2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Toilet sink was a tad small but that's the only negative for me.

Chambre spacieuse avec bouilloire, grille pain, micro ondes et frigo ainsi que le nécessaire minimal de cuisine (couverts, assiettes, ...). Le signal wifi est assez bon et la télévision est connectée. Il y a un parking gratuit. Le restaurant/pizzeria de l'hôtel présente un bon rapport qualité/prix. Il y a un supermarché Coles juste devant, ce qui est pratique. Le lavabo est à l'extérieur de la salle de bain, dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de double vitrage ; la chambre donnant sur la route peut être bruyante. La machine qui sert de climatisation et de chauffage est volumineuse et fait un boucan d'enfer. Il y a un manque général de prise de courant.

Stayed 1 night at this Inn. Cute and clean rooms, definitely worth the price. Street noise was not bad at all. Staff were friendly and able to cater to some of our needs. Overall, a great stay!

The pipes make an ear piercing squeal and there is constant traffic noise. Shower over bath, dated and average at best. A couch I didn't dare sit on and very basic tv. However the beds were comfortable enough with clean sheets and pillows. Shame about all the nose, when all you really want (need) is sleep. Im not a light sleeper either. We paid less for our room last night and got so so much better. Should have read the reviews and paid more. Won't be back. Don't recommend.

Our affordable room was small and basic yet clean enough. The bed was comfortable. I didn't use the free internet, so I'm not sure how fast it is. Juanita and Steve are very friendly as well. The restaurant and pizza place downstairs was delicious too.

Nice room but super loud road noise could hardly get any sleep

The room is alright for its price, bed sheets and pillows were fairly clean. There are little to no service for this inn unless you need to replace sheets or towels. The main issue to access to the building after hour, we found ourselves locked outside at 10PM before we have no way if getting in the inn and no one was there to help nor pick up the call.

It was as is . Drive park,sleep. Have a cuppa.

You get what you pay for. Loud as anything, trucks and cars constantly going by, random rackets and what sounds like water pumps and creaks constantly. (turn on ur ac unit even if u don't need it to drown out most noise) Not the place to be if your a light sleeper, but it's cheap and in the centre of everywhere. Good luck parking in the middle of the day when the pub customers steal all the car spaces, but easy enough at night.

A little disappointed with our stay here. Pros: clean room, walking distance to town centre. Cons: aircon unit is very noisy and the room gets hot. Limited parking. Very noisy at night, especially on weekends as there is a pub underneath hotel. We were woken up at 7am by renovations in the hotel, there was no prior warning about this. No hot water in the shower on our last morning. The front desk isn’t staffed most of the time so it’s hard to get things resolved.

The toilet had a terrible smell, and the smell permeated the entire building. There was many sudden loud high pitched noises, like steel rubbing against steel, at all times of the day and night. It woke me up in a panic each time. The room was not properly clean. One of the spoons still had food on it! The bed was uncomfortable. Only one sink. The images show a separate sink in the bathroom, that was a lie.

A great place to stay, room was spotless and very little traffic noises...handy with the restaurant down stairs with fabulous food, will certainly stay there again if I need...

Staying here we had to try the restaurant downstairs on arrival. What a great reward we received! We had the chicken tenders and a pizza called “Volcano”! We capped it off with the banana split. What a superb choice we made plus a bottle of Shiraz. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more and the service staff were all so polite! Thank you!

Easy after hours check in. The room is clean. Bathroom is tiny, the sink is outside. You get what you pay for. If you stay near the staircase it’s really loud as you can hear people walking. There’s tea and coffee amenities in the room. There’s parking on the street and at the rear.

The place is a convenient location but the rooms are small and pathetic . Wash basins are inside the bedroom near the bed . Tends to be a bit noisy being very close to the road. Amazing food downstairs in te restaurant.

Small room but clean and comfortable

This was the best place I stayed in Tasmania and was close to the Gorge and city centre. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and a toaster and kettle were provided. There was even a free drink at the restaurant downstairs!

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Our room was very comfy although a little noisy as it is on the road but it wasn't too bad. Food in the resturant was very nice and good sized portions. This is very close to the wonderful gorge too.

Good budget accommodation

Super compact room. Bed was ok and enough for 2 adults. Room has heater. Washbasin is in the room itself and not in bathroom. Bathroom has got bathtub. Very close to Woolies.

Great rooms. Arrived on a public holiday in aTassie and owner came down at 5pm to check us in. Reasonably close to CBD. Very clean and well kept

prices were misquoted between online and booking.Staff a bit abrupt. A Twin Room was requested - front of building noisy and poor light blocking.

Scotch fillet was stringy and mushroom sauce didn’t taste like it had mushrooms in it despite the mushrooms floating in it. Veggies were bland and dry. The pumpkin had what looked like foam dried to the outside of the skin. All over very disappointing meal and won’t be back again. And I’m not fussy.

Steve's Grill lives inside this nice little suburban hotel, and I have to say it was the best steak I have had for many a year! Highly recommended!!

The room was beautiful, the decoration was ancient, we arrived on the holiday so the receptionist was not present, but they were very supportive to us by phone, even when I left, I left my phone. At the hotel, Ms Juanita was very helpful and sent it through a transport service that helped me to Horbat. I was extremely lucky to receive your enthusiastic help

Food was great just be sure you say if you want a starter or main. We all assumed we ordered starters but one of us got brought a main which was available on both menus.

Recently stayed in room 11 with a mate for the weekend to attend footy. Room 11 is a two bedroom apartment type with 2 large bedrooms with a lounge in the middle. It was fairly clean but very sparsley furnished. A clock radio in each bedroom would be handy, there were a couple of electric radiators which we had to leave on continuously to keep chill out no split systems so assume would get quite hot in summer.||There was a bar fridge with about a dozen long life milk sachets in it, four mis-matched cups for coffee and tea. A few nibblies and maybe a couple of bottles of water would be a nice touch. ||In the bathroom we had one glass and 2 tiny packaged soaps, no shampoos, etc. Turned on tap to get a drink of water and the water was rusty, had to let it run for a while. Shower water pressure was terrible and hot water ran out very quickly, also a bit of mould on tiles.||Could be a lot better with a few more little touches, good location but a lot of traffic noise.

Very basic Hotel as the broucure says so, still if you ask for extra things you may get them. Got to stay at this hotel through Flight Centre, which they should have shown us before making us signe on the dotted line, then say you can't change.|Very disappointed with Flight Centre. Do Not Thust what they offer you.

Clean and easy check in even after hours

We had decent stay here. Room size is okay and had free car park. It was weird to have wash basin in room and not in bathroom. Small bathroom and window. Opp to Coles and short walk from town. We had last minute booking for Christmas so even paid higher than usual price.

Clean beds and rooms with close access to city centre and right beside coles. Only downside is the bathroom shower controls which is a little wonky.

Great place to stay if you need to be near the hospital.

Stayed for 5 nights, no problems at all. Friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a good location, with Coles across the road. Free off street car park. Great place to stay when in Launceston.

I find it is close to the city and great for friends to come and join you in the bistro for a meal. Clean and basic, bit noisy in the morning when trucks start travelling, but usually saves an alarm clock.
