Purchased a 260 dollar steteo unit on behalf of a 70 year old pensioner, unfortunately it was my mistake and Purchased a unit without a cd player which was the main reason he needed it, when I returned to the store they didn't have any cd players to exchange it for. they then tried to deny me a refund and said they only do store credit. after back and forth conversation with the heartless employee about morals, ethics and good will she finally cracked and returned the money be careful when dealing with this store they are very sneaky I still can't believe they were even willing to rip of a disabled pensioner shame on you!

I originally visited Leading Edge Electronics just to buy a simple fuse. However, I noticed they also sold solar panel materials, which immediately caught my attention as I’d been having issues connecting my solar panel to my camper. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and assisted by a friendly staff member. My questions about solar panels were answered quickly and with impressive expertise. It was clear that the staff member really knew what he was talking about. I left the store not only with a fuse but also with a wealth of knowledge. Thanks to the advice I received, I managed to get my solar panel working again. Despite coming in for something as minor as a fuse, my visit turned out to be incredibly valuable for my journey in Australia. I almost felt guilty for not needing to buy more after all the help I received! I can’t thank the team at Leading Edge Electronics enough for their time and effort. If I ever need anything electronic in the future, I’ll definitely be coming back. Absolutely outstanding service – 5/5!

Had to return a faulty Blu-ray player and get wait for a replacement. They keep me informed and update of the progress the whole way. Great service.

This is a diamond in the rough. I would be lost without this store. They have a great range of miniatures, metal detectors and 3D printers. Plus electronic components and tools to suit. They just saved me, by stocking the standard electrical components. I was able to fix my circuit board.

Went looking for an analogue to digital adaptor which was easy to locate in store with the help of friendly staff. Good value for money and a good looking item. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable and if they don't know are willing to find out. Good to have an electronics specialist store in town and certainly better than fleebay. All in all, great range, good value and friendly staff.
