I’ve tried to pick up a click and collect twice now and both times the store has not been open even though the hours listed on Google and targets own website said the store was open

Love the new renovations, now have self check outs.

Not enough clothes for bigger people

Poor service 3 of the staff was talking to each other at the entrance stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be served i walked out

Hi, I really like this store as a rule. However the failure in the self service checkout operation to advise of the need to remove the black security tags from clothing before leaving the store now means that I have to return, (a 60 minute round trip!) to get them removed in-store. This is very annoying and I hope you can find some way to alert customers to this important aspect on your checkout process !

To begin with 5+ stars for Logan, the young gentleman at the front of the store greeting people. Unfortunately for the 2 young girls at the front where you do your purchase were very rude & tried to tell their manager my mum was abusive over their radio, abusive for asking where her notes for change comes out. Logan ended up having to come over and help my mum as the girls were too busy most likely discussing their weekend or social life. Anyway, the poor customer service doesn’t end there, I went to walk out of the entrance doors of the centre and I just so happened to look back & both girls were standing at the target entrance folded arms death staring me, as I walked in to approach them to ask for their names to further my complaint they nearly tripped over each other fast pacing back to their desk. Rude and poor effort by staff at this store, I’m sure these awful young girls will know who they are. Hopefully the manager actually does go back through footage to see these actions taking place.

Nice store and the staff are usually helpful. However staff members hanging around entrance area talking about their social lives etc when customers are queued up waiting to be served is an extremely poor look. Often see customers looking at each other shaking their heads etc, looking very unimpressed. Not a once of thing either, it seems to happen often. Would otherwise give 5 stars but this let's the store down and spoils an otherwise good shopping experience.

This shop looked like a bomb had hit it, clothes and toys all over the floor.

I walked around for 15 minutes and walked out again. No purchase made due to price. Walked into another store and bought what I had been looking at Target for half the price!

A good store with everything you need apart from food obviously

Lovely clean store. I like it because it's all on one level so great for people with mobility or mums with prams . Staff seemed a bit thin on the ground and not very knowledgeable but it was a busy period , a week before Christmas.

Everything on one floor. Good signage, lots if choices, friendly staff.

Average range of clothing. Store labels don't match making it difficult to navigate, I found the men's clothing in the entertainment section while there was no clothing at all in the men's section.

Lots of nice items in the shop. Some of the women's clothing are cheap looking & too expensive. I found children's clothing are very nice there.

This is the better of the two stores in Launceston. Target Mowbray is always clean, tidy and stocked. The staff are also super friendly.

Easy to find just what I needed

The worst retail experience of my life. I am so angry at the lack of care and disregard for policy shown to me by staff here today. Employee refused to give me her name to complain about, saying that it's personal information. In one sentence she told me I was within the return timeframe and that she would not honour a return as shoes had been worn. She said 15 dollar shoes should not be expected to last. I told her they should be expected to last more than four wears. Rubbish!

It's a good store. It looks well stocked with winter clothes at the moment. I only needed some socks, and I like their's. It's very handy if you're over that side of town, and parking's much better here than in the city.

Limited items to other targets. Less staff too. The dodgy flickering lights everywhere really add to the shady forgotten atmosphere.

Prices are way to high and clothing is not the quality it used to be, I won't be wasting my time going there again

It a good shop and handy if you live in the Northern suburbs. There is a bus stop nearby from the city and the northern suburbs. Parking nearby in the mowbray market place ( next door) that it wheelchair accessible and tarket has a wheelchair accessible entrance.
