They have to see if they can get the parts and then they must contact Murray Bridge to determine whether the laptop can be repaired. They call me back and tell me they are unable to repair the laptop when I have found the replacement parts on the internet.

Difficult to find. Looked like they were closed down. Nothing attractive in the window to entice you to entre. Whole shop front full of boxes etc. Didn't have what I was after, but gentleman was polite and had a good search for me.

Super prompt and friendly service . Expressed mailed my item that afternoon. Far superior service than your average Computer store and my purchase was only small.

Rude personnel and very poor service, have landed the Panasonic TV and during 2 months never received the return call.
