Very good hotel in a quiet town. Great location across the road from shopping centre and near restaurants. Great coffee available in the cafes in the shopping centre. Also great location for a visit to the Monarto Safari Park.

Visited hotel last year by bus from Adelaide for xmas in July . Nothing xmassy about it.meal component approx 65 to $70. Meal so small,size 6 year old kid might eat,lukewarm,dessert supposed to be xmas pudding but looked like a choc packet aldi cake with canned cream,rude staff.spoke to manager next day promised to get back to me,still waiting 6 months later, 50 people will never visit again

Went for lunch.. waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for our meal. 4 people ordered on our table and 2 meals arrived early and finished before the other 2 meals arrived. Staff didn't care and stated they were busy and nothing they could do when we asked about our meals. Not impressed. Food was good and tasty but won't be in a hurry to return.

Great place for lunch. Had to sit outside which is a great spot on a warm day. Food was excellent. Only issue was it was a hot day and AC was so cold it was not comfortable inside. Other patrons were complaining too but staff and managers don’t seem to notice such low temperatures.

Worst experience ever, order a steak medium rare & received way over well done, with no il get you another one. Then to top it off pokies room staff is a joke she stands behind the counter no one there and I ask her to fix the machine that won't work as it has no paper and she never comes. Will not be coming back

Most disappointing plate of scrambled eggs I’ve ever been served. Eggs were so over cooked they had a crust on them, rubbery texture and cold. Looked like they started out as an omelette then quickly stirred to scramble. Staff didn’t ask why my plate was untouched when they removed it.

Nice spot felt very welcome

Stayed one night on a summer saturday and it was nice. No faults with the room or check in. My partner would have liked a minibar with snacks to buy but I think it was fine without. Would have liked a microwave though because we had leftovers of the room service dinner…which was delicious. The Mexican pizza sounds off but it was great. Room service comes online for dinner at 5.30, and they delivered in about 30 mins. I appreciate the use of QR codes to order food and drinks in the restaurant, room, bar, and pool. Made things simple. The pool itself was a lovely spot especially having the bar next to it…but it was so cold even on a 35 degree day. I found it refreshing after a while but there were others that couldn’t stand the cold and couldn’t stay in.

Great country hotel at a great rate.

Hubby and I stayed three nights, we had been here before, a well built design property. Staff are willing to help, we had issues trying to book a high tea online, staff helped us and made it happen, food was creative, bubbles and great coffee. Many thanks, well be back.

Bed is so comfy, room was lovely. TV was big. Wonderful stay apart from the experience in the restaurant with the customer service but food quality was good. Lovely pool, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and everything was clean.

Stayed in an Executive Room overlooking the River. Very impressed with the spaciousness of the room, it's modern design, the view over the river. Would have liked to stay longer to make use of facilities. The infinity pool looks fab. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful oasis on my drive from Melb to Adelaide. Gorgeous infinity pool, great food & drinks & modern clean facilities. ||Friendly staff too. ||Book the restaurant as quite a wait if no booking. Plenty of choices including lovely hot room service. ||Recommend a weekend , I’ll be back.

Great river views from the river-side rooms. Staff were very friendly right from check-in to departure and that includes the domestic room staff who were always keen to greet and make you feel welcome. The food was consistently good over the 6 nights that we stayed and there was a good selection of wines. Who could ask for more?

Great place to stay but food from restaurant not great

Spent a Friday and Saturday night here. Rooms excellent. Mattresses a bit on the used side. After room clean, no more complimentary bottled water. The scan and order codes at the table was very slow for drinks. Restaurant food OK, but very slow. Dessert, although ordered after our main meal was eaten, took an hour to arrive and it was nearly cold (dounut balls and chocolate sauce) and over cooked. Pool was so cold late in the afternoon when in the shade. I thought it was heated?. The staff seemed a little lost, perhaps too new or not attentive. Q: was there enough staff?

Great hotel with good facilities in a more convenient location. However noted the the staff are not that friendly and welcoming the guests. Not sure this is common for all.

The rooms here are really nice, especially if you book into a river view room, airconditioners work really well. The upper levels have their own balconies, so, nice for those warmer days to sit out and look at all the bird life on the river 1am. The meals are really nice albeit a bit on the expensive side. They also have a solo acoustic artist on Sunday afternoons

Brand new place .. It's super clean and tidy .. Top service Locked parking.. Awesome views Sick swimming pool Quite area .. Donno, what else i can say .. Oh ya, super cheap compared to other motels even not hotels .. A room of 190 here Compared to a motel in Port Fairy , less than average for 310 Very high recommended 👌 Well done to the management 👏

Very comfortable bed and the view of the river was great. Sitting on the balcony watching the river traffic was interesting as was watching the cars, buses, etc crossing the road bridge. ||Some basic written instructions on turning on the TV would be appreciated.

