We waited in the bar for drinks for long time ! There was one lady bartender and she was really getting time on making drinks and I asked another lady for help to serve some drinks but didn’t helped . Really bad experience!

Beautiful rooms and lovely staff. Down fall is parking along way from rooms and huge hotel but only 4 seater spa, however rooms are modern and nice.

Ini kedua kalinya kami berkunjung,tempat sangat luas dan mewah.. banyak pengunjung yang datang untuk bermain, untuk makan bersama keluarga maupun para pelancong yang menginap. Mereka*country club menyediakan kamar nginap ( hotel). Menyenangkan sekali dapat menikmati alunan live music dan berdansa bersama sama. Staf bekerja dengan sempurna dan tentunya ramah sekali. The location and surrounding grounds and garden are beautiful the building itself is beautiful the rooms are nice and clean and feel high quality the beds are comfy , reception has been very helpful with many questions and confusions I really only have good things to say about this place, the only problems is one receptionist Emily is too breathtakingly pretty that i get nervous checking in and out of here and once i leave my heart is stolen and I can't get it back , seriously though quality establishment stayed twice now and will be coming back every time I come to launcheston

Lovely place to stay if you want to be close to nature. Suite room golf view is worth the extra cost. clean , spacious and lovely views.

Tired rooms ,shower over bath that’s quite the step into. Boiling!!!!! Hot water that fluctuates every five seconds from boiling to freezing. Friendly staff!

Amazing location. The rooms are slightly old but not bad. They have a in-house casino as well. Plenty of good restaurants inside and around They have an amazing pond- plenty of wildlife around. Refer to the images. Brekky was average.

I am absolutely appalled by the shocking experience I had at this hotel. We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child, with breakfast included, but when we went to the restaurant for breakfast, Connor, the staff member there, informed us that the breakfast had only been paid for 2 adults and that we would need to pay extra for our child. This was completely unexpected and unacceptable. When I showed the booking confirmation at reception, which clearly indicated that the final price paid for the room INCLUDED breakfast for all three of us, Steve, the receptionist, was not only unhelpful but downright rude. He insisted that they had only received payment for 2 adults and demanded we pay for the child if we wanted her to eat. His attitude was arrogant and dismissive, making me feel as though I was asking for something for free. The whole situation was embarrassing and unnecessary, especially when I had already paid for the breakfast as part of my booking. Fortunately, Matt, another staff member, finally stepped in, logged into their Booking.com interface, confirmed there had been a glitch, and made the necessary arrangements for the breakfast. But this should NEVER have happened in the first place. The lack of professionalism, the rudeness, and the failure to address the issue promptly was infuriating. To make matters worse, the room quality was very shady. The carpet was filthy, worn out, and in desperate need of replacement. The overall condition of the room was old, poorly maintained, and not at all what I expected for the price. It felt more like a budget motel than a club. This experience has left me thoroughly disgusted, and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The poor service, lack of proper communication, and substandard facilities have ensured that I won’t be returning. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Customer service by all employees would be a 10 stars if I had the option.

My two sons and I visited the country club to enjoy the pony rides, and the experience was exceptional. Gabby, Maddie, and ‘D’ were incredibly kind and patient. One of my sons was especially anxious, but the staff went above and beyond to help him feel at ease. They allowed him to feed the ponies carrots and made him feel involved by letting him help collect hay. Their compassion, patience, and kindness were truly remarkable. We’ll definitely be back!

overall a fantastic place to stay , room and bed were great, terrace restaurant was divine, staff friendly , parking was good , wallabies and turbo chickens everywhere, if i won at the tables i would move in, needs carlton draught on tap though

An average sort of a room with little or no view. The bathroom was dated with a shower that was difficult to get a decent temperature. The bed was relatively comfortable. Nice to have a pool in the health centre. The carpark was a long way away from the room

Excellent room space and the bathroom was stunning. Absolutely big on cleaning and variety of options when it comes to dining and activities.||Staffs are very friendly and always helpful. Dinining experience was great as well with very natural views.

Dinner at Links restaurant...perfect. food excellent. Service great. BUT id suggest dinner be paid for on entry....and drink orders paid for on delivery to table with a mobile eftpos machine. We waited 35 minutes to leave because of split bills and coupons/vouchers etc and argued about drinks on split bills..the poor girl behind the till should not have to deal with that....

I went to the Terrace restaurant for Christmas Day lunch. It was advertised as an Adults Only function. Some ignorant, deaf and inconsiderate people thought that rules didn't apply to them. The children moved freely around the restaurant getting in the way and way too close to me to be acceptable. Staff on duty let them in and in doing so degraded my experience.

Went to stay at the Country Club in Launceston for the weekend. What a trip it was, my husband was accused of sexual harassment by a cleaner, when we asked to see footage we were denied. I received a follow up phone call a few days later to say there was no hard feelings and my husband and I could go back anytime. Then I was told I was biased toward my husband and had no feelings for anyone else. We will never stay there again that's for sure, it's not worth the hassle. Ladies watch your husbands closely as this is not the first time this has happened, friends of ours also had a terrible time the following week.

My experience staying at the Country Club was an an absolute delight. Everything was to an elevated standard. All staff were on each shift were professional in their interactions.

