Absolutely awesome place to stay. Bars,restaurants and casino all located on site. Will definitely be staying there again.

Lots of spider in room. We saw 5 in one night. Don’t leave clothes on the floor found more spiders in them. Nice venue though

Overall the premises aren’t bad. Although the villa we stayed in was quite outdated and uncomfortable. We are a family of 4 and it was quite small . The beds are quite uncomfortable. Really not worth what we paid . I did specify we needed 2 toilets but that was ignored. I wouldn’t stay here again

Absolutely beautiful location but in desperate need of a makeover. Rooms are very tired. Was advised when booking in that shuttle to casino left every half hour, however when we asked at the bar, we were told that it was unavailable until 830pm that evening. Very disappointing as this was the main reason for booking 🤷🏽‍♀️

The restaurant and bar staff seemed to be less receptive to Indian origin immigrants. Otherwise the place was nice and quiet with tennis, heated pool, gym and jacuzzi facilities.

Country club villas are built on an amazing property but the villas themselves look very old, the carpets upholstery need a big makeover to make the rooms look more inviting! A good value for money, but nothing out of this world.

Had a great experience with family together for christmas get away.

Although the facilities are outdated, the customer service and cleanliness make the stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Rooms are really large and well equipped. You could hold a convention in the bathroom alone! Beds excellent and prices more than reasonable. Great views out the back onto the golf course full of wildlife. Hotel and restaurant facilities on the premises only add to the stay

good place to stay, not far from city, very 80s, but clean, shuttle to the country club is very handy

The Villa wasnt cleaned very well with filthy spoons on the fllor and poatoe chips down the side of the cushions spa jets are jammed and wont adjust , tvs dont work very well and one dont work at all for the price that you pay it should be 5 star not 2

Our stay away from our home on Bruny Island was very good and we enjoyed an enjoyable meal at the Watergarden at the main casino hotel.||Our Courtesy Bus driver Matt was fabulous. He’s so personable and friendly and is a great advertisement for Country Club.

The swimming pool was fantastic, our 3 year old loved it. Our 3 bedroom unit was nice and well equipped with the essentials however a second shower would have been handy. Very peaceful location. Villas are a handy location to visit Launceston. Our visit to Tasmania Zoo was a highlight.

We stayed at the Villas for four nights to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary, there was nothing to fault, reception staff couldn't of been more accommodating in making our stay that much more special., our acommadation was more than expected, house keeping should be proud of their work (I am a housekeepering supervisor) Thank you for our very special time at your premises.

Good place peace and quiet location

We stayed in a two bedroom villa which was very spacious with separate laundry, good heating, comfortable beds and separate kitchen, eating area, and living room. The decor is a bit dated but that’s not really a concern. It was a very comfortable stay for the family. The staff were all very helpful and proactive in addressing any of our questions. The villas are serviced daily. There is free access to the heated pool and spa- a nice addition to the stay. We also took advantage of the reasonably priced horse riding options. Only 15 minutes drive from the centre of Launceston and 4 minutes from the local shopping centre. A great base for accessing the tourist activities of the area without having to deal with city traffic.

Great room and facilities with options on site for dining. The pizza'a were excellent. The reception staff could not be more welcoming and nothing was a problem.

The villas were excellent and the one I had overlooked the golf course. Plenty of space in all rooms with storage for clothes and food in a nice kitchenette. As the company paid for the stay, I am not sure what the value of the stay was.

房間就是比較一般 但是乾乾淨淨的 早上還有小動物跑到房門口 房間還算不錯 附近都很安靜 我們入住剛好遇到沒有水 第一天要晚上五點才有水 第二天又沒水要到晚上七點才有水 但是飯店人員沒有任何的相應措施 我們還要自己拿一個煮水壺去櫃檯接水 飯店是很清幽 安靜 或許外國人的生活就是這麼的放鬆 我們都市人太緊張了 🤣

Loved our stay here! 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Full kitchenette with everything needed to cook in. The pool & spa were a great size and a 2 min walk from our villa. Reception was so accommodating and helpful when we had some travel hiccups. Wood fired pizza at the restaurant were great! Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

2nd time in 2 weeks no hot water for 3 days. This stay no water from check in until 7.30p toilets unable to flush

Really disappointing. Aft check in and going to my room which was dim n smelt of mildew and chemicals. I went back to reception and advised them. I was told it was the only room available they could refresh the room but I had booked their Budget accommodation. On check out I advised reception to cancel my next booking, she asked why I told her the room smells, the carpets are stained walls and curtains also. the fly screens in bedroom were full of dust. The women on reception was very defensive. Both mornings due to the overpowering smell of chemical they have used to cover up the smell of damp I woke with sinus issues n a headache. I will be contacting management with a complaint also

Great villas, fresh and tidy, good location just out of central area, only 19min from Launceston. Great on site facilities, the restaurants were amazing too.

