Knowledgeable staff and good service
Great customer care
Was after the Fujifilm X-M5 kit which was sold out almost everywhere. Store had 2 in stock and Tej who I spoke with on the phone was kind enough to put one aside for me without deposit. Arrived and made payment. Happy with the service I received.
Staff are rude and condescending

Worst service ever. They are too much rude and not helpful at all. Waited for 1.5 hours to take the service about phone. After that they close the store. Bad store ever in Sydney
Etienne was extremely helpful and professional today. I left a bad review recently as there was some misunderstanding that made me wait for long time while I was already running late with my schedule but it was not related to him.
They had good eofys prices

Had them for six months and volume stoped working, can control volume only in one ear, very annoying when you actually can hear disbalance.
I had a pair of headphones that unfortunately broke down due to a manufacturer defect. I had an excellent experience with the team being incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange a replacement for me on the spot, so I didn’t have to wait. I really appreciate their care and willingness to go the extra mile. Outstanding customer service.

01 Dec 2024 Just bought an APPLE iMac 24.5” from JBHIFI BJ, the Sales staff - Tasman served me diligently on my phone enquiry and in the store for my pickup on Saturday morning around 11:45am. Thank you Tasman, keep up your good work👍🏻 ************* JB Hi-Fi - Westifield Bondi Junction and Moore Park Supre Centre function Effectively and Efficiently. A shop that are No-Frills, Nothing fancy but displays as much household merchandise as possible on the floor. Best uses of its real estate spaces on all their shops. Price point are reasonable. Both online purchase and location pickup and In-Store purchase are easy and straightforward. Staff teams are knowledgeable and always ready to make good deals with customers. Products lines are good within most household needs. 30 March 2024 We bought a few household goods as: 65” LG LED TV, Shark HairDryer, Philips Shaver, Music vinyl records and etc… in the last 12 months. Manager Jim was rude , short and unhelpful . I sent my DJI Osmo for repair because it was faulty, once the osmo was repaired they said they are delivering to me in Adelaide ( because I don’t live in Sydney ) . It’s already 5 weeks im waiting and it’s all fine . But the way he speaks to me short, unfair and unnecessary words that irrelevant . Also seems they are not gonna help me get my Osmo to where I want … really disappointed
Had a great experience here with Matt from the TV section updating me on the latest info & helping me understand all the jargon. Also had excellent customer service from a guy in the accessories department (sorry, didn't get his name). He explained what I needed for a multi screen set up I was hoping to achieve & was very patient. So impressed with staff here & the prices are pretty awesome too.

Sales person at Bondi sold me a drone and said delivery would be under 2 weeks. Now it’s been over 2 weeks and they notified me it will be another month until they arrive. JB Hi-Fi - if you can’t supply the stock don’t sell the product.
Biggest loser being a smart ass to me about an apple pencil adapter. I was just asking questions and having a chat saying i thought id bought one from JB Hifi before, and he was responding as if he has zero social intelligence and wanted to be rude. What a shame and shock that a grown man deeply needs further training on simply how to speak to other humans.

The most extensive range of products possible
This is the best JB Hi-Fi. No one was pushing me buy anything just for buy. The staff was there to help me find exactly what I needed. Everyone was nice and helpful, especially Kat and Georgia. Kat helped me find the product I wanted, and Georgia, who was really positive and friendly, handled my payment. Good selection of brands and products overall.
The WORST experience. Had a TV in my cart and before I could check out they increased the price by $400 without notice. When I complained (1 hour on hold, 3 chats that they disconnected), they refused a refund so accepted it. Delivery day. Arranged to be at home during the delivery window to receive it. Expecting them to call the intercom. They don’t. They call my phone instead. I didn’t pick up straight away (was on a business call) so they don’t deliver. Call to complain (had a handyman ready to install) they say it’s my fault. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Really frustrating that you can't pickup the phones to get a feel of them before you buy. My wife and I came here because we are interested in getting new phones, but the ones we are looking at are either stuck to the table or you can't touch without an alarm going off. S24+ stand has been broken for at least a week and all they've done is put a sign up.

