Loved the pokies room had a marvellous ,time the lady with pink hair was amazing . She was very friendly and had an amazing attitude and personality. Pity about the smoking dossa had to walk all that way and it took me away from the machines.

Wow! The staff here are amazing! My partner and I treated ourselves for date night here Friday gone and the sports bar was packed! 2 lovely ladies one of them named J (I think) were attentive and patient with all of us pub goers always a smile and a cheeky joke to lighten the mood. You could tell they were under the pump but their service remained focused on us the customer it was wonderful to witness. Well done ladies, well done!

First time here for our group of 6. Had a really good afternoon. Pub wasn’t busy so we were lucky enough to have both pool tables to ourselves. Indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of big screens around to watch the sport. Food was good. Duck fat potatoes and seasonal vege with steak was the best. Would definitely stop in again in the future.

Every time we've gone to Beenleigh Tavern we've always had great service especially from Jey! She is the best, always welcoming and helps us to feel comfortable. Will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting Beenleigh tavern, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it has a great vibe - perfect for both casual nights out and special occasions. One of the stand out features is the live music scene. They cater for all music lovers.

I had the most pleasant experience thanks to Abby who served me at the bar today for lunch. I enjoyed a Caesar Salad and a Lemonade and the calming atmosphere. Thank you kindly Abby and the team ☺️

I ordered a vodka and pineapple. The member of staff argued with me when I was served a vodka and orange and I attempted to explain the order was wrong, the staff member began to argue with me so I conceded and went to another part of the bar where I was served by a lovely staff member who had a great attitude and accepted my request to not be served by the first server. The first server then proceeded to follow me around the tavern threatening to vacate me from the premise because I simply did not want to interact with them. Saturday night. Love beenleigh tav. But I simply did not want to be served by someone who began to belligerently argue with me over what I did or did not order. And instead of having a punt and a great night, but instead I have a horrible night. Do better

Large venue. Very clean and modern. Tucked away in the distillery area of Beenleigh just off the motorway. Very clean and spacious venue. Free off street parking. Friendly helpful staff. Free softdrinks in gaming area. Definitely worth a look if in the area and wanting a more upmarket venue than some of the other bars in the area. Bit more expensive than other places but to be expected for being a better venue.

Rang ahead of time on Saturday to confirm if spots & any lunchtime specials available. Got informed by staff that there was counter meal specials for $20 including a drink. Proceeded to ask more details, she confirmed meals included. When we arrived 20min later, no specials, everything full price & staff gave us stink eye for asking, so we left. Attempted to notify management via phone, who wouldn't answer our call or return it. Waste of time going & ruined our day with incorrect information & poor staff service.

Went to the country muster, the staff have been amazing but we went for something to eat and the nachos were extremely disappointing. For such an easy meal it should be hard to ruin it but they ruined it. I felt like I just spent $18 for a plate of boring plain corn chips with a few tablespoons of sour cream and a tablespoon of avocado with a few jalapenos and tomato sprinkled onto with minimal melted cheese. No beans and no minced and no salsa sauce. I would have been better buying a packet of corn chips and just eating them off a plate it was so lacking in toppings.

Often come in for lunch/dinner & a drink, the food is always amazing! Great venue for gigs and the best staff! Can’t go on enough about the funny & talented, Jey. She is always quick with a joke and friendly banter. Definitely recommend this lovely establishment.

Came from New Zealand to this beautiful tavern, we were greeted by an amazing lady her name was Jey who showed us to our table and checked to see what we wanted to drink, Rida and lilly were so lovely assisting us with ordering at the table and bringing us our food. Great place to take the kids, seniors menu was great value. I ordered the lamb chops and was a little bit disappointed that the potatoes in the picture looked more like creamy baked potato but I was served with roast potatoes but the sauce and lamb itself was cooked to perfection. Decent sized kids meals too and great value at only $9. 👍

Partner, children and I, came in to have a meal before we jetted back home to Nz. As a vegetarian the meals were great thoroughly enjoyed the meals and our kids did too which is always a bonus because we all know kids can be a Lil fussy. But to top it off the service was amazing and I can't thank Jey enough for making us feel so welcome.

