Naomi ......friendly..superb.

Good value for money and not like pub meals

Food and stay has been wonderful. Staff have been polite and accommodating. Special mention to Naomi in the bistro for accomodating me with needing a smaller meal due to medical reasons. Would stay again

Naomi couldn’t do enough to look after us. She was very helpful. Dinner was just what we needed.

Just had dinner here and it was AMAZING! Meals where huge and absolutely delicious. The ladies who where working tonight where also outstanding, they where so good with my kids and just so so lovely, warm and inviting. Their customer service was on point! When we come back to TAS again we will 100% be coming back here :)

Good location and good restaurant at the ground floor Just remind those who wanna book rooms for more than 2 persons, they smartly make two single beds together to become a double bed. And stay away from the stairs , it’s a bit noisy at night

Awesome customer service lovely people and great food

We stayed for four nights, great food, restaurant staff were cheerful and helpful. Reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. The cleaning service of the hotel room was excellent everyday. Next time in Devonport we will stay again. Thanks Ron and Dianne.

Such a great hotel and restaurant. If you’re a guest at the hotel, you get 10% off your restaurant bill which was a nice surprise. The food we had for dinner was delicious and way better than we had expected. We stayed in a Family Suite which had a king bedroom and two twin beds which was perfect for our family. The front desk workers were really nice as were the people at the restaurant. This hotel was less than ten minutes away from the Devonport Port where we took the Spirit of Tasmania from Geelong. Only thing I wish they had was a shuttle to and from the ferry. It was Boxing Day and no Uber and one taxi.

Must have been a bad night as I've heard nothing but good about this place but made a booking for 11 people, first drinks and entres came out fine but mains took over an hour. When we ordered there weren't many people in the restaurant, I had to remind the staff our meals hadn't come out yet and when they did the chicken was dry, salad was wilted and meals were lukewarm at best, like they had been sat in an oven and forgotten about. 2 meals came out later than the rest and the chicken on one was raw. The bill was stuffed up several times and they gave carrot to a lady who asked for none because she's allergic. 2 stars because I can see the potential and the staff were nice.

Got there 23:00, when I opened the door there was someone inside my room, they gave me wrong key!!! Got the right one, the smell in the room was terrible, like burned grease or something, it was so bad that I could not sleep.

Don’t be put off by the tired decor of the restaurant here, it is absolutely overshadowed by the extremely friendly staff and great food. We had the Eye Fillet Steak with Creamy Garlic Prawns as a topper plus the Chicken Parmigiana and they were both plentiful and really delicious! Would definitely recommend stopping in here for a meal!

Hadn’t been to dine here for a while and booked in on a whim, so very glad we did. Food was wonderful would highly recommend the Arancini and deep fried Camembert, both eye fillets were cooked to perfection and as we requested, one medium rare and one medium. Service was wonderful, staff were super friendly and attentive. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Love their food, if they still have the half crayfish, chips, steak and salad, you have to go for it. The steak is the best in Devonport those chefs know how to cook and present fresh food!

Magical place, sun beaming in of the afternoon, relaxing with warm friendly staff.. Modern, upmarket, great location. Nothing is too much trouble for the professional staff. Chef Kimmy is awesome, goes out of her way to accommodate patrons. Toni the food and beverage manager is absolutely fabulous, welcoming, knows your drinks order or offers fabulous suggestions. She makes you feel welcome, knows her stuff and just makes things happen. Excellent service, friendly and very knowledgable.

Absolutely loved every meal we had at this amazing place and so reasonably priced. The service by the wonderful staff Toni, Franklin and all the others was exceptional. The chef made a beautiful birthday cake at short notice and it was delicious. Will be returning again for sure.

Stayed at the adjacent hotel. Didn't eat at the restaurant, but did get room service (from the restaurant). Had the arancini balls. They were amazing.

Waited a ridiculously long time for my meal that was no where near the wait and was an absolute rip off! Pick up your game guys xo

Not impressed, $28 for 3 tiny pieces of fish and literally 7 chips that were burnt. Plus I waited over an hour
