Has huge variety of good, kitch, bedding, homewares, rugs, toys kids & adults clothes & shoes, electronic video games etc. Large car park, wheelchair access, & next door to Coles & Woolworths supermarkets.

Put the checkouts back at the exit of the store. Sick of being asked to check docket & bags after 30 seconds of buying the stuff. On top of this, they also asked to look in my handbag! Not happy about this at all!!!

Excellent shopping experience

I'm happy to use self service but please staff the registers with enough people to handle any errors/issues during self checkout. This is a management failure and has nothing to do with the great staff on the frontline who provide a great service.

It use to be better. They use to care . But the devonport store keeps degrading and getting boring dull. Every year it gets wors. And the parking lot is just mayhem hardly any walkways all big car parking space trolleys pilling up the walk ways becouse that's wher they place them. Devonport store is shocking burnie kmart is heaps better. 1000 times better then Devonport kmart. It's not to bad ok ish some what.

I love kmart exspecially there oils and plant stands they heaps of new things coming in all the time great place to start when moving into new place and they also have afterpay which is great with no limit

It's a real shame that this store closes at 8pm on weekends, how long has it been like this? I saw about a dozen people walk up to the locked doors just after I'd been turned away.

Don’t bother trying to return anything at this store without a receipt. Because they couldn’t find it on their system (but the exact item was sitting on the shelf) they refused to refund an unwanted Christmas gift. Then I was accused of switching the product when I left the store ,with the door greeter telling me that I should be ashamed of myself for committing a low act with my children around. Didn’t want to listen when I went to show him that the item he claimed I switched and my one had the same barcode. Ended up returning to another Kmart, with no problems.

Do not waste your time shopping here. Terrible customer service from manager Lucy and others, had to speak with multiple staff and constantly denied a return. Refused because Google pay creates new numbers for security each time and apparently they only accept returns if the card numbers match. I even have the transaction shown in my banking history and offered to bring other items listed on receipt back to prove I purchased. My baby was crying and frustrated at the long wait. Very disappointed. Will not be shopping here again if I can avoid it.

Your website is a joke, needs my physical address, for a click and collect lol, you obviously don't watch the news, with all these businesses being HACKED, OPTUS, MEDIBANK PRIVATE, ETC, for having to much personal information. Then when you click paypal, it goes back to wanting credit card details 🙄, so can't even order. Try to use local, but am going to EBAY NOW, YOUR ONLINE ORDERING IS A JOKE 🫣

horrific. blood everywhere, dirt, fly larvae etc. banshee flying over aisles screaming, made me drop my newborn & rolled under the shelf. could not retrieve newborn as arms too short

Friendly staff and cheap prices

Great shopping but terrible checkout service. I said 'hello how are you' to the young lady at the checkout, who I'd like to name but won't. She just looked at me like I was an alien and said 'wanna bag'. Where is the training??? Like from Mrs Dunn back in the day. She wouldn't have stood for the checkout staff treating customers like second class citizen's. Customers choose to shop there, staff should be grateful we are. Bring back a service supervisor to create some discipline and order in the store. It won't stop me from shopping there but geez it'd be nice to be appreciated that you are.

Walk in to store feeling not welcoming. Most staff members looking very unhappy and grumpy especially at the cashier point. I am interested with this nice jumper but there were no price tag. But another similar jumper with different size had an orange price tag/label. So i had taken both jumper to ask a staff member whether are their price the same since they are different sizes and only one with tag. The staff member asked me, is there a tag which i replied yes. She then said, cant you read. I was shocked. Kmart should look into this Devonport store. Seems that staff are not happy working there. Customer experience rating zero.

Two young men Bailey & Ollie assisted me in lifting a couple of bikes for my granddaughter. Then set the two bikes to be set up and was ready within the week. Right in time for her birthday and she loved it. Bikes are still running beautifully a month later and I have been shopping here ever since. Great customer service 10/10!

tbh this store isn’t anything special, the LOVELY (old) BLOKE greeting at the door was seriously the highlight of my day

A young girl named Abby(Abbie?) is really an asset to our local Kmart store in Devonport. A lil while ago I purchased a two tier storage shelf that wouldn't put together so I went back for exchange. Swap with a different one but still seems to be very hard to push it into the hole where it supposed to be. I was going to give up but Abby really go above and beyond kept trying n trying n trying, even her face turn a lil bit red from her hard work" 😅 I'm truly amazed by this young lady's effort n her determination. I will have to say thanks to her I get to keep the shelf I really like. (So don't need to return it as a faulty product) Geez.... she really deserves a pay rise! Or at least get recognised for her hard work! Lol...."

Farking wanted my fishing rod and the dogs was closing and kicked us out because it was 7.58

Who doesn't love Kmart!. Only thing that makes me sad is the larger sizes sell out fast in Devonport. 16, 18, 20.. gone within a few days of new stock coming in.. and after all this time I still can't get use to the counters being in the middle of the store and then having to stop and show receipts on the way out. I'm sure their theft on items has gone up since this design has come in.. Not a lot of linen either.. and the rear return desk is always short staffed.. wait time is at least 5 to 10 mins anytime I've had to use it.

The girl at the front entrance snatched the receipt out of my hand and then spoke across her earpiece yeah they paid for it As someone who is in retail and deals with theifs etc we were not stealing hut to pull the receipt out of my hand with aggression almost causing my phone to be dropped then speak loudly like she did across the earpiece id be in very serious trouble regarding the matter

Devonport is very nice, good for tourists. Plenty of things to do and see

Not good. Had a bunch of clothes on one table. No individual prices just a sign at one end saying $5:50 only to get to the counter for some items to say $17.00 they went and checked and said its not the whole table. Well put individual prices on the items morons.

Beware ladies, if you are buying bra's from Kmart. They do not refund or exchange them. I bought a one, got out of shop to get in my car, & noticed I bought the wrong size,took it straight back inside , said I picked up the wrong size, & asked could I change it for the right size, as they were too small for me. I was refused. I was left with bra's that were too small & useless to me ,plus i lost the money they cost. Kmart would be making such a lot of money by refusing people to exchange. Haven't been back since.
