what the hell is happening with bigW clothing ,bought my husband clothes for xmas always wears xl shirts went back with them then got to 4xl ansd still didn't fit way to small. and yes he was wearing a 2xl to the shop and it was baggy on him ,4xl was way to tight and short in the sleeves ,BIGW need to look at their supliers and fix this garbage

Needed to get anew kettle, silly me got an el cheapo, contempo, got it home proceeded, to fill it up, it leaked took it back, got another Russell Hobbs better. Now next thing I got was a brilliant basics desk fan, once it was fully assembled, when it oscillated it would make a clunking sound, and when it isn't turning just in one position, rattled. Cheap plastic crap. People don't buy cheap brilliant basics crap, go slightly dearer.

Awesome place to buy bulk. And you can Afterpay. Bonus.

Tried ringing store for a simple request, was denied access by AI, then had to drive 20 min to store waste another 15 min waiting to be served all for something that could have been done in 2min over the phone, customers are no longer valued, I have been shopping at BigW for over 30 years $1000's of dollars spent in store ever year - No Longer

I've been here a few times and it's been a mediocre shopping experience each time. Very few staff out on the floor. The welcome team at the front door are so busy chatting to each other that they forget to engage with the customer. The range is good and so are the prices, but the layout needs some work.

Helpful staff good range of products and reasonable prices,friendly atmosphere.

They need to go back to wearing a uniform. Not sure if it's only on the weekends, as that's when I shop. Lovely staff but some of them look disgusting and very messy.

Has everything you need but there won't be a photo shop soon, very disappointed. And disappointing about any xbox or playstation 5 games, not even out yet and there already sold out. This is the second time this has happened.. Customers come first, not the staff!!!!!!!! Grow up and be a business, not the disappointment that you are!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly helpful staff and a good range of stock and low prices

I did a click and collect here they were super fast even though it was 3 days before Christmas. I went in to collect and buy acouple of other things and was served by Kylie at the service desk. She was so such a beautiful person I received the best customer service ever we left with the store with the biggest smiles. She is Definitely an asset.

Greeted by friendly staff member each time. All the usual BigW departments and plenty of choice.

We went to Taree Big W , it was really busy. The shopping queue was long they had 4 registers open and self serve was packed too , it felt like the whole of Taree was there when we arrived lol , the ladies were lovely and very helpful.Busy but good

One stop shop at Taree. Very reasonable price. If you are lucky then sale will be a lucky draw for you.

The new AI bot 1300 phone number is terrible. I just needed to talk to someone to ask one simple question and the wait time was 14 minutes! Customer service???

Nice Big W store. I can't believe we escape Sydney for the weekend and first place we make a beeline to is this place. Good range, shelves were full.