Dated decor but clean, enjoyed the visit from the ducks in the morning, comfortable beds. Not quite as flash as we thought it would be, seem to be alot of workers staying there.

A pleasant environment about 15 minutes drive out of Launceston. Casino, golf, villas, pool, gym, horse riding, walking tracks, restaurants, surrounded by some housing and some open country.

It was a very nice area, close to the casino and restaurants we hired what was a 3 Bedroom house at a very reasonable price. 11 am checkout close to our destination at Tasmania Zoo

Decent stay

Great family friendly location. Heated indoor pool and spa. Local wildlife and golf course views. Welcoming and friendly staff. Not far from town. Would be happy to stay here again.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa in January 2024. Villa was spacious and comfortable. Weather was quite warm. No fly screens on windows meant bugs got in. Also would have been great to have some form of cooling or fans in the bedrooms as they were a bit hot. Facilities were brilliant. Quiet and clean location. Friendly staff. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I thought from looking at their web page that I would get a clean Villa. Instead, I was given a Villa with leaky taps an awful smell from the sink and drains in the floor. The brassware in the bathroom was worn and tired, all the chrome had been polished off, that is how I could tell it was brass! The shower over the bath is outdated, right down to the chipped enamel, It is dangerous for an elderly person to have to step over the side of the bath to take a shower, I can see the potential for injury here and a possible lawsuit for compensation. The Villa was tired and in desperate need of updating to modern standards and expectations all up, I felt the experience was like staying with my great-grandmother! This type of accommodation might be satisfactory for golfers who are only interested in polishing their balls and hitting them with a stick. But the facility could offer so much more and are missing so much of a potential market.

We had an overnight stay here, in a comfortable self contained villa. Clean and spacious with everything required if you decide to prepare a simple meal rather than dine out. Located a little way out of Launceston which was not a problem with the car. Plenty of parking outside of each villa.

A delightful place to stay. Well laid out and the rooms are super comfortable and offer all that you need. The swimming pool was wonderful and we enjoyed a long soak in the spa. Will definitely be in our plans to come back.

Nicely appointed large Villa, perfect to base yourself for a few days in the Launceston area. The restaurant bar and bottle shop are very handy and located onsite. The villa I stayed in was big, with a spa bath, double shower and huge bedroom. Very quiet, no traffic noise and good blockout curtains.

Not great clean and Old condition villa but quiet and peaceful.

First the good...the room was clean and well serviced. However, what they called a kitchenette was laughable...cutlery under the sink with the cleaning stuff, mobile hotplates you wouldnt use use if your life depended on it...disgustingly old and dirty. Oh, also, it would have been nice if the huge, oversized bathroom had a door.

Did not stay at the hotel, just not comfortable that their approach to cancellation aligns with my values. No refund on the death of my father.

Spacious with all basic amenities. Good wifi and functional appliances. Don’t count too much on the other facilities such as the gym or swimming pool if you intend on doing actual exercise.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and it was a disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the amenities were far below expectations. Overall, it did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel in this price range.

Maybe I got one of the older units? Not sure why everyone gave 5 stars. It is okay but certainly dated and needs renovations. There were even bugs. Wi-Fi was on and off.

Fantastic, relaxing place. The Pizza's are totalling scrumptious. Compliments to the chefs. The prices are so down to earth, a family of 4 or more can easily afford.

Loved the cleanliness and layout of the room. Plenty of parking. Well kept common areas next to a beautiful golf course and classy suburban streets. Only downside is that it was a bit of a trek to get to town

Nice good size units. Ours had plenty of sun looking on to children's playground.

Suitable for family trip. The room heater is not working. Whole unit only one heater, a bit cold at night.
