Central Augusta Football Club

Geez that chicken snitty with pepper sauce is going to go very very close to best on ground. Very very nice and well priced and generous serve. Been testing out the snitty as we travel around oz and after the full lap and a half we decide to sample this little footy club and it did not dissapoint.

Great atmosphere and superb bar staff

We had our brother's funeral service and wake there. We couldn't have asked for more. Kind, helpful, had everything we needed. Kids could play on the oval.

Good food, most the people there are really nice but there was a group of teenagers on the deck talking trash about my sister. I just turned 18 a week ago so we went to a pub to celebrate, we left because it was getting late and those teenagers were bugging us.. Would’ve given 5 stars if the teenagers in central shirts were not being rude to adults in earshot.

Nice club it a pity they don't informed you that when the sign for meals is 6pm they forget to mention it finished at 7pm got there at 7.03 kitchen closed well I know it won't break the club financially! But I for one will not be spending my hard earned cash here any more .

Always love this place, we call this our go to place,whenever we are here, been coming a few years now, people fantastic, cold beer, camp area good & should be respected, given fees, water & dump point

Ok, so it's not a Freecamp. But a $7.00 fee is more than reasonable for a level campground so close to town, with a licensed venue within 100m, And a dump-point. When you're travelling full-time you've got to appreciate rest stops like this.

Great place for self contained travellers $7p.n or $35 for 7 nights, dump point, fresh water tap, bins, level ground and the food at club was great.