A big shout out to Tasman and Bondi Junction. He went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing the right products yesterday (30.08.2024) His product knowledge is excellent and he was super patient with my indecisiveness. An outstanding employee by all accounts.
Great shopping experience, the store stocked what its website said, then staff member Amy was extremely helpful, and an exchange we needed to do was dealt with in 1 minute at the counter with no dramas at all. Will be back.

Staff are very friendly! But buyer beware: if you buy electronics or anything similar and there are any little issues, don’t bother trying to fix or troubleshoot. Just return it. The store expects customers to troubleshoot on their own, and despite trying to make a set of headphones work with Bose’s own instructions rather than taking the easy way out, staff told me that I can’t get a refund for headphones that don’t work because I’m just over a week out from an automatic refund period. Never buying electronics from Myer again - pretty awful to punish a customer for doing the right thing.

Good shop for tech stuff. Too much space occupied by cds and dvds. Probably 2 % of buyers use them. I prefer to see more modern tech for music and movies. Audiophile Speakers to try and Bluetooth speakers of many brands

The staff were very attentive and helpful. They explained to me all the options of the products I wanted. I can say that it is the best technology store I have encountered in Australia. Especially AMY, WILL and REUBEN. It was very impressive how Amy carefully filled out the forms and explained the products based on Will's experience. Thank you for this experience.
I keep coming back because of the prices, but I always regret. Terrible service, I had a problem with my go pro 12, it was hard to get it solved (at Hurstville jb hifi) and now a problem with a apple watch. Weeks processing, heaps of bureaucracy,
Wouldn’t normally review a JB Hi Fi. But went in on a Thursday night to buy a new Vacuum and heard Fall Out Boy take this to your grave album. Got my respect and cash for a new vacuum. Considering going next week for the tunes.

Horrible customer service, rude, they treat you like irrelevant and pathetic, they keep in groups and for them talk to customers it’s a painful experience, if you are not a tech expert you gonna be laugh at and they gonna treat you like a fool, don’t you dare to go there without a perfect Aussie accent otherwise they gonna laugh at your face. If you don’t speak English don’t even flinch about going to that store, you’ll probably become the main topic of their funny chats for the rest of the week
The store was bared and all the sellers were hidden, they stay in groups and don’t talk to customers and when they talk is always rude and in a superior way, the seller Nick was treating me like I was a completely dumb even though I work in the tech industry, almost like making fun of me with his colleague by his side, the cashier was also laughing at my face because of my accent I reckon, I also had to walk the whole store to ask for a seller to get a ear phone from the beginning of the store, and the sellers said that I can’t try the ear phone before buy it, conclusion: YOU CANT EVEN FEEL IF THE EARPHONE IS OK FOR YOUR EAR OR NOT, BESIDES THE AUDIO QUALITY THAT YOU CAN NOT CHECK IT AS WELL, a totally blind purchase, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store in my life, ofc I’ll never step my foot again at that store and I don’t recommend anyone to buy from JB HI-FI, they are the rudest and gonna treat you like irrelevant, and laugh at your face if you don’t have a good English.

Great range of products but very hard to get assistance
A very comprehensive store with all hi-fi and electronic items on hand. Easily located what I wanted and left satisfied with the experience.
My recent visit to JB Hifi Bondi Junction was so disappointing. Poor customer service by the cashier named Jess. There was no signal inside the store so I went outside to login to my afterpay and she was being rude telling us off because she can't handle the pressure of people waiting. I was out for 5 minutes. It was evident that Jess lacks professionalism and needs to improve her behaviour in challenging situation. Your store needs to upskill your employees to be customer focused and to improve customer service and professionalism. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to JB Hifi Bondi Junction.
