’t bother keeping the receipt. But when I went back to the store only a few days later she refused to changed the shorts which I never wore. She told we don’t change without receipt. The pants were Anko branded and brand new!

Multiple times I have been to this store. It is an absolute mess every time. It is clearly under staffed. There is no one to help find things. The last 2 times I have asked for help finding something that they have in stock, both times have been too they’re is 10 or 12 but they’re not in the floor so they’re not here. I asked if they could look out the back and was told they don’t do that as it is a self service store. If that is the case it’d be helpful to have the stock out and available for self service. As someone who has worked in customer service I understand how the big companies do not care to have adequate staff and have expectations that are ridiculous to ask if people. However it is up to the employees to display people skills and offer assistance as needed when working in a customer service role it’s literally the main part of your job. If you can’t find an item that is fine but at least have the decency to try

Hands down the worst kmart I have been in to. So messy and dirty. You can tell the management don't care about this store.

Smelly, dirty, untidy. Then to pay and a strong urine smell. Last time before xmas smelt of vomit in the children's clothing section. Needs disinfected and tidy up. It was so unpleasant.

I've been to lots of Kmarts all over Australia, but this store is by far the dirtiest, most disorganised store I've ever seen! Stock on the floor, that's clearly just been kicked under the bottom shelf by lazy staff to get it out of the way, clothing literally just piled up or thrown on display tables, nothing folded, rubbish left on shelves, stock all over the place, dirty floors and it stinks! Clearly needs new management and staff. Albury & Wodonga much better and worth the drive.

Store is always a messy, dirty. So many merchandise trow on the floor, prices all ways wrong says a price where they are displayed them when you go to pay for it price is all ways higher them the one displayed. So many things missing no stock. Extremely disappointed, has been like that for a long time now. Even after reviewing and complaining. Seen like no one cares about the Store it's abandoned. Wagga needs some needed attention. If you go to Albury store is clean, organised, so much better them Wagga Store.

Paid for 1 hr service with photos, 3 hours later, still waiting. Now late for annappointment

Very annoyed. Placed an online order for a change table which is very much needed for twins and 12 days later to get told the transport company have not picked it up but Kmart has lost my item. Still showing stock online but none in stock so can’t get a replacement either. Will not order again online with Kmart as no accountability was taken, just to be told “I don’t know what happened “. Not good enough and now have to wait 5-10 days for my refund. Very poor!!

They don’t answer the phone at their wagga wagga store. All sections just ring out, or repeat the same message. No customer service.

The Wagga store is always hotter than surrounding stores, particularly back left end where the service desk is , it so warm I wouldn't stay. Can you check your air conditioning?

Place is clean, customer service was amazing and the food is the best

Trying to find an item for last 30 minutes, asked 3 staff, girl at the fitting room tried to get someone and apprently told everyones busy! Just went to the pay area and had 3-4 staff mucking around and doing nothing! Maybe managment need to have some sort of assistance on tje floor. Atleast when a customer is asking for an item ! Customer assistance in no exsisting!!! What a joke and shame on the managment!

Fix your Air-conditioning before someone dies of heatstroke.

Mmm, Knowledge! I went here to get a coffee plunger. Arrived in the kitchen section, walk, walk and walk looking for said plunger. No where to be seen. Three staff around so asked one where I could find coffee plungers? Blank look! Looked up her phone and said yes come with me. Took me to the electrical goods and coffee machines. No, a coffee plunger, blank look again. A passing staff member was asked but nope, no idea. I left without a coffee plunger. Please Kmart make sure your staff know what you sell, what it is and where they are.

Overall great experience. Can get busy at the self serve checkouts, so keep your ears open for the staff at the checkouts or those trying to help. Too many ignorant people blocking the lines whilst staff are trying to get you through

Reasonable prices

Good ol Kmart

Photo department is absolute chaos. No organisation whatsoever. Had problems twice now with dodgy print jobs and prints bring damaged and also now just losing an order for Xmas.

Kmart in Wagga Wagga is HOPELESS!! Their online click & collect is such a menace. I wouldn't even give it one start.

What it says is in stock online has nothing to do with the reality of what's in store. Always have to click and collect to make sure the thing I'm coming down for is actually there, because it often isn't

I would to thank Gin, in the Wagga store. She helped me with getting two kids size pink chairs for my granddaughter. Gin took them the back dock & helped me with loading them into my car. Thank you again Gin, it was much appreciated.

Always worth a visit. A Wide varietyof goods, from homewares, clothes, & plenty of toys for the kids. A freshen up would be nice.

Had what I wanted and on special at the time

Just great service

No issues with the service, but the standards in-store were just not up to scratch. Cages of stock left around the store, rubbish in the shelves and on the floor, and every aisle had most of its stock out of place. I have no doubt they are struggling with staff levels at the moment, but I saw enough team on the day that they could have at least cleaned the rubbish.

Items all in the wrong places and staff wouldn't even talk to us

Whilst shopping in Kmart I enjoyed the savings but at the check out I refuse to use self service machines because I think they do workers out of jobs noticed numerous machines and only one lady serving customers who also was waiting because they believed the same as me the one lady serving customers also had to look after customers having problems using the self serve machines which left her run off her feet. Bad overall Management on how to treat customers and Kmart staff it was refreshing to shop in other businesses that had 3 staff behind the counter serving customers the old fashioned way and that's personally face to face.

I am disgusted at the Click & Collect staff. Very rude & impolite. No clue how Kmart recruit their staff. I recorded our conversation & have sent an email to Mulgrave at Melbourne. This is not the first time this has happened.

Store is always dirty, no body seems to care, stock never un packed just sitting there blocking access to isles, stock all over the floor. Change rooms are Disgraceful worst kmart store I've ever been in.

Now this was nice to see that the people working here were friendly smiling and happy well the ones I spoke to . I didn't find many people in wagga liked there job were not helpful but kmart wagga well done will definitely shop here again 👍. Ps my son is disabled and you were fantastic with him you should be very proud of your self and I wish there were more shops that treated him with such kindness as you did today . You didn't treat him any different from any one else you didn't try and rush him at the checkout you gave him the biggest confidence boost the hole trip to wagga thank you

Teenage boys staff talking smack and not doing their job. Aisles cluttered with stock to be put away and shelves largely empty.....maybe the lads could put it away and not stand around goofing off?

It's a Kmart, cheap Chinese rubbish found here.
