I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. With such a broad range of products it always helps to do some homework before shopping so you know what you are looking for and the right questions to ask.

Love going to this place..although I'm a little biased as I used to work there. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Jonah does a great job and so does Lucas and all the other staff. The customer service at Jaycar Orange is top notch..Well done guys! Keep up the great work!

Bought a Swann Security camera system. When I purchased the kit I asked the salesperson if extra cameras can be purchased,he then showed Me the camera which could be used. Went in today and now told that that camera is not suitable. Tried to sell me a camera 4 times the price. Misleading salesperson just after a sale. Once bitten will not go back.

I have spent more money here i care to admit ! It reminds me of how DSE used to be. It certainly fills that market gap and worth a trip.

Great place, huge range, friendly staff 👍👍 so good that Orange has a shop like this. There's plenty of stuff that will surprise you... Scientific toys, electronic kits, Arduino, Raspberry Pi the list goes on and on ... And on!