Came in for a spin on the pokies on the way home from work. Met a manager named Adam when I walked in. He was fantastic to talk to and I'll definitely be back.

I came here with my sister and her friend. I had the carbonara and it was fantastic! We were served by Adam, he was plesent to talk to, very attentive and answered all my questions. The only issue was some loud kids, but you get that at a family friendly place.

Great atmosphere, good food, excellent service and very welcoming. Served by a man named Adam and he was top notch, made the experience very enjoyable.

Definitely going to come here for an event. I did a walkthrough and it was beautiful. Very clean and easy to get around. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Few planta were on the end of their life but that's okay. The indoor play area and outdoor playarea were very agreeable. The entertainment for the kids is great. A little lack of toys but that's okay. We were greeted on departure by a friendly staff member. Round tables were a great site to see. A little damage to the outdoor table by the weather. Smoking area was large and open which was very good 👍. Overall will definitely share my interest for events here in the future.

Visited this establishment for the first time the other week and the highlight of my visit was the service I received from Jey. She made me feel right at home. Definitely will be returning!

I am not sure what magic mushrooms a previous reviewer was on when they posted about the culinary wizards of this place as we certainly did not get this last night. Firstly, we arrived and waited and the waited to be seated, along with another family in front of us. We waited… and waited… and waited until someone from my party and the family in front went to look for someone. Finally someone came and we were taken to our reserved table. We ordered our food and specifically asked for the mains to be brought out much later after the entrees. We were told this would be ok. Our entrees arrived… their current special was tiger prawns on salad. Really can’t go wrong here to be honest, and it was very delicious. However, I only got started eating and then our mains came out 😳… I told the waitress what on earth are we to do with that when we have only just started eating our entree… she just looked at me and said sorry and put the plate down wherever she could. So while I ate my entree, my already cooked main of steak and vegetables sat there getting cold. I then finished the entree, and had to start eating the mains with no break in between. The rump was beautifully cooked although the Diane sauce was questionable… maybe there was magic mushrooms in that… who knows as it was not edible. I didn’t get to finish my main as, one, I was too full… and I was saving some room for the strawberry cheesecake that I had seen another reviewer post on here. The strawberry cheesecake came out and I was flabbergasted… I even asked the waiter if this was the strawberry cheesecake, to which he responded ‘yes’… well I’m sorry, but a vanilla cheesecake with a chocolate biscuit base and tiny slice of strawberry on top is not a strawberry cheesecake and certainly looked nothing like what I saw previously. It was full of sugar and tasted absolutely horrible. Talk about a rotten cherry on top end to the night. Would I come back… probably as the entree and mains were at-least tasty, was I disappointed… ABSOLUTELY!!!!

Rump and ribs ordered for myself. Rare... came out medium well for a 250g rump, disappointing. Ribs tasted like left over Xmas ham, very disappointing... Service was slow with only 2 staff unfortunately and both seemed very disinterested in helping at all The cow was a yummy one at least, that's the 2 star rating... over all spent over $300+ and most likely won't be back 😒

Previously had issues with hubby and the prawn and chorizo not having chorizo. Went solo, had good service and won on the pokies. Win some, lose some.

My partner and I were celebrating a special occasion. The service staff couldn't have cared less about us. The host waved us to whatever tables (at least she spoke to us). The waitresses brought the food out and left without a smile, eye contact, announcing the food, checking in, nothing. No one checked in through the night to see how we were going because they were very clearly too busy gossiping and having hushed whispers OR wandering around looking like they wanted to be anywhere but work. They brought my partner's food out first, and then five minutes later brought my very small main meal out, while my partner had two bites left of his food (he rightfully didn't want it to get cold). This cost us $80 (four hours of work). This was terrible.

