I come down to the pub on a Friday night's for the good food, cold drinks and great staff.

Always a relaxing and enjoyable venue. While I use the QR Codes for ordering - the printed menus are readily available and table service is great. Susan Wood who has been a service waiter and bar staffer for many years does an incredible job with swift and thoughtful service! All other staff members also do a great job and they are a motivated team led (I presume) by Susan Wood. I have been an irregular ‘regular’ for many years turning up on different days and sometimes right on the end of the Lunch Service, but always welcomed and never a pushback. This is one of those unique hotels that really look after their clientele! The venue just oozes hospitality and comfort, with great food!!

In a few days it is my birthday so my friend shouted me a drink at this popular place to come. Potholed in the carpark but oh well. On arrival I was very impressed with how spacious the restaurant bistro area was. I didn't order anything to eat as the bistro was closed but we did get a drink from the pokies area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Found out you have to use cash for keno which was okay. Went through to the smokers area and the sports bar was filled with people enjoying themselves which was great to see. There were heaters in the smokers area for winter. 1x Pool table available to use. When it came time to use the toilets found that there were toilets in the pokies, bistro and sports bar! All you have to do is choose. Enjoyed a drink of their Vivo Moscato was very nice. Looking forward to having a meal there again as the last time I was there it was very enjoyable and that was 4 years ago 😀

This was a real surprise. Have driven past this place many times and it just doesn't stand out. Went there for Sunday lunch just recently on the recommendation of a friend and it was great. Lovely staff, who seemed to really enjoy their workplace and take a pride in it. The food was delicious and prepared with care (sometimes you go to a place and it feels like it was prepared by the cleaner - no offence intended to cleaners - but hopefully you get my drift). Prices were fair, there were a good few veggie options and we'll be back. Give it a go 😀

What an awesome find. The wait staff were amazing. The food was great. Hot, fresh and plentiful. We ordered mainly entrees and some oysters. The pricing was also fairly reasonable. The place was decorated with photos of older style caravans and even had a table that looked like you were eating in a booth in a caravan. Will definitely be going here again.

A 10% surcharge on a beer, because it's a public holiday? What an absolute rip-off. With the number of pokies making money, a complete disgrace.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Greeted with a smile. Love the caravan in the middle of the restaurant. You can step back in time with all the caravan park /caravan info. The food was delicious and hot. Generous serve at an affordable price! Recommend this restaurant.

On arrival I went to the bar and ordered a drink meal and paid for it. Then the bar staff remembered no ginger beer so had to settle for a beer on tap and had to ask about the price comparison. Meal Wagyu Burger and chips came out on an entire size plate which was the same size as the garlic bread no way was this portion sufficient for an adult main. The cost was over the top for what was delivered. Next meal on the table paid extra for pork crackle on the roast, the meal arrived with none when chased up with wait staff only to be informed there was none. No offer of refund. French Parmy, Not much taste but filled a hole. Bolognese Parmy was like dry mince on dry chicken. Won't be back or suggest it to other people for a night out. So disappointed for our girls night out. I would like to give an update on this review. Have been contacted by the manager on my concerns, to have a very detailed conversation in regards to the disappointed meal. And feel it had been made justified I will be returning to this establishment and hopefully have a opportunity to enjoy the next celebration 🎉

Good food and good prices

First timer for dinner at the club hotel. We were not disappointed. Staff friendly, great food. The large roast was great. Rump slightly over but still ok. If I want to be really picky, there could have been a bit more fries on the plate. Overall surprisingly good and we will be back.

Beautiful meals and the way they are plated up is sensational. Bistro gets busy on a Friday & Saturday & sometimes it’s a 45 minute way max but totally worth it. Drinks are reasonably priced. The karaoke is brilliant on a Saturday night with a fun & relaxed atmosphere so for those that don’t have the best vocals, there is plenty of encouragement from the crowd & the hosts.

Service was great. Food was not. I came here 2-3 years ago twice and the food was not good. The service was horrible. Thought we would try it again now to see if it has improved. The food was awful. The ‘cheesy’ mash tasted like it was instant mash. Very mushy and no taste to it. We got the steak rare but it was extremely dry. The gravy was tasteless and cold. The only good part of our meal was the garlic bread and bread rolls. The service has improved substantially though. We asked for takeaway containers to give it to our dog because we just could not eat it. Maccas trip on the way home for us.

This pub has improved substantially, the food is now great and the staff are exceptional. The pub has lots of potential but needs lots of investment to renovate and better quality entertainment to bring back some nightlife.

