Never has any stock! Meanwhile majority of the other kmarts around tasmania have stock.

Mr JOSH is the MAN I dropped in casual with an issue and he kindly set aside what he was doing to help me so quick, so efficient, so customer focused….

Manager there not tried to help at all. I know my fault was not retained my receipt but all the clothes were in same position with price tag even with big stickers of size as well. And clearly Kmart website says if you don’t have your receipt and item in same condition as I bought can exchange or return. But manager lady refused to help.

very rude staff. some old lady skinny and short brown hair yelled at my bf for apparently stealing when i was checking out my pokémon cards (he did not btw) and then some old tall grey haired guy started threatening him and getting real close to me making rude remarks. all i wanted was to buy pokémon cards and this happens. i work in retail and i would never treat a customer with such rudeness. have had many problems with staff before being rude or lazy but this was the last straw. not everyone who wears all black is going to steal something. i’ve noticed the staff have treated me differently depending on what i was wearing, eg; black clothes - bad - eyeing me like a hawk like i’m gonna murder someone. normal basic - fine don’t even bat an eye. staff should stop judging and just do their bloody job they signed up to do.

K-Mart Service? My wife and I both use mobility devices, she uses a powered wheelchair and I have a scooter. Last week we both shopped at K-Mart, Launceston. There we purchased several modular storage containers. While a staff member helped my wife to the checkout, no help was available to take them out to the van, as they were too big, but they did agree to take them to the customer pick up area out the back of the store. This pick up area was down a long driveway and to the side of the truck delivery dock. Getting out of the van I found I was ankle deep in rolled up packaging. This was thick on the ground until I got to the stairs. At the top of the stairs I found a very dirty walkway running past a garbage skip. As I have limited mobility, I found this very dangerous. At least here I found a helpful employee who helped me by finding the bins and placing them beside the van. This week we checked the website and saw that the bins were still for sale, so on Wednesday we drove ¾ hour down to Launceston to find they were sold out. A staff member told us “they were in the loading bay, so come back later in the week” Yesterday, my wife ordered the bins, click and collect to make sure we didn’t waste another trip (The payment system proved to be a nightmare) Today we traveled once again down to K-Mart. 1st we did some shopping, then we travelled around the back to the pickup bay. Once again I trudged through the garbage tip, up the dirty stairs and past the garbage skip to the door marked customer pickup. Here I was told that I had to pick up the storage bins from the Click and Go desk inside the store. I asked to speak to a manager. In the nicest possible way, he basically told me, “go away, it's not his problem.” So I drove around the front and unloaded the wheelchair and the scooter. My wife and I presented the docket to the Click and Go desk and obtained our purchase. This was then balanced on the top of a shopping trolley which I had to tow behind my scooter to go out to the van.

Don't buy Kmart solar Christmas lights. Regardless of sufficient charge they don't last more than five minutes. Brought three packs and all have the same issue. Lots to choose from, different varieties of stock from kitchen to childrens toys. Nice big store, clean and I always use the self serve check outs . (Optional)

Best Place Ever!

9.20 in the morning and no one is working even one checkout. Forced to put a large very awkward shop and a second shop though on the faulty, touchy self checkouts. Very un Australian.

Love this Kmart as it is the only Kmart in Launceston area :))) they always stock up and very friendly staff.

Stocked with plenty of Winter clothes if you're travelling in Tassie during the cold seasons. Plenty of car-parks, and easy location to find. Nice customer service.

Plenty of parking, a bit rough round the edges a few housos hanging around with screaming kids... so a standard Kmart.

Called in yesterday to order some mugs with photos. A lady named Toni was extremely helpful as I'd never done it before. She also suggested that if I wanted to wait about 20 mins she would get the order done for me to save me going back the following day to collect them. Definitely 5 star service. Thankyou Toni.

Very Poor customer service. Have been so so many great Kmart outlets and have to say this is the WORST kmart in Australia. Everyone keeps pointing at different areas and knows nothing about the store layout or where the products are. Please have a proper training plan in place when you hire team members

Staff are great but this time of year need more service staff at registers. People do like being served by great staff.

I live an hour from this store & my husband was around the corner for work. I phoned to see if my click & collect was ready after the store having over 7 hours to prepare it to be rudely told if I haven't received an email it's not ready. This person wasn't prepared to assist me even after I explained the circumstances & I stated I did not wish to be a nuisance. Whatever happened to good old customer service? 😕

Thank you for the amazing customer service! I bought a bluetoothbox here in May or June and it was now causing problems. I no longer had a receipt and my purchase could not be found in the system with my credit cards. Nevertheless, I received a voucher for the value of this bluetoothbox and was able to choose a new one. I'd love to come back!

Never stocking anything they release in their catalogue wasted my time driving a 80km round trip for fishing gear they didn't have in stocks but have in their catalogue

I always had a very nice experience in kmart, but yesterday there was this girl Emma serving at the cashier ,time was between 5-6pm, i even talked to the manager about this. She was so rude from the begining, scanned all the items in my cart and without asking for flybuys proceeded and when we gave flybuys said she can not enter it anymore. Then she had billed one item which was 5 dollars as 15 dollars then when i showed it she just ignored and said that is what she got in the screen ,she can not do anything, and for me to go and talk to the return counter in the other corner without even appologizing for her own mistake in a rude manner. It was not tolerable at all otherwise i never make complaints.but hope kmart will take some action to prevent those in the future

Friendly staff, but they don't sell lou paper

I bought a wrong bedding. When I got home I opened to check if it was the the correct size, only to discover it was the wrong thing all together. Instead of the inner which I wanted, I discovered it was the top. When I returned the items 48 hours later I was told that the return policy doesn't allow me to. I am so disappointed with this because I never got to use the bedding. Please review your policy regarding this. The manager was very rude and the security at the door as well. The minute I just got into the shop I was told that the bedding was already used because it wasn't packed nicely. How can you even assume such kind of a thing, honestly speaking do you think I am that selfish.

Great Kmart, well laid out and plenty of stock- with differences that you may not see on the mainland. Plenty of parking outside and in an easy location to find if you are a visitor...

Worst customer service ever. Was returning something that had the incorrect lid and they weren't getting anymore in. She was extremely rude from the beginning and seemed like i was interrupting her night. I work in retail aswell but far out i could never be rude like that to a customer ever.