Came in to see how the tavern is going and was a little disappointed. The sports bar was quiet as, no music, no volume and no service until I called through to gaming. Gaming room again had no atmosphere at all. Could barely hear the music if there was any. The food on the other hand was as amazing as ever. Credits to Chef and his team.

Christmas Day was amazing here, a lot of work went into the food and my friends told the waitresses to pass on a review to the chef that the food was great. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly, the lines were not too long. I would have liked to see perculated coffee but that’s a personal preference for me! My friends said they will definitely come back again instead of other places we were going to before!

With 24 hours notice due to where we originally booked (River Road Tavern) who cancelled on us the day before you pulled off hosting our daughter’s 21st celebrating with family & friends. From setup, food, drinks, pack up and all the in betweens we cannot thank you enough. All your hard work, service, effort and love showed from you all. We are truly grateful. We will definitely be back. For all your function or everything needs Beenleigh Tav is the place to go they do not disappoint!! 5+ Star rating from us.

Wife and I have been 3 times to the bistro and have had 3 different meals. All delicious.(admittedly pub meals), but very nicely presented, service was excellent and the staff have always been lovely. I am a grandfather, and I will be taking my grandchildren for dinner soon. Great family atmosphere.

A solid choice for a good meal that isn't too expensive. Sometimes the service can be off the mark but it's never been a major issue. My partner and I will definitely come back on those nights neither of us want to cook.

Waiters were a bit rude everytime we told them that what they brought to the table was not what we ordered. Lots of inconsistencies, some serviettes were dirty, like they were just used ny previous customers. Some of the steak dishes for our group had gravy pots and others didn't. Salt was in pepper shakers and pepper in salt shakers. The rudeness of waiters was the worst.

We meet here with a large group of 20. Everything started well, with the food orders coming out relatively quickly. We all enjoyed our meals. Sadly, it was the table service after after our mains, I'd rate as poor. Picking up plates and glasses, we had to ask for, or stack, and remove to another table. Ordering coffee and tea, no tea spoons were available, so I received a dessert spoon to stir in my sugar in. A friend at the table was getting very frustrated at being ignored. Deserts came with no spoons at all. When the waitress did bring them, they were plonked in the middle of the table. We didn't know they had been put there and asked again for spoons. As I mentioned, there were 20 of us..why weren't the spoons given out by the waitress. The staff are younger and need some polishing. We will come back. I for one really home to see some improvements on the table service. Also, please repair the disabled toilet.

Good food awesome bar staff highly recommended

Food taste was good...but the bread was so tough you need a chainsaw to cut it. Was an excellent jaw workout! No real service but then who does these days...sit down and order it yourself. Chase staff down if you have questions about the menu. Still enjoyed it just overpriced for what you get.

My husband & I have been coming to the Pub for a very long time. Since before the renovations and still come because we regard Beenleigh tavern as our local place to come. We always felt welcomed everytime we came shown to us from staff especially in the gaming room. We regarded staff as our friends and extended families. The hospitality was top standard from staff of the past that have now left sad, to the new ones we have had the privilege to come to know. But lately it has been disappointing by one staff member that is new. We've always been shown the respect and courtesy when our presence was in the gaming room from previous staff. But one staff member has made us feel like we're invisible and just ignore us walking right pass us like we're not in the room. I would make it clear that if this behaviour continues I will have to speak up to let my annoyance known to this particular staff. We'll continue to come to our local tavern until we're not able too. But this behaviour has to change.

Just had a lovely family meal out. The food was delicious, I also accidentally left out a kids meal and the waiter picked up on it and organised her meal to come out really quickly. The playground was the highlight for my 4 year old.

Can't complain about the customer service as the employees were lovely. My smash burger was a disgrace. The patties were thick and did not taste fresh. When I picked up the burger to take a bite, so much grease came off it. I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Definitely will not come back.

We came her for lunch and it wasn't overly packed. There were a few options of places to sit, whether inside or outside. The sports bar looked amazing, the beer was cold and the burger and chips were delicious!
