Not as big as your other JB HI-FI; otherwise good Team Members on the floor - retail layout makes good use of the small space. Got what I needed at a good price & a quality product as always.
Staff at JB are always amazingly helpful and nice, but the problem is that there’s simply never enough of them. Waited half an hour for some help with Mac’s. Asked multiple staff who called over their ear pieces for someone else to help before saying “someone will be over soon”. No one ever came. Walked out and into the Good Guys. Assisted immediately and walked out with a Mac 10 minutes later. JB, take notes.

The manager is very rude. The staff are okay and friendly. But how is he even running this place, with his poor professionalism, negative attitude and really horrendous behavior towards the customers. Please fix this.
Always less crowded than other JBs and the staff always helpful, if required.
Sales guy - RISH is very helpful with answering all my questions. Gave me good suggestion too! I highly recommend this staff! Because of this staff, I bought multiple items and some damage to my bank account. Hahaa
I’ve returned a couple of items to JB Hi-Fi Nunawading, and I was very impressed with their service. The staff professionally examined the products, confirmed they were faulty, and processed the refund immediately under warranty. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free, and I appreciated their prompt and efficient handling of the situation. Excellent customer service!

The gaming headset I bought had problems. I returned it and they complained for a long time. They also semi-forced me to use the refund to buy other headsets. I originally planned to return it and buy a new headset. And I did buy a new pair of headsets. But I was really unhappy. It can be said that this is the worst experience I have had in so many jbhifi stores for so many years and spent so much money. No doubt about it. I don't want to mention the name of that employee. Life is not easy for everyone. Making money is even harder. But I think if your store sees this comment of mine, you may know who it is. Because most of the employees are very friendly. Especially the young employees.
Easy access, ample parking, and the staff are really helpful, one of the best JB Hi-Fi's out there!

Was promised next day delivery. Delivery company called me the next day explaining that there is NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY. So the sales person at JB Hi-Fi Nunawading lied straight to my face just to close on the sale.

I came here for a dashcam. As soon as you walk into the door the security guard assigned me with a customer service staff. The store was not busy. 1-3 customers on the floor. The staff that assisted me in store got me a Garmin GPS navigation device… I realized when I got home … Now I have to go back to exchange it…. Who does the hiring in this store? How could they got it wrong?
I pre-ordered FC25 for PS5, and on the day I placed my order, I was informed that JB Hi-Fi would match the price if it dropped on release day while still honoring the pre-order bonuses. Today, when I went to pick up FC25, I discovered it was $14 cheaper at Harvey Norman. JB Hi-Fi Nunawading said they could match the price, but I would lose my pre-order bonuses. After a lengthy discussion with the salesperson, she agreed to give me the EA bonus but excluded the JB Hi-Fi pre-order bonuses. Overall, I was disappointed with how this was handled.

I was pushed and upsold AirPods I did not want just for a quick sale. I explained i wanted the cheaper option but was rushed into the most expensive ones and made me feel like I wasn’t allowed any other choice. I went to return them as they are faulty and was then directed to go to Apple. I was also rudely told that basically if that doesn’t work I can just sell them on marketplace or eBay. Not how I expect to be treated after being a returning customer.
Got what I was looking for, for the price I wanted
Came in on a Sunday, barely any customers. One guy said he'd get us some help and never returned, another pretended we didn't exist and the third was unfriendly and rude. These were all guys around the entrance and phone area. We stood around waiting for 10 minutes thinking the first guy was getting our phone (he wasn't, saw him at the checkout later and he avoided looking at us). The third guy was stoic and in an almost commanding tone told us to go to the register and to 'walk in through there' to the checkout. It wasn't the words it was the tone and we left with an unpleasant experience that ruined the rest of my day.
Disappointed with the customer service today sadly. The store generally seems to have a culture of arrogant staff that prefer to ignore you even if there is more staff than customers. I recently attended JB at Marion Shopping Centre in SA and the team were an absolute delight. What a change.
Friendly staff and quite helpful. JB policies are not and hence the drop in stars. Returned an item that i had purchased with a voucher and they wanted to deduct the voucher value from the replacement item so i had to go out of pocket for the same priced item.
Just bought the Beurer electrostimulateur today. Takes the pain from my lower back almost instantly. Great product
Seriously, 3 times I have entered this store, waited to be served and staff walk past or ignore to consistently help others, knowing full well I'm there. Today I asked to be served and three different people in my vicinity just rocked up and they were served before me. Staff didn't even ask who was next in line. Never buying from your store again and I urge anyone below the age of 40 to avoid also, you clearly don't exist as a potential customer

One guy didn’t really help much when asked for assistance. But great help from Scott, he was able to secure what I wanted and called other stores for stock. Very friendly. Update years later, service from Ken is excellent. Ask for Ken, he was very helpful good to chat with too.

Excellent customer service beats others
Went to buy a new tele and associated extras. Had done my research so had a rough idea. Was served by an extremely helpful guy who didn't try to sell me the most expensive, who listened to me and who explained the various differences. I probably spent a bit more than I was planning to spend but I couldn't speak more highly of my service. Don't know the guy's name but he had a beard...just really helpful and not pushy. Thanks for that.
they dont honor price guarantee despite other stores doing it
REALLY BAD AFTER SALE CARE ! I brought a Lenovo laptop. Just over 6 months later the power button broke. Brought it into JB, was told 1 month out of the replacement warranty, had to be sent for repair in the next 2 days. 7 days later, I received a call from Lenovo who tried to trouble shoot my issue. I told her they should have the laptop. I then called JB who told me my laptop was still in Nunawadding. I spoke to the manager who showed me photos damaged probably due to ‘being dropped’ which is not covered by the warranty !! If it was dropped there should be some kind of scratches or dints but there was nothing. THIS DAMAGE WAS NEVER MENTIONED ON THE ORIGINAL FAULT FORM THE MAN WROTE AFTER INSPECTING THE PROBLEM WHEN I ORIGINALLY BROUGHT IT IN. This laptop is very important to me and I’m devastated that I now have to battle JB just so I can have functioning lap top. Bottom line: If you are purchasing anything like a laptop , I strongly suggest you use another store as so far my experience has been very stressful and disappointing.
Ok but pushy on upselling extended warranty that should all be covered by australian consumer protection laws anyway.
When going to pick up an online order, you cannot use Digital ID when presenting your ID? This is a virtual document certified by Australia Post to prove personal identity. Staff training needs to be strengthened.

Bought an ipad back in OCT 22 and purchased the extra care replacement as an additional item on advise from the sales person as this ipad was meant to be used by a kid. As expected , the screen got damaged and upon claim the jb hifi staff refused to repair as the extra care replacement only covers the hardware fault. Being a customer , I was not told this explicitly at the time of selling this device as I told them if the screen damage is covered and only purchased this additional cover upon assurance. Although this is not an expensive repair but from a customer comms and experience perspective, I will prefer not to purchase anything from jbhifi until it's the last resort. I am happy to share the order details if anyone from this shop wants to investigate the matter. Thank you
