VERTO - Orange

Was with verto for over a year. Did nothing for me but promised this and that but never did what they said they would. Kept chasing me for payslips for a job they didn't help me get nor provide anything to help me get the job. They just want to cash in having you on their books.Not to mention the bullying tactics used by their area management and team manager to try and get payslips and bribery of $100 Coles voucher to obtain payslips(I do still have all the emails, btw). Not that desperate, sorry. It also seems like I am not the only one who has had this issue either. They should be shut down for unethical practices, false information and unprofessionalism. I changed providers but unfortunately it seems a habit here in Oramge with providers that do jack. Thankfully I don't have to deal with them or Centalink no more. However the help that I was promised for a year and never received could have helped me in the workforce. Shame on you verto.

Terrible organisation that leaves people worse off than when they started. Their staff sign statutory declarations with conflicting information and also continue support clients who threaten and bully people, despite saying they don't tolerate the behaviour. I will be questioning who funds this organisation, and will be informing them of unethical practice.

Verto… what a fake business. You claim to do things that you simply can’t deliver on. You have under qualified people pretending to support the disadvantaged, but all you do is string everyone along with your alleged “services” (including signing stat decs that have conflicting evidence in them). Who even funds you… I will be taking this further than a google review.
