BIG W Orange

Found everything I needed.

I don't have a BigW within cooee of my place, so it's always great to visit.

Bought a TV Stand online from Big W when it finally arrived it had screws bolts & Alan keys missing. Attempted to return to my local store as I was told when speaking with the Returns dept & Orange Big W wouldn't take it back nor refund a faulty product. I had a young woke upstart dissing me, talking all over the top of me saying I had to post it back! It weighed a ton and I wasn't prepared to loose more money & time and had nowhere to post it too!! What China!! All in all I wasted over $53 got dreadful service from the Orange NSW staff & management. Will NEVER buy from there or Big W Online ever again. First & last time.

Big w is a nostalgic experience but the checkout guy that says oooh I'm still alive, and then goes on to complain about everything is a bit much. I try to make jobs, but I'd rather use a computer that doesn't involve complaining.

Disappointing that big W is becoming more like K mart with their quality of products. There is still great products here but not like it was before.

Good collection, customer service is not great though

Purchased an item from the technology section online at 11.am. its now almost 6pm and still no email or text informing me to collect. Went to the store at 3pm to find out when i can collect and why its taking so long, was told it was being held up due to a toy sale taking place and probably won't be ready until the next day because their 'system' is overwhelmed by the toy sale. I asked if they can just call the dude from the technology section to bring my item over to the collect desk, or if he was busy I could even do it. Was told no because that's not how their 'process works, their system won't allow that.. why do these fools create 'systems' that are so constrained and immune to any logical actions.? Anyhow, I shall not do that again

Staff were friendly and plentiful ready to assist. It was Christmas period so the store was busy and some stock on the floor.

Very rude customer service ! They don’t have to speak to me like that ! The manager was very rude and its not acceptable at all ! That fat manager was very rude and she don’t deserve to work at places like big w or anyother place with that kind of attitude !

Bought an online order yesterday it's lunchtime today and they still haven't even gone to the isle and grabbed my order. Disappointed.

horrible service today in big w, my friend wanted a refund and they were treating her like we was stupid, telling her she wasn’t able to get a refund because she “unfolded” the blinds that she wanted a refund on and had the nerve to tell her to “go home and fold them and come back tomorrow” disgusting behaviour from two older women, definitely don’t recommend shopping there when these ladies are on

Horrible service with getting a refund, i was treated like i was stupid, By 2 ladies. Embarrassing for them and Bigw, For hiring people with no customer service skills.

Big store but alot of the shelves were empty and some products were missing. Overall not bad, but restocking could be improved.

Good service good value for money

Very nice guy at tech desk at the back of the store on the 1st November 2022 morning helped me get my product quickly and easily by reserving one for me until I came and picked it up.
