Always greeted on entry and departure and usually staff check if you require service. Pricing is always a difficult one for any second hand store so you just have to look for a bargain or what you require. Has a large and varied range of stock and new stock daily. Offers a 10%discount card to regular purchasers.

The man in the store was really rude. Had a go at my nephew and his mate for touching something and told them condescendingly to look with their eyes and not their hands, the entire time looking down his nose at them. We weren't dressed in our best as we'd been doing yard work. I feel like this guy judged us as soon as we walked in. We had money to spend there and probably earn more in week than this guy does in a fortnight. Really unhappy with how we were treated, based solely, I think, on how we were dressed. You need to rethink your store manager.

The customer service in this store is subpar at the best of times. The under sell their customers and barely offer them anything, and then proceed with the same speech of we only buy at.... And then resell at 200% with very little knowledge of what they have. I'd highly recommend using this store as your very last option. If at all.

My experience today with cash converters Kings Meadow Launceston Tas, is not one I will wish upon anyone. Customer service was the worst I ever experience. The person who served me was unhelpful and rude. She was more interested in knocking off then helping. I end up walking out and never be coming back.

I ordered a tool online which came from this shop. The tool was in better condition than described. The item was dispatched quickly, and well packaged. Very happy with this shop. Highly recommended.

i owed them 60 bucks and could not pay them back so they added 33 dollars onto it a fortnight forever, then laughed at me when i could not pay them back, Nadia her name was... having to contact better business bureau would give no stars, come to think of it, it was a 5 star mugging broad daylight...
