Just felt below average for a major store. Some floor areas were sticky . Clothes littered on the ground in the kids areas shows that cleanliness isn't a top priority. Prices on items were average. Obviously people got their taxes and cleaned up lots of specials because we couldn't find a lot of stuff we were after. Music was ok.

Shop could do with a big clean,8/10 🤔.

Has all the basics and a large layout. Is right next door to Woolworths and the Discount Pharmacy, which is very convenient.

Big W Port Augusta was exactly what we required during our journey. Their extensive product range catered to our needs on the road. Although we splurged a bit, the staff's assistance was valuable. Conveniently, a restroom is located at the rear. Ample parking is available as well.

Average bigW store, bit of a mess and unorganised. A few of the price check machines did not work, a real pain when nothing on the shelves matches the price tags. To top it off the checkout eftpos machines did not work. Other bigW stores rate much better.

Not a bad store for the country. Doesn't have enough variety of clothing for the size of the store though. Customer service is good as the people are very friendly, unlike stores in the cities

Luv luv luv big W. it's like a day out .I have to drive all the way there from whyalla. organise my day get fuel round up the dogs a bit like a family day out I check out the video section which they cut back shattered then the chocolate area and just have a good look, it's always cool on a hot day staff are realy casual and helpful and I luv there attitude it's like they have nothing to do except help you then I go to the beach with the dogs and I'm quite happy a good day out good one Big Lw.
