3 years ago I ordered a PC from Rick and the team and I couldn't have been happier (you'll find that 5 star review amongst all of the others if you dig hard enough!) Getting a new computer involves 2 painful days reloading everything. I hate that part of the process, but the new computer is exactly what I wanted. The Dream PC configurator is great. Seeing the build process on Trello is great. I have no problems recommending them.

The extremely unhelpful company made sure I told them requirements and they weren't meet games ran worse than a ps4 and when I attempt to get it fixed they offered a new graphics card me thinking that would fix the Hz issues I agreed and then when that arrived and didn't fix the problem I refunded and was told that now that I don't get a full refund and would end up losing money. I was on the fence so I did a simple build with them. It was awesome. Workmanship top. Communication with client perfect. Build time is really long but understandable. Parts are not always in and there is no way this is transparent as you source your part on the site. Honestly, whith all that is happening I gave them a slack here. Will I do business with them again definitely.

Myself and another have had both our computers go missing because they continue to use a terrible courier named Courier Please. Fair warning you will get your computer just about 3-4 weeks late and with a lot of worries as they will tell you it's sent, but courier doesn't know where it is until they randomly leave a 4k computer on your doorstep. As for the computer great build was it worth all the BS, no. Not worth the heartache, considering there is other companies for the same value.

Excellent service! Communications are up to date. The computer was packed well, postage was fast. If I may suggest, have a choice of OS type - W10 Home or Pro - during the order process, even if the customer doesn't want an activated OS. Some licences don't allow upgrades from W10 Home to Pro, requiring a complete reinstallation of the OS.

Excellent. Price very competitive once you factor in shipping, servoce and warranty. Beaut machines. Great service. Very responsive. Just hard trying to get work done instead of sitting and refreshing the build page all day. Boxes had been sitting in a puddle in the truck and the bottom was near falling apart, but they were so well packed the internals and PCs were bone dry.

Rick, and his team who worked on my PC build were absolutely fantastic in every way possible, from their professionalism, regular build update notifications, to delivery at my doorstep. I live in Melbourne Victoria, and due to COVID and our current stage 4 restrictions, my only option to get a new computer build was to look outside my state. I found Rick and decided to give them a try. They were absolutely phenomenal. In all honesty, even if we did not have COVID restrictions in place, I would have been hard pressed to find a similar computer store even if they were on my doorstep! Can't speak highly enough of this crew. Originally opted to obtain a quote for a set budget, Rick relied very quickly with exactly what I was after. I decided to go with a larger budget build to keep me going for years to come, built very well. Tidy, clean and VERY well protected. The box had taken damage (thanks Australia post) but the pc was in 100% perfect condition.

They were able to set up a dual boot Ubuntu-Windows machine, and provided other advice to match the ordered specs (e.g. upgrading the power supply). I ordered with short notice in the busy Christmas period, and got the machine delivered and working on my desk within a very short timescale.