To Whom It May Concern , RE: Saturday Night Drinks & Karoke 26/10/2024 Tonight my partner was refused drinks as a direction from the Manager Mel. My partner came out of the disabled toilet , but Mel has to categorises clients as intoxicated. Mel never came to speak with the customers. Very poor Management skills & Mel was very Rude to the Client infront of the Security Guard Chris. This does not mean that someone is intoxicated if they have some health issues. We spoke to Chris the Security Guard and the girls drank more alcohol last week than this week. Mel does not know the regular clients. We are also regular patrons. Chris agreed that the girls were Not Intoxicated. Also Mel , If you were the age of 50 Plus. Let’s see your stability on your feet at that age. We only come down as it’s a local pub to listen to the music & have a good time. We will be going elsewhere after tonight’s episode that was incorrect from Mel’s part. This is how Mel treats patrons.

Very friendly staff considering a big group of us arrived with no booking. Thankfully they were able to accommodate us. I had steak with chips and veg. I ordered medium rare but it was closer to well done. Hubby had a schnitzel and he said it was good and our kids had pizza. They said they were ok but not the best they've ever had. The people who had the roast of the day seemed to enjoy their meals so I'd probably try that next time.

Quiet place when I was there, though service was slow.

We have visited a few times! The meals were great, the only small complaint is the seniors menu hadn’t many options, so we bought a normal meal and it was too much! We have been hosted by Mary the last couple of visits and she was very professional and friendly in looking after us! Thank you Mary!

Meals came quickly. I had a simple pasta dish, more than adequate amount. The dining area was not busy, we were a table of six and had no trouble hearing each other. My wife had lamb's fry that she thought was somewhat mediocre. Others were happy enough with their meals. One was fish and chips with salad, two had a roast, another had a pasta. Just standard pub fare, nothing fancy.

Not great. Food was average. The milkshake was awful.

We came here to eat on a Tuesday night. Their online menu and website say kids eat free Tuesdays. The person that booked the table even called to confirm that it was kids eat free and they told them yes it is correct. We tried to order our meals along with the free kids meals and when we were charged for the kids meals as well as our own It was very disappointing that they said they wouldn’t honour it as they hadn’t done it for months. We did receive a free garlic bread for the table but we weren’t going to actually order any entree so then ended up eating it because it was there. Mine and my husbands food was cooked to perfection though and I got exactly what I ordered. It did go cold quite quickly but we were a group of 20 so I believe this is to be expected when there are a lot of meals on the go. It was our first time there and only went because it was a birthday which was only booked there because they were told kids eat free on a Tuesday.

Came last week and had an awesome experience. Arrived again today due to this and ordered a chicken Parmi. Waitress seemed flustered when I asked for no chips. Asked for a bottle of water which we got last time. Was told no bottles of water. Asked for a skinny cappacino. Was told no lite milk. Then waitress brought over a chicken schnitzel. I asked where was the Parmi toppings and she told me I ordered a schnitzel. I said no I didn’t I ordered a Parmi. Waitress seemed argumentative and went to take the meal away but person I was with said not to waste the food. Which I didn’t want to do either. Not happy

Have been ordering from here for a while and loved the food, and still do when it arrives correct. The Cob Loaf and Chicken Schnitzel burger are our favourite. Unfortunately the last 3 times the order has arrived incorrectly. Once received the cob loaf without the Cob Loaf Filling. Once received some Chicken burger that was not the right one, it was full of coleslaw. Once received received the burger without bacon and cheese like it is meant to. Please do better as your food is actually delicious when it arrives correct.

Outstanding service, staff and the food is delicious, full of flavour. Massive shout out to Wendy for going up and beyond. Cannot wait to order some more delicious food. Will not be disappointed.

Karaoke on Saturday nights is the best.

Ordered Garlic prawns, very bland, think they forgot the garlic. Second time I've ordered these, complained, nothing changed, won't be a 3rd time.

Great place to go. The meals are fantastic. I like the fact you can buy a regular or a large meal. Good service too.

My family had my grandson’s 16th Birthday here on Sunday. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Thanks to Susan for all her extra help with the cake and her big smiles. We will be back! The Mother’s Day champagne was a bonus 😍

Very expensive for the quality you got ,wanted to give my kids a sundae foe a treat and just icecream in a bowl with 2 marshmallows and a wafer stick for $14 I think I could do better at home

Great place for value meals

Pork roast was dry, no crackling, no apple sauce. Service was very attentive. Atmosphere was very warm, almost sure the air-conditioning wasn't on.

Had a very nice lunch. Party of 4. Food served quickly. Schnitzels are offered in two sizes and were amazing. The bacon and cheese cob loaf (under share food) was delicious. The staff are so friendly and truly lovely. We really had a nice time. Thank you.

Meals weren't great. Chicken wings had no taste and chips were disgusting no taste. Said they were bringing out fresh chips and brought the same ones out again. Then replaced those chips they were a little better bur not great Very disappointing as was my mums 94th birthday celebration 🎂

My medium rare steak tasted like charcoal. Chips were flavourless. Best to avoid this place.