Nice casino, only small, food down stairs is great value

Was unimpressed with the staff's attitudes. We arrived checked into room to notice there was only 1 extra pillow in the cupboard for 3 people then we proceeded to ring the front desk to be interrogated before they finally agreed to bring up 2 more. We then get a knock on the door to see another staff member with no pillows wanting to come in and double check" we hadn't missed them in the closet. Which we did not!! ridiculous behaviour. Mind you before this we used a trolley to bring our belongings up. While pillow lady was interrogating us for your mistake we were informed not to park the trolley in the narrow part of the hall (no marked spaces btw and there was plenty of room. To which another staff member had said he needed it back asap and would pick it up in 5 mins anyway. Trolley was still there 7 hrs later. What a joke. 110% recommend staying anywhere else the villas are a thousand times nicer. Go there if you can. Insulting behaviour to say the least never again."

I booked a room as part of a Black Friday deal.|When I arrived there is no car park at the hotel, but a huge car park way down the bottom of the hill ( a fair walk uphill)|I rang reception to ask about parking arrangements if there was anywhere close and was told to drive up the hill to the hotel, check in, and then drive my car all the way back down to the car park and walk back up again.|I had a really long day and had heaps of stuff to unload from the car.|There was nowhere to park at the resort entrance itself, and the receptionist advised to just park at the turning circle , unload everything and check in.|I would have been blocking other vehicles, should they have come along, and it would have taken a fair amount of time.|I let her know I wasn't happy with the situation at all, and would not be staying.|The resort area is undergoing a huge amount of construction or earthworks and there was dust everywhere. Lots of construction on the road in also - awful....|I asked if they could accomodate me at the Country Club Villas instead and she said no, and I would have to pay another $150 to stay there.|I ended up finding another hotel with very close parking in Launceston, and lost all my money.|My choice, but Im not as young and agile as I used to be, and I was really exhausted.|I feel they should make people aware of the situation before taking their money...

Comfy bed, quiet room, ideal location, Tonic Bar staff friendly and efficient, check in staff were efficient and friendly, Shower/Bath was pokey and hard to regulate hot water, no further issues to report. Gamin lounge comfortable and uncluttered

The service was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. As for the food, it was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Great cheap place to stay! Even has an old but decently stocked gym. No free weights over 10kg but some useful weight and cardio machines. Comfy bed. Would stay here again

I love the comfy beds and pillows , clean rooms, homely atmosphere and choices of bars and restaurants. I did find that maybe more staff at the Watergarden cafe . I waited over ten minutes to be served , only one customer in front of me . I just wanted a coffee for the road home

Great nature

Our local hangout the hotel area is lovely, have stayed in all of there different room types. They have a big gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi/spa. There is 3 areas with pokies and 1 with table games. They have 4 bars and 3 restaurants and a Cafe. Great place to relax with family and friends. Casino grounds are very picturesque with native hens and wallabies aplenty. Big lovely lake (although works being done currently on the area), big golf course for the keen golfer. An all round great venue. 5 star all the way :)

Great casino and hotel staff are great. Food in the Watergarden restaurant is better and cheaper than their sister restaurant Boardwalk in Wrest Point, Hobart

Absolutely stunning place. Stayed here in July and the bed was very comfortable and big. It also has lovely old charm about the entire place. There's so much to see here. I ventured out and had the buffet and omg delicious and fresh with loads of local produce incl jam. Loved my 24 hours stay here. Would highly recommend booking the horse rides I sadly missed out due to last-minute bookings but worth a go.

The links bar was great today, food was amazing, service was good, overall happy with this visit.

Lovely place to stay at, fell in love with Tamar Valley. Most beautiful and amazing surroundings felt so at peace here. The landscapes just never end, and so close to the city was truly an amazing place, we really look forward to returning. The boat trip down the gorge was something else. The local Pale Ale was delicious and we met some really lovely helpful people.

Be careful in the carpark everyone, unfortunately people might hit your car and drive off. Hopefully karma is on the way to those who just don't care

Country Club Tasmania is the best place ever to relax and recharge. Our room was fantastic as always with a very comfortable bed, wonderful pillows, exceptional shower and spa bath. Always such friendly and helpful staff. So many food choices and all are great. Buffet breakfast is a must - best way to start the day!

Amazing service - Clean comfortable beds and spacious rooms - knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great facilities, bars and restaurants. Close to other facilities such as shopping and external dining options. A great stay every time - affordable accommodation.

Stayed in a Villa. While comfortable enough, the rooms are a bit tired, grubby and not overly impressive. Batteries needed replacing in remotes, light globe blown in lamp and bathroom tv wasn't able to be used. Rooms need a bit of love.

As soon as I got to the room, I needed a coffee. The little plates the cup was sitting on had white stuff on the bottom of the plate it was like white icing stick to the bottom. The bed omg needs a new mattress after a long drive I just wanted to lay down it was the saggiest mattress I have ever slept on. The bathroom i was looking forward to the shower. as I am on the loo I look down this is what I saw, made me feel so sick. Just a little more time spent on little details im ment to be staying again next month im not shore that I'm keen for this.
