Murray Bridge Betta - Furniture, Bedding & Electrical appliances

The range was good. But because we are a little older does not mean we don't have money to spend. The girl at the desk could only call out to us instead of getting up to help. We still purchased but it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Great local furniture & appliance store. Needed new fridge & single bed & mattress. Both unexpected & required asap. Had them delivered installed & old items removed. Well done to Jarrod. Professional, polite. Happy to recommend this store

Service this afternoon was great in store. However when I made a phone call to the manager Ashley he went above & beyond to issue me a full refund. Would recommend this store to anyone 😀

The best I can say is, your delivery driver, lad with great personality who delivered to me the other day deserves a better job. Disappointing customer service by owner, the younger guy and girl were amazing behind the counter. Also if ya'll want locals to support you, maybe you should support locals by not charging so much for delivery, only $30.00 from Mount Barker..

Better go anywhere else I paid for 2 recliner chairs 22 Jul 24 on 21 Aug 24. I went into Murray Bridge shop to be told my order might arrive in Australia 29 September if it's on the ship they could not confirm if my order was shipped or not. I had to ask for money to be refunded I won't go back there again. I find it amusing that only after I posted my review an offer was made to contact other stores to try and fix the problem yet when I was in the shop in person this option wasn't made to me. I have purchased 2x recliner chairs from a different company I will take my future purchases to a store that can provide service and not try to fob me off with lame excuses.

Whilst travelling we had an issue with a new TV bought in another Betta Electrical Store in SA. Murray Bridge staff were friendly and supportive throughout the whole process with the outcome being we had a replacement TV within 2 days, allowing us to continue our travels and also saving a marriage by allowing footy to be viewed once again. 🤣

I brought a Hiance fridge warrenty is up December when it broke. Could not get hold of Hiance. The extremely helpful staff took over and made contact and now getting a brand new fridge. What a great service. Will be using murray bridge for all my needs

Totally disappointed in Murray bridge Betta and will not Shop there again. Bought a new fridge with a 100 visa gift card via redemption. Fridge is great but no gift card. We're told we bought it a week late after being told we were ok. Betta will not honour and were xtremely rude when asked about it. Blamed ex employee and made me feel like I was being difficult and entitled. Will shop elsewhere in future

One of the best furniture stores I have visited in a long while when it comes to friendly staff, helpful and honest advice and no pushy salespeople. Even though, I didn't purchase anything on this particular visit, I did enjoy browsing and receiving full-on attention from the family-based staff. I highly recommend this store for quality, price and decent service.

Today our 8 year old Electrolux Frontloader washing machine decided to finally die, with 4 loads to do and no time!!! Betta Home Living Murray Bridge came to our rescue immediately, having a replacement (new) model in stock for immediate delivery and installation, including removal of the old washer. The price was competitive with other suppliers online, and the delivery/removal charge was reasonable (we live 40 kms from the shop). And we received a bonus 5 year warranty deal as well!! Thanks to Ashley and all at Betta Home Living MB for their prompt and helpful service and to the young man who delivered and installed. I didn’t get his name but he was a pleasure to deal with!

A few months ago I went into the store and I'm only able to write this review now, however, I met this lovely lady named Lara in customer service, she showed me where the vacuum was and gave me the most delightful experience for my first time inside the store. I will come again when available

Customer service is terrible. We bought an oven but the light didn't work. Tried several times to get this rectified. Woman manager lied to us and said she would deal with the problem but 6 weeks later we found out that she had done nothing. We were told to do it ourselves. Very rude.

Because you guys delivered the fridge and Washing machine to Lameroo on the day i requested i didn't have to buy it from anywhere else and you charged reasonably. Bought our dryer, washer and fridge here and although had a few issues with availability the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Got great deals and made life 10 times easier for us on the day.

Have used Betta Electrical for a few purchases now. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and pricing is reasonable. They have a large range of covering kitchen, household, whitegoods, furniture and entertainment products.

Friendly team. Didnt push to hard with the sales but at the same time delivered great customer service gave us enough information to make sure we were getting product we wanted and options we didn't know we wanted until we where told about them.

Customer Service was appalling, older lady was very rude and unprofessional and young girl, who called her Mum, was interuptive and very rude, carpet around counter was disgusting wanted to say, get one of your overpriced vacuum cleaners and get your daughter off the chair and do something useful. Brought a new tv. Once home we noticed that the box had signs of damage unseen at time if purchase. Inside the box the damage was severe. But stoe manager was awesome, in swapping this over quickly and fabulous service. Great selection of goods in store to. Worth dropping buy if you want anything electrical.

DISGUSTING SERVICE from middle aged woman in store. The young man in store was exceptional with customer service and was put down and spoken to terribly by this woman, infront of customers and then told us whatever" when we questioned her. THIS WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shes just lost the company thousands of dollars in sales today. Absolutely appalling."

Staff very helpful, would be better if they had more product knowledge. Also sadly prices for alot of items are higher than in other similar stores in metro areas, people who live in regional areas should not be taken advantage off. Very sad.
