Slow to assist poor product knowlede

Siempre tienen en la puerta a un dependiente muy amable, pero recuerdo un día que fui a comprar un mouse y hablé con uno de los trabajadores, se fue a buscar al empleado del sector de donde quería mi producto y llegó a tardar más de 15’, al final me fui de allí. Tienen muy poca variedad en las cámaras y los productos mal etiquetados

Always a pleasant shopping experience from the moment you walk in the door & are pleasantly greeted. Great prices, happily price match if a product is available at another physical retail store! Excellent customer service, great product knowledge and assistance by sales people, and fast, efficient service, even when extremely busy and under pressure by Xmas queues. Website is easy to use, products easy to purchase online, with Click & Collect being a smooth, simple option. Ample free & easy parking right outside the door in the huge carpark. Highly recommended, 10/10!

I visited this store on 28/07/24 and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I needed assistance. I approached multiple employees with questions about a product, but was met with a lack of knowledge and a dismissive attitude. When I asked for the assistance, I was told to asked the other team members as they need to do something else. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and support. It’s disappointing to feel ignored and unvalued. The staff’s inability to help me has left a sour taste and I will think twice before returning to this location.
