Bunnings North Launceston

What a waste of time and money, all staff I spoke to all said, I can’t help you. Put an order in, which I need urgently, they took my money and cancelled the order. Leaving me stuck. They didn’t even try to remedy it, and now it’s 7-10 days for my money to be returned to me. Thieves!

Staff here are particularly helpful compared to some other locations I’ve shopped at. The dude at the wood cutting area was great!

Only for work needs

If you need some actual help, you won't receive it here. Gail just seemed pissed off that she had to help me and just made my trip more annoying than it had to be. Thanks Gail! But it's usually well stocked and Rory has always been friendly and helpful. Gail, try to be more like Rory, she's killing it.

Staff were helpful with assisting

Always a quick and easy transition in this place and well spread out and nice and great store layout like most of there stores. I like the fact that there is someone just inside the entrance to ask for help and direction to the item needed. Great store

Difficult to judge. Overall it’s good but often they don’t have what you want. Store layout is all over the place which can be very frustrating when you’re in a hurry. Staff are good but don’t have a lot of depth to their knowledge.

Always happy shopping at Bunnings. Customer service is always accommodating and friendly. Only thing I can complain about is some things aren't marked with a price and clutter in some aisles. Otherwise I'm happy 😊

Great big store, I and a number of people I know drive over from the north west coast to go to this Bunnings, staff are great, so much more stock to choose from. So much better then Devonport Bunnings it’s is worth the drive.

Parking of late is a problem.

I never ever seen This worst behaviour by Bunnings team members in my past experience. Always Bunnings team members helps but one day in North Launceston Bunnings team member ms. Neve. May me my spelling her name wrong. She is in trad counter on that day. She is very very disappointed my expectations on Bunnings. She showed total racism words to us. She is really not right person in Bunnings. I am not happy to come back North Launceston Bunnings any more. Thank you for your service.

Bunnings like ALDI are my favourite places to go. The staff at this Bunnings are the friendliest I've ever come across. So helpful and knowledgeable. 👍👍

Bunnings staff in North Launcesron are always helpful and knowledgeable. Nick, today, went out of his way to help us locate a weed burner. I had previously had conversations with him on the phone to check on availability etc.Again, he went out of his way to check details and locate the item in an area that wasn't familiar to him. Thank you.

I went to bunnings today and needed help with sealing my leaking bus roof and painting it. Ange in the paint section was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. Thanks heaps

Always a reasonable shop if you know what you want hard to get service or location of items due to limited staffing

It's a big, big Bunnings. Was looking for non-steel capped boots, but it seems nearly all that are stocked are steel capped. Bought the boots elsewhere.

Bunnings are awesome in every state and territory. Well organised and welcoming.

Went through the self service checkout with the intention of serving myself, only to have a staff member stand over my shoulder staring, barge in in front of me and void my entire transaction (trolley full) because I'd voided a plant that I'd scanned twice. She pulled everything I'd already neatly packed back out of the box and pushed me out of the way. I HAD NOT finished scanning my items! She did not communicate with me, just barged in and pushed me out of the way. I do not appreciate being criminalised when I am not a thief and has no intention of stealing a $3.50 plant. Interesting that this same female singled me out today because she still has beef with me (in her mind only) from when I worked there briefly over 2 years ago. Bullying tactics that someone of her age should not be resorting to. This store has a strong undertone of petty bullying amongst certain staff members that have been there a long while. Get over yourself, you're only on $24 an hour.

Awesome customer service from Carl in plumbing. Great product knowledge of all the different types and brands of tapware. Made my decision a lot easier. I will be looking for Carl next time I'm in Bunnings.

This should be called China retail. Bunnings put so many hardware shops out of business. Now no help, no speciality service. I avoid where possible.

Very disappointed with Bunnings today, north Launceston is normally my go to store and the staff are always very helpful, but when it came to needing the disabled/family bathroom for my baby and myself of today we were met with an out of order sign and no other options according to 3 staff members I asked politely. Issue with this was me having to feed and change bubs in the carpark (getting many judgmental looks from customers), and me missing an opportunity to urinate using normal bathroom facilities due to the pram not fitting into the designated female toilets. As you can imagine this did not end well and has left me disturbed. My main concern is for people with disabilities who like myself today had no other option.