Stayed her on New Years Eve and whilst we liked the room, the cleaners need to do a better job cleaning as the shower wasnt very clean! Also charging a 15% public holiday surcharge when it's not a public holiday is a bit cheeky! Also my partner was overcharged for his drink and when he went to back to the bar to query it the girl lied and said she made it a double when it definitely wasn't a double coz she didn't want to admit she made a mistake and even if it had been one he never asked for a double...maybe the bar staff need better training

A night on shore after a week on Murray River cruise. Room very spacious and comfortable. All facilities new and fresh. Bathroom excellent.||Had dinner in dining area. Was very busy. Lighting could be a ltlle brighter. Meal was very good.||Would stay again.

The location was fantastic, close to shops. The room itself was very well laid out. The bathroom had also been thought out with the barn door for the shower and toilet. The staff in the restaurant and common areas are fantastic, and no request is an issue. Now I know why the hotel has won so many awards.

The hotel is centrally located and our room offered a great view onto Murray Bridge. The infinity pool is great, well equiped with deckchairs and sunbeds, free towels, all you can hope for (the bar was closed, but then it was December 25th :-)

Very well presented, clean, modern features and up to date furnishings. Loved the feature wall behind the bed that spanned the whole length of this wall. Was location appropriate being of a real picture in the setting showing paddle boats on the river! Rooms were a great size, bigger that some apartments I've stayed in. Caters to 3 ppl + which is great. Could have made into 1 bedroom suits! So clean, new and well laid out. The design of the bathroom is awesome!! Check out pics for best explanation!! Shower and toilet area was huge! The storage and shelving options in bath, bed, kitchenette and wardrobes etc, were the best I've experienced, 5⭐! Standard, pub classics and favourites food menu, something for everyone. On the higher price range end. Started off good, having salt and pepper squid which was a huge serve and nice and tender! Duck spring rolls, nice and crispy! Goes bad with the Chicken parmy, wasn't huge but quite thick and the meat was nice and juicy not dry however, it was very bland tasting. The topping tasted like plain Tom sauce/paste and minimal, no cheese flavour and been left under grill for way to long making just over a quarter of the crumb so dry and burnt and the cheese almost dried up and non existent. Had plenty of parmys and thought I'd had bad ones before but this is the worst to date! The infinity pool, deck and bar area was amazing!! Heaps of deck chairs, umbrellas, palms, pool towels. Need to crank the heat up though! Was still very, very cold on both very hot days! I was actually cold even when out in the sun!! Was still a nice experience though! Definitely need to put in a hot tub/spa in the area! Enough room to do so and would just make it PERFECT! Especially when there are no accommodation room options that have a spa bath option! I would have given 5 ⭐ if the time of year I stayed was not Christmas Eve and Christmas day. This being because I love Christmas but don't have much family or friends except my son and his dad to spend it with so we like to go and stay somewhere for the atmosphere - Christmas carols in lobby, dining, lifts. Huge beautifully decorated trees and hanging from ceiling decorations, wreaths and garlands. Staff in Santa hats or reindeer ears etc (Wait staff did have hello kitty shirts which were great). Unfortunately there was only a lovely tree in lobby and two small soldiers. No carols at all, just everyday music. Nothing in their huge dining room. So was very disappointed with this. No small trees or tinsel on floor lift lobby levels. Would have also expected some kind of set menu luncheon and drinks package for Christmas day but nothing, all closed! They have the facilities, resources and patrons to make this worthy. Overall couldn't really complain very much about anything. Only real let down was lack of Christmas theme, atmosphere and dining options on Christmas day!! Oh and definitely the parmy needs addressing!

All the facilities Great

We ate at the restaurant in the lounge section. The hotel is clean, tidy, exceptional service from staff and the food is amazing! The menu choices were brilliant, especially the kids platter for a healthy choice! We had the arancini, the duck spring rolls, the seasonal veg and the salt n pepper squid. We had a bubba with us and one of the staff even brought over a sensory toy for her! We are from interstate but we will be telling our SA friends to visit this hotel! Thank you

Ordered a pizza from the bar, after an hour I asked at bar where it was, after a further 15 minutes it turned up, no side plates or napkins. I will not return for food.

We as a team went to Bridge port for a drink and catch up on a night as must say their service is disappointing. They are rude and possibly don’t know what is customer service. Rude to most of the people. The staff worked in the sports bar except the lady were rude and at some point didn’t let us in after washroom telling they are going to close soon. We know they close 1:30 and it’s not yet 1:30. We have been taking drinks and having a good time! The service if the hotel actually makes us strangers. Knowing the fact that we should support local place we went there and in return we only received this terrible staff rudeness. Would not recommend the sports bar at all.
