Lovely staff

Your customer service was really suck! Very unhelpful. I purchased heaps of items 3 big bags, an iron board, paintings etc and confirmed before i pay that i can go back because i need to have lunch first, the girl said its ok as long its paid. Then the man told me its not allowed, no consideration. Very unfriendly staff. Wost ever experienced, will never go shop again.

When I left this place, they wanted to check my bag. I'm a very shy person who would never steal. I was paying at the self-serve checkout and had another bag of shopping too. Won't be returning unless I'm not carrying a bag

A shop that practically has everything. From summer wear to winter wear and active wear. Baby products and snacks. Casual shoes, running shoes and sandals.

Very poor customer service skill. We were at the store last weekend and found some good books. When I realized my friend loved them so much I thought it will be great to get her a set of what I have. Trying to order online. Shows 0 available. And asked a friend to check this morning. She said there are plenty of the books I am looking for. So I rang the store and was asking if it’s ok I ordered through the phone. The lady didn’t seam want to do any business. Just say “we don’t do that” and handed off the phone on me. I’ve tried to call twice after. Same number. No one even pick up the call. What a shame! If a retail store doesn’t want to sell what’s the point? Or maybe can guide your customers what’s better way to do since we are a returning customer??? Poor service very shameful

Quick trip into Launceston store, was hoping to purchase some nice work shirts and business apparel, unfortunately I got a bit of a surprise and shock at the sheer lack of Professional work attire available, won't try there for clothing in future. ### REPLY TO TARGET 08/03/24 ...Target Launceston, thank you for your extremely belated reply, this was 2 years ago, AND I HAVE NOT RETURNED SINCE, customer service also lacking professionalism! PSA, think twice about buying a gaming console from this target if there’s a slim chance you might need to have it returned. I had bought a ps5 the day before and needed to return it, it was in its original undamaged and unopened condition, but the store person who named herself Desmoin or Pru, as it sounded had greeted me with catty unprofessional remarks about how it was weird that I was returning a ps5. After unboxing it and seemingly spending a large duration of time to someone on the phone out the back she denied a refund. I found her behaviour completely unprofessional,provocative, and her statements untrue to targets return policies, so I inquired with a different target and was gracefully issued with a refund. I might add the woman who denied the refund also had no official target shirt on, instead a purple shirt, and no name badge.. She needs to be sacked to save the stores reputation from going down the drain

Click&collect from this store with bulky products was a pain on weekends. It was very hard to find a car park close by and the store wouldn’t let you borrow their trolley if you were going to across the street even after explaining the situation!!! Not being considerate at all. Otherwise, it’s good store.

Staff seem to not be interested in customer service at all. Tried to enter the store 15 minutes before close, just to pick up a click and collect and was greeted by multiple staff all saying “we’re closing so you need to be quick with a really blunt tone”, once I got up to the area to click and collect and rang the bell, I was stuck waiting while a staff member was scrolling on her own personal phone out the back, completely uninterested in actually serving. Staff could benefit from re-learning basic customer service skills.

Couldn't be more disappointed in this company...I tried to order something which was so important and they would only do click and collect...I live 3 hours away...they wouldn't send it to my closest store...never again..I've been shopping with this company all my life..no more !

I had a quick easy trip here, items were placed in good categories and staff were friendly and very helpful.

Didn't even get 10 metres in the store got slandered and targeted as theaves turn around walked out we were from Devonport shopping with my partner they lost out on money being spent in there store you should not judge a book by its Cover was very disappointed

No trolley for small baby to sit. No wonder not many customers

Hopefully the checkout processes will be a lot quicker and easier now they have self service once installed, used to be a nightmare 🤯

I returned a Nutribullet Pro Plus 1200W N12-1007M on Thursday 16th of March to the Launceston store on Charles St and instead of being refunded I was charged another $159. I contacted target on two occasions and was told that it was refunded and to wait a few days. The money still wasn’t refunded and contacted target again where I was told they would look into the issue and call me back. It’s been another two days and they still have not called me back.

Had clothes but no beer

Baby stuff is upstairs but the lift is always broken. Only option is to leave your pram downstairs and walk your baby up. It is very difficult to shop whilst holding a baby. I had planned on taking advantage of their baby sale but left with nothing as I couldn't hold a baby and other stuff. I have been to Target at least 10 times with bub in the last 4 months and the lift has been out of order the majority of times.

Baby stuff upstairs but lift is CONSTANTLY broken so unless you want to leave your pram unsupervised you can't shop for your baby... Why not bring baby stuff downstairs as people without prams can use the escalator but most people shopping the baby section have babies=prams?! Anyone with an IQ above 70 would have come to this conclusion.

All their stock just keeps getting better. But you may have to buy online to get your desired sizes. Go to the city store, the employees are super nice, a d friendly. The mowbray staff act like they would prefer to see you dead

A large store with 2 floors, got some good bargains on the mark down rack. Didn't seem to be a lot of staff but still a good store to shop at.
